I recently moved to the Back Bay Area just a few blocks away. I love Longchamp, and was excited that one of my favorite brands was so close by.When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. When I asked a question (blonde woman, appears to be the manager), she seemed annoyed by my presence. Or that I was even asking her a question. The other staff member was very pleasant, so perhaps I may return. But it is very disheartening to go into a store that you love, and be treated that way. I shop at Longchamp frequently but I’m not sure I will be returning to this store. It is not hard to be kind to people. Everyone should feel welcome but I guess someone didn’t get the memo.

Ive always had a good experience in this store! Friendly assistance, and excellent products.The last time I went the woman who helped me noticed my current bag was in rough shape, and let me know about their free repairs. I really appreciated her attention to detail and thoughtfulness!

I frequently shop on Newbury Street but recently had the pleasure of visiting Longchamp Boston. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an authentic welcome from the associate. The space was clean, organized, and inviting. I had the pleasure of chatting with the store manager, Scarlet, who helped me find the perfect bag for my Mother who is planning a trip to Italy next month. I never felt pressured to purchase and actually had a lovely conversation about the history of Longchamp (which is fascinating)! Needless to say, I had a wonderful experience in the store from start to finish and ended up purchasing the La Voyageuse Crossbody Bag in Black (which I know my Mother will love) and highly recommend Longchamp to anyone looking for a personalized shopping experience. Bravo!

The regular woman who stands behind the register (tanned skin tone, 5 foot tall, long black curly hair) is the most rudest salesperson that I have ever encountered. She does not smile and does not take a second to offer any assistance. She needs to work elsewhere (away from customers) because she left me with a nasty experience.

Arrives in Monday October 14, 2019 at 11am, website indicated shop should have been opened at 10. Several customers waited outside. A woman arrived shortly after 11, let herself in and locked the door behind her. She did not acknowledge anyone waiting to get into the shop. I finally left after 30 minutes and went to Tory Burch . Tried calling the shop telephone number, no answer. The women in Tory Burch were very helpful and I purchased a beautiful bag. By the time I left Longchamp, none of the 4 people waiting had stayed . Poor service

I have had my Tote Bag for a year, I never use it, Im not a fan. Its one of the large totes and its so stiff, its really not comfortable against my body. All the money I paid for this tote one you think that you would get more than one tiny zipper compartment. Nothing for small items like my license, eye glasses or important items that you need to get to easily??? I wanted it most for traveling and everything just gets lost on the bottom and all you do is dig. A few pockets and zippers would be helpful for a tote that costs $150.00.... Really, who designed this tote? Not a women on the go. Not worth the $$$

Super unhelpful and disrespectful staff. Gave me wrong info and told me they don’t care. If you like their bags (like I do), I recommend going to other major stores instead of this local branch to get them.

I like the brand and i LOVE the newbury location . The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store manager always goes above&beyond.If they dont have the color you want they can always order it and ship it to you.However, i got a little frustrated to get there and find the store was closed. i went online and i confirmed that the hours were 10am-7.I decided to wait for 10 min,when i returned the door was open but then again i figured i should go grab a coffee and come back and shop.After 10min i went back and the door was locked AGAIN.At that point i decided to leave and call before going in.

Always very friendly. Seasonal colors/sizes do run out as they are located on a busy street - Newbury.

I bought one of my bags in the store and a year later it had a break, and this store was so quick to send me a replacement immediately. Definitely recommend this store and its employees!
