The way they treat customer is absolutely rude.

Even though this is a high end store on Newbury Street, they do a great job making everyone that walks through the door feel welcome and appreciated. Since finding this shop, I do not bring my Bvlgari for servicing anywhere else!

Nice store dont get me wrong that security guard Jean on his phone too much while on duty. They can hire better and he use to be there almost every time we shop there
