Good quality for high prices

Yes, they look really cool. However, the quality is not what you would expect from the price. The lining in my jacket came apart after 20-30 times wearing it. And the customer service was not helpful. I recommend paying a little more and getting something that has much better quality.

I love Allsaints, but sometimes I feel like all their clothes are made from rags stolen from gypsy children. This shirt is going to fall apart while Im wearing it.

I wish i liked the clothes in here less because theyre so expensive but I love them. The staff here are also always super friendly which is maybe unexpected given the aesthetic in here?

Never liked the Newbury Street store until NOW. New manager is doing an incredible job. Staff is friendly and helpful. Snobby attitudes are gone. The clothing has a cool rocker vibe. I am a huge AllSaints fan. Checkout there outlet store in Wrenthem.

Very unfriendly and high-nosed service - they did not even greet us when we walked in! I went shopping in a lot of places around the world but never had such a bad experience before. Will definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

Great space and huge selection. Staff was friendly, but not pushy.

Extremely bad costumer service. Walked in the store around 7pm. Almost empty. No body tried to help me. A women I guess works there, with purple/green hair noticed I was checking out the leather jackets, didnt bother to ask if I needed help. No need indeed to being ignored. I will go go Bloomingdales, they carry the same stuff, bigger discounts and attentive service

AllSaints is the best British grunge chic around. Theyre known for their leathers, which are always high quality. I bought a gorgeous leather jacket there, but I did have some problems with customer service. They do not have enough of the smaller sizes in stock, and never got back to me about when theyd have my size (despite putting myself on the list as well as contacting corporate). I happened to be lucky enough to wander back in when they just so happened to have the jacket I wanted in the right size. Im still giving them a good review overall, simply because their garments are well made and I consistently get compliments on every AllSaints piece I own. However, they do not always make it as easy for you to shop there as they should.

I went in there because it had 50% off sale, which is ok considering everything in this store is expensive. Beside being expensive but they have a great customer service, very friendly and always ready to help.

It is snowing in Boston! I walked in the store - no one greet me, the sales ppl was standing on a side chatting. Finally sale associate upproched me and helped me with sizes. During check out associate don’t even wrap my purchases in tissue, when I got home all my close was wet from snow 😥😢😢. ALLSAINTS my favorite brand, I shop at Bloomindales in NYC or London all the time - but Boston experience the wars.
