The 2 ladies superb customer service was rather delightful and the one in particular had been there for sometime described the waterfall they had in Copley brought back delightful memories β₯ I loved. I frequently would go to legals and I purchased boots from Copley last year which I was quite delighted because they were the riding boots I so desired. I use to work there many moons π ago when the census bureau was there. Love Copley small have purchased many things from others stores as well. But by far enjoyed my outing with my grandson who was curious about that store in particular with other stores. He was interested in a wallet and he browse the store. Theres a duckie coach bag Im Interested in purchasing for myself hopefully it will be there when I go back to get it for myself as a birthday gift. My birthday will soon be here. Always delightful experience visiting Coach store.
A bit of a long wait to enter the store due to social distancing, but once we were in the store the service and attention to details were amazing. Buying a Louis bag is a big investment and the salespeople recognize this. They were patient and really understood my needs. I tried on at least 10 bags before I made my decision and never felt rushed. Truly an outstanding customer service experience.
The associate that was helping me was very rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Her name is Leila. She did not even greet us/ introduce herself or even smile. I got her name because I asked for her name. Hope she didnt give me a fake name. She did not even offer to help whatsoever. She was very rude and told us the stuff we were looking at is mostly out of stock and we cannot buy it. The staff here really treat you base on your purchase history. She saw we are Asian and she treated us unfairly and differently. We waited outside for 20 minutes and the guy said there are 2 people ahead of me when there were no one ahead of me. The staff here need to be trained to treat all customers the same, equally and friendly. The staff here is not customers oriented at all. Do not treat people unfairly based on the way they look! I suggest you do not waste your time at this store. LV Natick has an amazing staff or go shop online!
I can be bougie! I deserve it..My personal shopper was super nice. She addressed me by name and provided me with several options based on my taste, I said yes to a beautiful cluch bag. I call her Keisha because she is black and bougie! Outstanding services.
Been there for some shopping.iv been to LV Paris, and compared the prices, the prices are alright. Excellent security. sales associates are helpful. The store is in Copley plaza so car could be parked at Copley parking.I would highly suggest not to bring car use Ride service instead.
I feel like there should be a question for people putting themselves on the wait list to get in as to whether or not they intend to purchase anything. I came in for a couple of pairs of loafers and some luggage and had to wait two hours behind a bunch of people window shopping. By the time my appointment came my dinner reservation was almost ready. At this point Ill just stick to New York if its going to be a fiasco trying to buy basically anything at copley.
Bad service!!I have stolen my bag and need to go to this shop to clean it. The attendant told us that we cant clean it and we cant change it. There is no solution. I tried to look at the other bags, and she told us to go out and get in line again. I wont buy Louis Vuitton again

Security guard told me and my 2 friends to stay together and stay in one place.Actual LV employee told us to browse around while he checks for the purse in the back room. Security guard had broken english, so communication was unclear. Felt talked down upon by the security guard . LV employee tried to deescalate, but wonder why security guard is talking to customers about browsing. Sounds like the LV employees job .
Stephanie was the absolute best associate. I really wish we could have stolen her away and hung out with her. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered. Very pleasant shopping experience.
Love their products! But hate going into the store. All the associates care about is making a sale! I went in there 2 days ago to do a warranty claim on a belt I bought recently the gold buckle turned color. The lady was constantly trying to have me look around while I wait for my claim to be processed. I felt very uncomfortable. They always try to push you to buy something. I have spent enough money there this past year. I always try to avoid the store and just shop online only for this reason! I hate being pressured when shopping at a high end store!
I had to wait 20 minutes to enter the store and received unfriendly service from an associate named Alexa. The selection was also poor. I will continue to buy Louis Vuitton products online or at Saks. I do not suggest wasting your time shopping at Louis Vuitton at Copley.
Great store with a lot of choices. Bought a new handbag not even on their website. Love the bag!!! True they are expensive but they last forever and classic handbags to hand down to the next generation. Sung was very helpful and friendly!!

Invasion of privacy. Employees here will pull your LV purchase history and use that to determine how helpful they want to be. Apparently shopping online at LV.com or at other boutiques is a bad thing.
Had to wait a half hour to enter the store and when inside while waiting for the SA to pack up my purchases, I wasnβt allowed to βbrowseβ. The SA who helped me was very attentive and helpful. She actually gave me really good advice on a couple questions I had.I know itβs because of COVID19 that I wasnβt able to walk around the store freely but from what I saw, there wasnβt really that much inventory.Looking forward to going back in the fall.
The association that was helping me was very rude unhelpful and disrespectful. As soon as she heard, I had an accent, she started treating me differently and unfairly. She didnβt even allow me to touch the purse I wanted to see. I felted I was wrong being there. Good thing I went to the one in Saks fifth.
The store is obviously beautiful but the wait to get inside the store was nearly an hour. We had gone there to make a purchase and just the wait time was just a bit much.

This was a long awaited, first time visit for myself. I came in to purchase my very first LV bag. I was pleasantly greeted by Irina a very friendly and helpful sales associate. The moment we walked in we were seated comfortably and given a complementary sparkling water and a bottled water. I Knew exactly what I wanted but did not expect it to be available since it was unavailable through the company on line. Low and behold 2 of the three items I wanted, were in stock at the Copley store. Irina was so sweet so efficient and very knowledgeable with all my very many questions. They had many customers that day. But never did she make us feel rushed, she spent a good amount of time with us giving information and chatting. When I told her it was my very first purchase ever, she surprised us with a celebratory flute of a sparkling beverage. Our experience was over the top wonderful!! I walked in with jeans and a sweatshirt and still, was given such royal treatment! This once in a lifetime purchase which I probably will never be able to afford for a long long time, was especially memorable for the terrific service and special treatment Irina offered me.As for the store....well they do not make you wait long at all, the item that wasnβt in stock came in the very next day, I immediately got a call that they had received it and held it for me. Has to be the best shopping experience I have ever gotten, they are that good !!! If anyone is planning on shopping at a Louis Vuitton store I must tell you, Go to Copley and ask for Irina, you wonβt be sorry!

Iβve never seen employees with such a bad attitude. Just because they work at Louis Vuitton doesnβt mean that they can treat people badly. I wish Louis Vuitton employed folks who can treat customers with more respect and not be judgmental. The sales lady who was assigned to us was extremely rude and wouldnβt even make eye contact with us while she was taking our payment for the bag we bought. She also commented on our name, stating that it seemed like a fake name. At one point we wanted to leave the store, but we really had to buy the bag because it was a gift for my sister (I would have made the purchase online but that would have taken a few days extra. Therefore, this store purchase was my only option).

I went in to buy a bag that was more then most people put down on a new car. I had called and sat on hold for more than 30 min to make sure they had it in stock before i drove there. Was assured they had it. When i get there the manager had no idea what i was talking about saying they havent carried it in yrs (just came out). Walked out and called the Natick store, they have an amazing staff and the customer service there was amazing!!
Its a nice store but they dont have all the range of products and its not small but not large either. staff are helpful but not super nice. I was there on valentines so maybe they were tired from working too much during that time
If you buy something and need to come back the next day to get it engraved/personalized you have to wait in the line to get in store again. No customer loyalty at this store.
Horrible customer service. If you think you can charge $2,000 for a small bag, at least hire more people. Also, please train people well. The front door girl should be walking around and greeting people, not just standing there and holding the ipad like a super model.

Deplorable customer service. Copley Place is too highly esteemed for their shops to be lacking in this aspect. I would rate the Louis Vuitton in Charleston, South Carolina more highly, and few things in Boston rate lower than they do in the South. Gladly taking my patronage elsewhere.
The staff at this LV store including management is totally unresponsive. I purchased a wallet to go with my Flandrin tote last month. I was the only customer in the store. Associate βShannonβ waited on me. I knew exactly what I wanted...it was a small but easy sale for her. The store was not able to give me a receipt for my purchase due to a problem with their computer. Store manager βLoriβ advised a receipt would be emailed to me later that day and a hard copy would be mailed to me. No email was received. I sent an inquiry via email to Shannon...no response. I texted and left her a voice message over the next few days...no response. She had given me her card in the store and I had all her contact information. I attempted to call the store directly to speak with Lori but was re-routed to the 800 customer service line.After 2 follow up calls they finally emailed a copy of the receipt to me. They told me they would send a message to Lori...the store manager...and she would contact me. To date no one has called. The treatment I received post sale was frustrating and unacceptable. Is it too much to expect a receipt when making a purchase in the LV Copley Store? With all of the counterfeits in the market...the store receipt is our only proof of authenticity. I will not be returning to this store in the future and will consider giving my business to another high end handbag company such as Gucci or Channel. I also find it unacceptable that you cannot call the Copley store directly and speak to a staff member. If I want someone at the 800 number I will call that number.
Went with my husband to buy a new bag and stood there for about 30 min and no one help me out. Other people came to the store and help them right away. Will never como to this store again. Wish the service was as good as the one in Paris.
Id like to give Client Advisor Fatiha five stars. Shes absolutely a joy to interact with and always makes the in-store experience amazing. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the brand and is very passionate about helping her clients find the right LV pieces for their personalities. She never rushes the in-store experience and if she cant locate what youre looking for at the time, shell work hard to get the piece within a reasonable time frame. Fatiha is a really gem. If you have the opportunity to stop by this location, definitely ask for her. You wont be disappointed!

Took my bag in for repairs and it came back damaged (canvas all wrinkled). The manager told me they could fix it and to come back in a week. When I came back, there was no improvement and she told me the canvas was wrinkled when I gave it to them even though no notes they took stated this. She also told me a Louis Vuitton is only meant to last 3 or 4 years. I wouldnt suggest shopping here.

I sent my bag out for repairs, they tell me this will take 4-6 weeks. Ok, fine. They tell me the repairs are $420. Ok, fine. They call me to tell me my bag is in. I go to pick it up two days later. Get home and realize that they didnt replace four rivets on the exterior of the bag. I call them and they tell me to bring it in. I finially get there 11 days later (I have a very busy schedule) to drop it off. Theyre very apologetic and laugh at the ridiculousness of it. They tell me that it will need to be sent out for yet another 4-6 weeks. I say this is absurd. They tell me that someone will call me the next day to let me know if it can be fixed in house or whether they can red tag it to get a quicker turn around time on the send out. This was the 9th. No one calls me the following day. Or the day after that so I call them. They tell me theyll leave a message for someone to call me. No one call. I call again yesterday and they tell me someone will return my call. I receive no call. I call a third time today. The Client Services dept tells me that theyre waiting for a part to come in and then theyll call me. Is it that hard to notify a customer of the status? Its not like the repairs are being done for free, I paid for them to only be done incorrectly. Not great for a company that prides themselves on craftsmanship.
