This was our 3rd mattress firm we went to and he went out of his way to find us the perfect mattress he didn’t try and upsell or push us to get something we couldn’t afford. I needed to buy a new mattress I have a really bad back and the mattress that I bought in 2018 with awful I was crippled when I woke up in the morning and I was waking up at night in excruciating pain. I explained all of this to Rosie the saleswoman and she had me lying on all different mattresses and not just for five minutes she said you need to lie in the mattress for at least 15-20 minutes to really be able to see if the mattress is good for your back or if it starts to bother you she was extremely knowledgeable explained everything to me in detail I didnt know there was that much to know about mattresses but there is I was so happy with her knowledge, her patience I must have been in the store for at least 3 hours. She wasnt pushing me to purchase any mattress at all basically she said you know if you want go home think about it but I was really ready to buy it right then and there I got the mattress that I wanted if youre in the market to buy a new mattress I would highly recommend seeing Rosie she was so sweet and I really lucked out

I was at the mattress firm on Federal today looking for a support for my bed, and usually this isn’t my area of expertise. The gentlemen named mark working at the time was more then helpful and took the time to explain everything for me. I feel like I found the best option for a foundation. I will definitely be returning in the near future for a new whole set and will be in the look out for mark to help through the process as he explained all of the deals on floor models and that really did get me excited for a near future purchase.
