Even though Im a member of the20% Off Club...The staff wouldnt let me exchange a Keurig machine that cost me $168 two months earlier. No receipt your screwed. At least at Walmart theyll take anything back. FYI...Over the past 6 months I spent 3k redoing my house. They lost me!

We needed a specially sized King size mattress protector and couldnt find it. I am unsure the employees name, but when we asked, he walked us over directly. As usual it was also 20% discount. We do not shop here often, but when we do it is a pleasant experience.

Like the products. This store is run poorly compared to other BBB. The cashier was very slow. There were long lines, but only two cashiers. There were 7 closed checkout lines. It was a Saturday. They need more cashiers. There are plenty of people looking for work in FL. Hire more cashiers.

Everyone here is very helpful and friendly, if you cant find what you need, chances are they have it on their website, thats their beyond part of their name, but most likely they do have it in the store, such a big variety of stuff! Love this place.

I went to buy a slicer machine on the store they didn’t have it in stock so they order it online I receive it today but it seems like it’s been used probably somebody return it and they didn’t inspect the package that it came back I don’t know how they do something like this very disappointed

Returned an item that I ordered online with no issues and decided to buy a similar item even though it was more money.

This is not a review of BB&B in general. Simply put, theyre not all of created equal. This place proves it.The store is huge. It has its wares laid out in such a way that I didnt want to leave. The selection puts many other BB&Bs to shame. And if that was the only thing about the place, I would give it four stars and leave it at that.But then you have this staff who just care. Theyre trying to make it easier for the customers at every section. I had at least three separate employees go above and beyond for me. Ill be back here. I must. Recommended.

Handles Black Friday and season crowds pretty well. I went that afternoon and it was pretty busy but the line moved fairly quickly. The staff was super helpful and very patient. They even got us more coffee pods since their display ran out. There are nice benches in front of the coffee bar so you can take a break. I left my coupon at home but I was able to use mine off the app and there are shopping apps that have the barcode for you.

I placed an order online and reserved an item for pickup. I was charged $20 more than what I reserved it for online, and when the cashier fixed the price my coupon became invalid because the price had been overridden. I went on to purchase a board game and take advantage of the price match promise that is advertised all over the store, but it turns out that the 20% off coupon cannot be used on price matched items either. The only thing that makes this store almost reasonably priced is that they have coupons available all the time, but what good are the coupons if you cant apply them to anything?

Store was very well organized. Friendly staff. We even enjoyed a cup of coffee at the coffee bar. Made for a lovely time shopping. And we were able to find what we were looking for. Cant wait to go back!

I love this place. Its always super clean and neat. They also accept expired coupons. I build mine up for a few months before I take them here and use them all on one purchase. Just make sure you have a lot because the %20 off coupons are used on the least expensive items first. Ive saved upwards of $30-40 dollars when I make large purchases of around 100 dollars or more.

Nice setup and check out wasnt a long wait! Came to this location since the item was out of stock at other stores. Called to make sure it was there before heading out that way and it was. The cashier was very nice and friendly, she was also the person I had spoke with before coming. First time experience was really nice and Ill visit this location again.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always ask if they can help you and will take you to wherever the items are so you dont have to look for it. The customer service is better then anywhere else.

Good store with a nice variety. A bit complicated on the lay out and sometimes it is hard to find help. However if you know what you want, great store and there is always a 20 percent off coupon somewhere.

Nice store good coffee prices when on sale

We came in to look for any sheets on sale and met a Miele rep who introduced us to the German-made Miele vacuum. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We made a great purchase of the C1 turbo charge, just right for our new floors and rugs. With the BB&B coupon, it was an even better purchase. A great place to shop.

Great store, today checkout line was 15 minute wait - thus the 4 stars. Plenty of help on the floor, not enough cashiers. Store is updated - even has a small specialty food section & beauty/health care section.

Leslie is the BEST! She knows the store inside and out and is super helpful and friendly. Anything you need, she is right there.

Love the variety. Could get lost in there forever. Always fairly priced. Staff is always nice.

Store sucks, find someplace else to spend your money

If you need stuff for around the house then they probably have it here. Look in the mail for coupons each week. Sometimes as much as $20% off. They will scan all the coupons you have and we saved about $75 on what would have been a $200 order by using about 5 or so coupons.

One of many stores that have been ripping off customers for years. Not surprising that there closing.

I go out of my way for This Bed Bath & Beyond I buy everything from coffee and horseradish to OPI nail polish and cotton balls. They have coffee pods to try. Make your own coffee, free, who doesnt like that, right. The staff are always helpful and if they dont have it they offer to get it online. Great shopping. Use coupons. Even expired ones work.

Its a decent store. It has a lot more than I expected it has makeup now its a big store you can get pretty much anything you want. Some of the Cosmetics are much cheaper than Walgreens or CVS

An excellent place by all your household needs you can purchase almost anything you need for your house at very reasonable prices I recently bought a vacuum cleaner a small hand one that works great and a flexible garden hose that collapses much easier to handle angle and his brother light an easy place to park and is handicap accessible

Love Shopping at This Bed-Bath & Beyond Store. First off, parking is right outside the door. Secondly, they have numerous Handicapped Spots and, they are Handicapped accessible. The Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Every single time that I have gone and needed Assistance, there was always an employee available to assist me. The Store is very well stocked and, if they do not have the item available, they will have it shipped to your front door or, to wherever you want it shipped. Another Great Thing is that they will Price Match. Should you find the exact same items at a different Store, they will Match the item to get your business, which is great. I also Love Their Policy of being able to Return or Exchange for 1 Year From Purchase Date as Long as You Have Your Receipt. No other Store gives you One Full Year. I love there selection, Customer Service, theyre eager to please. I return to shop here because they stand-by their products and, I am always happy with my purchases. As I started above, every single time I have shopped and needed assistance, I was able to find an employee willing to help me with a smile, good attitude, great Customer Service and, Friendly. I come here once every two weeks to get beauty products/necessities with my coupons. I probably spend at least $50 every two weeks here. I regularly receive coupons in the mail. I also have 3 email addresses which I receive the coupons there as well. I have 2 personal and 1 for work. The emails come with barcodes to scan and long numbers at the bottom. So I screen shot each one to make it easier for the associate. EVERYTIME I come in here I have an issue. They accuse me of having duplicate coupons saying only one on my phone will work. I always reply with No, I have multiple email addresses and if you look closely the numbers are all different. They scan them and they do work. But, the past few times the associates have been extremely rude to me. This one woman asked me how I do that and have so many. I told her to stop giving me a hard time as I was in a rush and just wanted to get out. She said she wasnt giving me a hard time just didnt understand how I had so many coupons. I had about 4 on my phone and 3 paper ones. Why was she asking me this? I see people coming in with binders of coupons!!! Not fair. I feel like I am just being targeted because I am in my 20s. I am just trying to save a couple bucks, its not like it comes out of their paycheck. Another instance, 2 weeks ago I came in the store with my coupons and the older man accused me of having duplicate ones on my phone. He only let me use one on my phone and said the rest were fakes. Well they were not. I called corporate and they apologized. They sent me a coupon via email. They said the district manager would be contacting me in a few days but never did. I will still shop here because its the only one in boca. Please tell your employees to stop giving people a hard time over coupons.
