Look, love the store, love the products. Clean, organized, lots of variety... But there were more people in line, than there were shopping. Probably 40 people deep. 27min to get to the cash. That doesnt make sense.

Unbelievable lines, even for HomeGoods! 5 cashier lanes open. Only 2 cashiers working...the other cashiers were not at register for atleast 25 minutes. I waited 40 minutes. Several customers requested manager up front to see this nightmare. We were told the manager was new and trying to get stock on the floor and told not to bother them...there were so many employees on the floor that when I asked at least why the manager didnt send cashiers up, she said that they were busy putting stock out.. fyi. The manager never made an appearance the entire time I was in line and after numerous requests by me and others in line.. I felt sorry for the cashiers as they were being ripped apart by every customer. So... corporate, wake up and hire responsible people in field management. Corporate training, and store management. Make customer service a priotity. As an interior designer who shops you stores frequently, Ill go else where till you get it together...

It’s a great clean establishment, the staff are friendly however, y’all need to get it together with the check out line. 15 minute wait for a pillow. Y’all are losing thousands of dollars because you’re clearly focus on labor and not customer service. 7 other locations in a 5 mile radius that offers great, prompt, fast, service with less headache.

Id like to pay a HUGE compliment to your team member Ana H. She was SO incredibly patient, helpful, took great care of my items, was friendly, and didnt rush me out even though it was super close to closing time. The checkout process was seamless and I got home with all of my items intact. I havent had a customer service experience that good in SO long. She even was patient with helping me sign up for a Home Goods credit card. Id really like to give her a compliment and let her team know that she is doing a fabulous job and totally exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back to make future purposes.

Really disappointed about customer services. Eva who works at the check out was not paying attention at me and my at first. She was helping to other employe literally at the middle of checking us out. Without saying any sorry, give me couple mins she jumped into other employe again. We wait for like 10 min . I started letting her know that we need to go, and we dont have time to wait anymore .. her respond got me in shock she said “ excuse me? Though there is a lot of stuff packed in, one can walk around and slowly take it all in and find great items. It can be overwhelming! But, the store is neat and clean. The check out ladies are nice. Unfortunately, a lot of the help look unhappy!

This store has a great selection of seasonal things..bunch of Halloween and Thanksgiving gifts!

The location has a wonderful selection but the lineup and wait at the cashiers also reflected the popularity of the location. I suspect like so many places, staffing is difficult.

Stood in line to check out for 20 minutes while people behind the counter were gossiping. But at least we got to hear a whole story about how a guy bought a painting from HomeGoods and it fell off the wall and he wanted HomeGoods to pay him money to get it reframed... Because he wanted to keep the picture.... LOL

This is a terrific store. It has so many nice things, good quality and well priced. I love the mirror selection, artwork, towels, sheets, oh my gosh so many good things. I especially love their selection of gourmet food, Italian pasta sauces etc etc. Well worth a visit!

The store is clean, but nothing good in side. Always useless staff. So prefer to go some different store

If I could give a zero star I would. I wanted help with a heavy ticket item and pressed the help button several times, waited 30 minutes no one came to help. I decided to bring the tag and have the cashier call for help. A helper named Lee came and I was told to drive up front. When I drove by that time Lee decided to help someone else even though before I told him I was pressed for time. I saw Lee out front while I was standing called him and he just ignored me. Thank goodness another customer offered to help me put the bulky item in the car.

Great inventory but difficult to navigate with so many carts and inattentive customers pushing those carts.

Homegoods makes buying a gift so easy and fun. Selection is great and you can find things in all price ranges.

The floor staff is always rude & is not following COVID 19 protocols-not giving 6 feet to customers just bumping into customers as they impatiently walk by. The store itself & the products they have in stock are cheap & picked over. The least appealing HomeGoods that I have been in.

The store is in such disarray, manager is very short with customers... if you dont mind digging through the piles of stuff, Im sure youll find some good stuff

A great variety of goods here! I was torn between all the options I had. I wont mind the hour drive from Miami just to shop here.

The huge lines at the register show that this store has merchandise that people want.

Covid19 and too many people in the store.. line inside was like 30 deep.. this is not Social Distancing ...I ran out of there as fast as I could . Holiday shopping at its finest.. Definitely NOT worth the risk

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI was shopping today and needed information about the size of sheets I pickedI asked an employee on the floor for assistance and this lady did NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH.Later on, I asked the Manager Anthony, why they would hire an employee who does not speak English and his answer was “you should have looked for another employee to get assistance” and then “we are diverses”!Well, we are in America and even if we have a lot of Spanish speakers in this country, All employees dealing with customers should speak English.

This place is AMAZING. If you see something you like, buy it. You may not see it again. I go here on a regular basis and have been for years!

Absolutely the worst in every way. All I found in this store is a pile of trash being sold for money. Damaged and incomplete merchandise, and ill-service provided by poorly managed staff

There Is bad customer service I tried to get a new cabinet and asked a women and that woman said she will look for someone to help us and then we find her helping someone else and we wait more than 10 min. And there stuff is very sturdy.

Always a great place to go

This particular Home Goods on Glades and Boca Rio Road is an excellent Home Goods the lines move fast. However, why I like it is that it is designed very well. The rugs are near the living room furniture living room furniture is near the tables near the Vaz is near the things that you would need in your living room. All the dog paraphernalia is together the kids section together at the basket section together. Very easy to shop. As usual the lines along but they moved pretty quickly and this was a Saturday afternoon. Ample parking also exists

Kelly Clark is an extraordinary rude assistant manager. If you have an issue and she is working, don’t waste your time, come back when any of the other more helpful managers are on. Hope she gets replaced soon, I’ll be avoiding this store until then.

Pretty good store. Very crowded during season. Got called up for a register, another lady took our spot, then the cashier next to us didnt care much and called another person while we were waiting after getting passed. Kinda rude but I guess it happens when its crowded.

Love all HomeGoods store. I havent bought anything yet from any HomeGoods but I just love the place, the ambiance, and the things they are selling. I cant really say the items are fairly priced, but there seems to be a lot of people everytime I visit so my guess is that, the people mostly appreciate it.

I loved working for Home goods I think the store is great and the staff treat the people with respect I would love to work there again I did the displays. My tip to you is to shop there the merchandise is good quality, also the staff treats people with respect. And

Too many employees taking up the entire store with shopping carts full of items . Stocking & restocking should be done before or after hours so people can have room to move throughout the store ! There are at least a dozen of angry employees rushing around like crazy . No thanks .

Attempted to return a large piece of furniture for an elderly client... Parked in the closest parking spot, literally cant park any closer, went inside to find a flatbed cart... Was told only an employee can operate the cart... Then said employee informed me the cart cant leave the sidewalk... Parking in a fire lane blocks incoming and outgoing traffic into the shopping center... Store policy or lack of any common sense... Or was it because I dress for work and dont appear to belong in Boca?

Interesting variety & a good place to save. IMO, every Home Goods store is well worth the trip. My favorite thing about them is that theres something different on display, each & every time I shop there.

Fun shopping experience. Always more of everything. Hard to walk out with only 1 or 2 items. The staff is helpful & nice.

This is where you go to find the best value for your money. You can find almost anything here and there are always new things coming in: so every visit is unique. There is so much to see that you find yourself wanting to look at everything and want to have everything. It is a fun place to spend your day.

I love this store. They have unusual finds and very cute things for the house. A good place to get gifts for people.

The store has been open for 30 minutes. I had to use the mens restroom. Going in there, there was garbage and leftover paper from the day before all over the floor including the stalls. Also, not one roll of toilet paper in any of the 4 holders. How can you open a store without cleaning and checking the restrooms!! Asked for their manager Jackie and told her of the situation. She had no sense of urgency in taking care of the matter. I should have reported it to the health department

I’m a big fan of Homegoods but very disappointed in this particular store. Forget about asking to put items on hold, they are incapable of properly organizing their stock here. The store manager Alvin was rude and incompetent and cashier Tish was of little help as well. I would recommend visiting a different store if you value customer service.

I love HomeGoods, and I love this HomeGoods, but the checkout lines are always insanely long. There never seems to be an adequate number of cashiers to handle the foot traffic.

Very organized store, kind register staff. Easy in and out. Hard to navigate with a cart though, they have so much to look at.

Some of HomeGoods products are great. But their pots and not unless you buy the very expensive pots for cooking. The coating comes off on their non stick products too fast.

Always find somthing, good prices too.staff very helpful....

Always have good merchandise

We paid $400 for a furniture item and paid for delivery service through the third party they recommended. HomeGoods LOST the item we paid for because they were irresponsible and never tagged the item. The delivery service is the one who notified us that the item was not there. No apology from HomeGoods or phone call. Looks like they were trying to get paid twice for the same item. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED. Dont buy furniture from them unless you walk out with it on the spot!

Great store

The stripmall location is not the best but store is fine. I do not go there specifically unless im passing by due to its unattractive location. Two things i notice in this particular store, it is always messy and staff are constantly setting up shelves, carrying bins full of goods, setting up the rug tracks, always something going on during the business hours.I understand that stock has to be replenished and sometimes other big projects have to be done during regular business hours but i think some of these major tasks should be done either after closing or before opening. It is rather annoying to try to navigate in a store like that.

Although there is a large quantity of merchandise, the previous reviewer was correct. The store is the most unorganized mess I have seen. Products are just thrown in piles on shelves; products on the floor in piles. The furniture section was neat and organized. I wanted to purchase a rug but I was afraid to attempt it as everyone seemed so frazzled. There were large piles of wadded up and wrinkled rugs in carts, I guess to be put back but they were no longer in good condition. I can always find something to purchase but the store is a mess. The young lady who checked me out was very friendly. And, yes, there was an employee smoking just outside the front door.

If it was possible to give this particular Homegoods (Boca Raton on Glades Rd) a negative star review, I would! What a complete disorganized mess with the rudest employees ever! First of all, the store is SO jammed packed with items, it’s impossible to get through the aisles...God forbid there’s someone in the aisle with you or that you have to pass...no room. There are items, furniture, boxes, and just junk piled anywhere and everywhere in front of the aisles to where you can’t even tell what’s there. They could have a lot of great things but who can tell! I’m not one to have anxiety and I swear being in this Boca Homegoods gave me an attack. NEVER AGAIN!! I will stay in my neatly organized and peaceful Margate store From now on.
