If I could put zero I would. The owner is beyond the most disrespectful human I have ever spoken to. The employee Natalie is incompetent to do her simple job. Do not believe anything they say to you because they will wheel you in to spend a lot of money under false pretenses. DO NOT SHOP OR HAVE A REGISTRY AT THIS PLACE!!!I love to support small business but not when they lie and deceive people. I will never recommend this store to anyone!!!
They lure you to do a registry, offer you a 10% credit based on the purchases from your registry, and then ignore you when you ask for the credit. So much so that the man who owns the store will scream and curse at you accusing you of being in desperate need of money when trying to use the credit they promised you. He seriosly curses at you!
The sales team at this store is amazing!! They really understand how to create a special unique nursery..they also offer beautiful monograming of almost anything.Love this place!!!
I moved to Florida while pregnant with my first. I was CLUELESS and stressed about what I needed for a nursery etc. I wanted a small business where I would receive personalized service—WELL I GOT IT❣️❣️The owner sat down with me for hours on end helping me decorate the nursery and playroom and picking out essentials for a newborn. I cannot brag enough about the exceptional service! Whenever I walk in, I am greeted with huge smiles and personal service for my needs from every single person in the store. When I had my furniture delivered, James went above and beyond...SERVICE WITH A SMILE and so accommodating. The new store is beautiful and filled with amazing gifts and essentials for babies and kids alike. I keep asking for larger and larger sizes so I can continue to shop in this amazing store!!!! I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.
I received the most precious engraved blanket for my first baby from Rooms for a Prince and Princess - I loved photographing him with it, and the blanket got so many compliments. This week, I was lucky enough to win an engraved blanket for my second baby! So thankful for this ahead of the birth of my little one. Thank you to this wonderful store and to Brittany for engraving the blanket so beautifully!
I tried coming to this store twice. The first time it showed the new hours due to covid they close at 3pm.. So I decided to come a second time before closing to find that the door was locked and there were people inside. I walked back to my car to call them to unlock the door. To my surprise the lady answered the phone and was extremely short with me. She continued to tell me more than once when I tried asking questions that she had 2 pregnant women in the store and they really should haven’t two of them in the store at one time. And that I really needed to call for an appointment and abruptly hung up on me. I don’t have an issue with making an appointment as I am too pregnant but I’d trying to let the lady know so I can just simply wait till they were done as I don’t live near this store at all. Nor did she good customer service by offering me any alternative options or even an appointment. she hung up in the middle of trying to speak. I will be taking my $12,000 nursery budget elsewhere. Also, don’t lie to your customers. When I walked up to the door there was clearly way more than 2 pregnant women in the store with a sales person
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS STORE!!! I remember sitting down with the owner Natalie when I was pregnant with my daughter 8 years ago. I was clueless as she was my first! Natalie spent hours with me going through everything I needed and didn’t need, designing and decorating every piece of her nursery, being sweet and helpful and beyond patient every step of the way! I knew I found a forever place to shop for everything! I did her nursery top to bottom, our entire baby registry.. then, we re did the whole room together when she got her “big girl room”.. and now my daughter is 7 and I’m still there once a week getting everything I need!!! Best products, best quality, and beyond THE BEST service! Will be a customer for life!!!!
I would never go back there. #1 weekends require an appt, fine, I totally understand given everything thats going on - but then we were let in... If a place is by appt you expect it to be... #2 CLEAN. This was not the case. The place was a MESS and the employee was definitely apologetic, I very much understand rearranging or organizing but this leads me to the straw that broke the camels back.The employee said we were #1 late to the game, she obviously doesnt understand peoples customs which should be respected #2 she said everything in the store is custom and could take up to 4 months to order/make/deliver and that doesnt include any COVID related delays... #3 she would not stop talking or following us around. What she was scared of beats me cause its not like we could steal a whole crib... #4 she kept telling us things were expensive which was ironic because the crib on my registry cost a lot more than the crib she was referring to and #5 finally she told us we should check out Pottery Barn. Do you care about your business? Or your employers business? Do you care about your job or job security?Ill never go here again. The selection was terrible, the service was horrible, and the overall vibe gave me so much stress.

Beautiful furniture. I shopped for childrens furniture here. The staff helped me find coordinating pieces for the kids rooms. They were very helpful through the whole process. They even have an embroidery machine to monogram blankets and pillows. I highly recommend this store.
SO DISAPPOINTED! I took my pregnant daughter and son-in-law to this store to purchase furniture for the nursery. The one woman working there was too busy talking on the phone with verizon and only came over briefly to give us a brief sales pitch, only to return back to her phone call, which was obviously more important than her customers. Save the personal calls for non-work hours! Big fail on her part-we went to her competitor on Federal Highway and were given outstanding, personalized service by a highly knowledgeable sales associate and ordered everything we needed.
As a brand new grandmother I wanted to purchase something special and I wanted to only spend a certain amount. This lovely store allowed me to do both. The store is full to the brim with fun, soft, well designed and unique items. The staff was warm and friendly from the time we entered till we left with full bags. They provided information when asked and left us to wander when we looked like that was our wish. Wonderful find at a wonderful time!!

I was very impressed with the store and the service. My salesperson was Natalie, a sweetheart whowas uniquely knowledgeable about the inventory. She helped me organize a fabulous color palette for my daughters room. Her taste is exquisite, as well as her demeanor. She has made a lifetime customer.

I dont quite understand the negative reviews as our experience dealing with RFAPAP has been nothing short of excellent. We were able to purchase floor model Romina (at a great discount) which we had previously discounted as the brand is extremely expensive. The delivery went smoothly and we continue to visit the store from time to time. Both Natalies are excellent in customer service and really aim to please their clientele.We recently purchased a magnetic onesie from them where the magnets failed after a few uses despite us following the cleaning directions. RFAPAP told us to come in for exchange or refund, no questions asked. This is the type of service which we are looking for. We will continue to shop at RFAPAP and refer other friends and family looking for high end baby furniture and accessories.

Not a company that I would recommend to work with. What they will promise isn’t what they will deliver in terms of time. You have to call and follow up yourself otherwise don’t expect any calls to be received. Any excuse in the world.We should have read reviews before doing business.
I went to this store last week because I need some new furniture for my daughter. The merchandise is gorgeous (and overpriced), but the staff is extremely rude. I was in the store for 25 minutes and I was the only customer in there (I wonder why) and neither of their employees would even look at me, let alone actually greet me or offer to help. I walked out and I wont ever go back.

Do not purchase anything from this store. The staff is rude and extremely forgetful. I ordered furniture for my baby 3 months in advance and the product still arrived late. The staff did nothing to speed up the process and never returned my phone calls. Im extremely disappointed with the service and I hope no expacting mother has to go through this experience.
Just want to say my kids are grown however...this store is AMAZING. If ever i am in need of a baby or childs gift...this is where i go first. Natalie is extremely knowledgable about her inventory and exactly how things work in todays world. I know things are very different from when my children were infants and toddlers. I have nothing but positive feedback on this store, the quality of merchandise, the selections offered and the owners and her staff.

Some of the Furniture arrived past babies due date, 2 months after it was supposed to be in. Crib arrived not complete, and had to order a new one. Tray table got lost and had to use one of theirs and it didnt match our baby room.
