I havd been very pleased with the Dux bed and service with David Cohen for over 14 years. Have two beds and they are both the most comfortable ever. David goes way beyond customer service in being helpful and knowledgable.

Almost everyone knows Duxianas brand stands for luxury and quality. But little did I know that it also stands for service as well. I bought my bed here almost two years ago. David, the owner, made it a point to come with the delivery crew to make sure the bed was set-up properly. That was added value. However, I just moved and when I got the bed to my new home, I thought, why dont I call David at Duxiana to see if they could help set-up the bed again - Guess what, he said, Ill be there in an hour. He came and set-up the bed at no charge. Cheers to David at Duxiana. No question the brand also stands for service over, above and beyond the sale. Thank you!

If you want to waste money I suggest purchasing their chambered down pillows, that you are stuck with, and the only choice you have is to spend more money to add more down to...a WEEK later.......
