We came here because it was right near our home and we desperately needed to find a new bed that we could actually sleep on. We just returned a Saafa bed due to the fact that is was horribly uncomfortable and sadly overpriced.When we got here we were greeted by one of the friendliest sales people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His name was Hany, and he worked with us for 2 days to figure out why bed would be best for our body and sleep type including helping us try new pillows, to find the best one. (And we never buy new pillows)Due to his helpfulness and knowledge of the products he is trusted to sell & represent we left there with an amazing bed and 2 pillows for an amazing price! I originally gave Mattress Firm 5 stars but had to change my review today as our Mattress was not delivered as promised.First we received a call yesterday stating our Sunday delivery will be canceled because the Mattress we ordered was not in stock.After going back to the store yesterday and ordering a more expensive Mattress we were told we could still get delivery on Sunday. Keith was very helpful and tried to make things right.Well here we are Sunday and they called to say the delivery truck was 20 minutes away. 20 minutes later the truck pulled up to my house right on time and as I was waiting to open the front door for them when the truck suddenly drove away with no explanation. I chased the truck down to tell them they had the correct address but the driver said he did not have my mattress and drove off.We called the store several times but I cannot get an answerer from them, all they keep telling us is the warehouse will not answerer the phone. So it appears we will not have our mattress today. This is unfortunate as we have already given away our mattress today anticipating the new one getting delivered. I cant believe that a company the size of Mattress firm can have such incompetent management.Keith did a good job trying to resolve our issues however I will be sleeping on the floor tonight wondering if I should have bought my mattress someplace else.

I highly recommend Mattress Firm. Their prices are comparable and they have a good selection of mattresses. Lazaro, our salesman, was great. He respected our budget and did not try to talk us into anything that we couldn’t afford. He listened to our needs and did his best to meet those needs. I was looking for a box spring and called this store. I was really hoping to find one in stock and take it home today. Boca Bob answered the phone and said yes we have some in stock and invited me into the store. When I got there, Bob showed me a floor model in new condition that was on sale for nearly half price! I said I’ll take it but was concerned how to get it home as I didn’t have a truck. This was no problem for Bob...he and his associate strapped it to the roof of my car and had me on my way in a jiffy! Returned the twin, but they wouldn’t take back the adjustable frame ($199) even though they were now giving them away free! “Sales” associate was happier to cancel my remaining order ($5K) than to bother his store manager on his day off.
