I decided last minute today that I needed to get a bouquet of chocolate covered fruit and decided to go with Edible Arrangements. I called the store and they were eager to help me and to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted even though I really didnt know what I wanted. I had tons of questions since I had never been there before and they didnt get frustrated with me once. Plus, since I needed it last minute, they even got it ready for me within 45 minutes. When I got to the store, the staff was very friendly too. Not to mention, my friend loved the bouquet. Thank you so much!

I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry mug. In the picture online its overflowing. In person its not even full 😂

Ordered a $100 arrangement for my moms birthday to be sent to her work. I called and confirmed the delivery time with the store. When the delivery driver got there, 2 HOURS AFTER THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY TIME, he called me to tell me she wasn’t at work today (she was) and that I could pick it up before the store closes at 6pm. So I returned the phone call and asked them to take it back, and explained my frustration. The BEST they could do was refund me the $15 delivery fee. $100 wasted and the best they could do was give me back $15.

Says open till 5 so drive all the way there to at 3:30 to find them closed. Not happy!!! I can promise this wont happen to me again.
