My granddaughter loved it. They were out of the reindeer she wanted. So she ended up getting two. We had to wait in line for about ten minutes. Not bad for the day after Christmas.

I truly enjoy shopping at this store, particularly because they treat all customers the same, regardless of age. The bears and other stuffed animals are cute and reasonably priced, and there are plenty of clothes and other accessories to choose from should one want to dress their new friend. Highly recommended.

At 71 years old this was my first trip to the Build-A-Bear store. I went with a friend and it was such a fun experience! I will definitely keep this in mind when Im needing a unique fun and memorable gift for someone! Really think its a cute place!

A great time even if your twenty-something. Couple friends wanted to go in just to see what they had and we all ended up leaving with a new stuffed friend. The staff were so bright and friendly, made us all feel like kids again.

The personnel were very helpful and accommodative in securing a 3rd birthday present. Prices were reasonable We recommend this store.

Horrible... went in with the intent to buy animal n roller skates not spend 100 bucks, the lady who works there informed me in front of my niece that the skates wont work without shoes n since the animal has 4 feet she would need 2 shoes 2 skates.. needless to say the 7 yr old had a meltdown.

Went to the on in the College Mall and when I got my build a bear Pokémon home the stitching was coming loose down his shell. Was a little disappointed.
