Long wait nowhere close to sit. They ran out of supplies to Peirce my grandbabies ears

Very nice store. Well presented and the young woman working was very upbeat and inviting. Never got that vibe walking past this last year. Whatever you changed this year, its working.

Got my daughter’s ears pierced here. Autumn did a great job. She was patient and kind when my daughter freaked out (we had to leave to grab an ice cream and then settle down to come back). Got in right away. The piercing is free - you just buy the earrings. We had tried Almost Famous and it was a total headache - glad we had this option instead!

Came here to get my ears pierced and to buy a few pieces of jewelry, but the young lady was more in tuned with texting on her phone, I walked around the booth for at least 10-15 minutes. She looked at me a few times and didnt offer help, not even a hello... Terrible customer service... Ill never return here.. She needs to be fired.. The fact i was able to photograph her is insane.. Shows you shes not doing her job at work.. Very disappointing

I visited this location on Saturday January 16th, 2021 for only a pair of studs. I knew what I wanted as I had seen them online. The store was very busy and I waited a long time. The little lady working was lovely! She made sure she greeted everyone as they came to the store, let everyone know she would be with them as soon as she could. I wanted to leave her a tip for her hard work and time but she declined and said she was happy to help and thanked me for my patience in waiting.I have brought my business to your stores for a very long time! I had my ears pierced from a Pagoda, my daughters all had their ears done with a Pagoda, and my granddaughters. You always have beautiful items, perfectly clean stores, wonderful people that work for you. People who truly care! She had an alarm go off and everyone looked at their phones. She paused for a moment let everyone around the store she needed to clean for Covid per policy. 1 young couple got disruptive and left but everyone else stayed and some thanked her for her concerns. During these times we all need to be kind to one another. Everything is different, the rules of life have changed. Thank you for your company’s dedication to keeping those around your stores and staff healthy and safe.I wish I had caught her name. I did over hear her tell the gentlemen a head of me (as they asked where a store was in the mall and she was r sure) that she was visiting and helping this store as she runs a store in the Dakotas.I will always continue to shop with your delightful company-V.V.

The worst experience.Today i was 2nd to come up to the counter it was kinda hard to miss me with a huge red coat on i was told well be right with you. Needless to say 25 minutes later 2 groups ended up ahead of me into15 minutes of me being told We will be right with you. Thank the Lord my Madea stayed in, but in case you were wondering i ended up walking away. So much for treating yourself on a bad day🤷

They sold me fake jewelry when I paid over 500 for it, and when I went to return it they said they couldn’t honor it because it’s not real. I know it’s not real this is what u sold me as the lady that sold it to me sat there and did nothing. Super unprofessional and jus a sketchy vibe. Don’t shop at the mall of America location!!!!

Long waiting line. Only one person work there. They have told us to wait for 10 minutes but actually I waited more than an hour to get my kids ear pierced.Unless you watch it for your their clerks store attendant don’t who come there first or been there.

Went for a few ear piercings there and the two women working were amazing. They were helpful and patient as we picked out earrings and decided what we wanted done. She did a great job with the piercings and made sure that we liked the spots marked on ears in pen before doing anything. Quick and easy. Would go back for sure!

This was amazing!!!! My piercings are very even and the person who pierced my ears was very nice! The only reason I give it a four star is because you have to choose the earrings they have. Other than that this place was great!!

I went to the MOA without an appointment and Brittany pierced both of my girls ears. I have never seen someone work with children so well. I was amazed. She was patient, caring, fun, and talked them through everything. Their pierced ears look great! I would definitely go back and see Brittany.

The woman who helped me was extremely helpful (sorry I didnt catch the name, but your employee ID (listed on receipt) is 1078668.I was charged for a protection plan that wasnt mentioned or asked for by the Maplewood Pagoda location.The associates at this store helped me do a return and it felt like they actually cared. The sales associate was excellent! He took the time to ensure my 12 year old was comfortable and explained the whole process to her beforehand, and ensured her piercings were level and exactly where she wanted them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting their ears pierced. Thank you!

They were great with piercing my 7 year olds ears. Very patient and comforting. Also very sterile and clean. I would highly reccomend it.

Went to see Brittany based on another review here. Got my 8 months olds ears pierced. Shes fantastic with children and did a great job ensuring both sides were even and clean. Deffinetly recommend her and this place.

Dont go there! I got my babies ears pierced here she is 5 months and the manager made them so uneven! She acted like she knew what she was doing the whole time with this attitude and I called the next day they said they would call me back and never did! Waste of money and my baby has to live with it! 👎🏼👎🏼

Do not go here to get your cartilage pierced. Or anywhere that is not certified with the APP. First off they use a gun there, which although is fast, is very damaging, leaves scar tissue and is NOT sterile, even if they claim their needles are. Cartilage piercings are already more prone to infection due to the limited blood supply. I had to go there twice, and get three done in total when I was there, the first one turned out fine and is just healed, 8 months after, which can be normal, the second was placed too close to the first one so I had to go back and they re-pierced it, a bit lower. What they didn’t tell me was that my ear was too thick and, being cartilage and already prone to infection, plus with it being too thick and not able to breathe, it still hasn’t healed, 8 months later, and I’m still in a considerable amount of pain for a piercing, and it’ll probably scar when I take it out. The piercers were inexperienced and unfortunately I did not do enough research. They however should have known and told me all of this, but they did not, and that’s on me. Do not get anything pierced here if you want a safe, sterile piercing with someone who knows what they’re doing.
