Tried to order a bouquet of roses from the mall of America store to the hotel at mall of America.To deliver in the same building its $15 delivery fee and they need to add a custom fee because the standard delivery time for the day is over.Way to make someone wait on the phone for 20 mins to give this.Target has better flowers fresh anywaysAttaching the call records for the owner.This is definitely greater than 3 mins. Again not able to select one that was a 5 mins hold because no one from the delivery team picked up.Adding the distance of 0.6 miles is a 12 min walk and 3 min drive.You may the best with the flowers but with this service it wont last.Reviews are meant for feedback. Please improve the service department to be more successful

Very creative and loved the arrangement sent! The person I sent it to sent me photos of the flowers and the arrangement was beautiful and much bigger than I thought it would be. I will definitely order from them again!

Date of Visit: 9/16/2019 around 7:00PM - Neat little store for small gifts or cute decor, however, the sales associate we encountered at this store was terrible. She followed us around the store and asked us what we were looking at. Almost like she was trying to shop WITH us. She would look at the item and go, Oh thats funny because... or Ive heard this is a funnier saying if you work in an office. Just let us shop in peace, please!

Sent some flowers to my wife at work. Very quick delivery, reasonable prices, and some of the highest quality flowers Ive seen. Definitely will use them again.

Extremely unprofessional operation. Placed order with FTD for flowers, received call from Indulge & Bloom stating they wouldnt delivery without an additional delivery fee paid on top of the $30 FTD service and delivery fee.
