Nice enough store. The employee i talked to seemed friendly. Speakers sound like monkeys pounding on tin cans, but you know, that isnt the stores fault. Dont buy without shopping around. Check out the b&w m-1 at Best buy a few miles away. You can get five of them, plus a nice rel sub, plus a decent receiver for a lot less than the 5.1 that Bose is pushing. And it sounds phenomenal. No monkeys around at all. Dont take my word for it. Go listen yourself. All I ask is that you try something else. If it isnt for you, Bose away.

Friendly staff and those speaker shades are awesome! I really need a pair! They need to make them more stylish though. As they are they sound great but for the price I dont want to look like Im wearing cheap sunglasses from the dollar store. Unless thats the point. Maybe they are sup8to be stealthy so people dont try to steal them.

Bose has made my day with my purchase of their new Hearphones. Karina and Reese, in the Mall of America store, greeted me and walked me very patiently through the operation of the set. They are excellent at what they do, and I’m certain they will be helpful should I need to call them. Thank you, Bose!

If I could give a 0 star I wouldPricing and what employees say to get you into store is a just to make a sale. I went into store on a Sunday. Says person told me price for products I was looking at is $1,700, but then said, I just missed out on sale that was $150 off. I ask if I could get that sale price now. She said no. That was 2 days ago. I asked why she would tell me about sale that has ended. She didnt have an answer for that. I did not purchase and left store.Called following day and ask for manager. Kathy the assistant store manger got on phone. I told her what happened and ask what they would like to do to fix the problem. She said she would give me the $150 off price. I told her I would be there on Wednesday. I went to store on Wednesday she got everything together for payment and price was $100 higher then we had talked about. She said she could not give me the $150 off the $1700 bundle price but would have to do off the retail price. I said that is not what we spoke about over the phone. She then went to back office and came back saying she could do another $50 off after saying there is nothing they can do. I told her I would only purchase at the $1,550 that I was told I could. She said there was nothing they could do.I left store and called Bose Corp. Told them what had happened and within 5 minutes they gave me products for $1,550 and shipped to my house for free. Bose store has lost a customer that will never shop locally now. I have purchase 5 ear buds, a 12 speaker surround sound system and now this new system from Bose Corp. Worst customer service at store. I have spend over 3 hours of my time driving to store 2 times and still without product until it gets shipped to me.Forget going to store at Mall of America and just go online.

Nothing against the store. The Bose Soundlink Wifi speaker I purchased will not connect to wifi anymore. Spent over an hour on phone with their support people only to find out they no longer service the speaker I spent $500 on. When I asked if I could get a trade in on something else was told sorry no. Most over priced piece of junk I ever bought.

Bose products are mighty expensive, but always have the best audio no other brands have. If you have the big bucks, you just might get lucky and grab something to increase the audio quality. Bose products are the key to listening to music and watching sports.

Just talked to Brian at the MoA store in Bloomington, MN. I had a question about Bose QC2 and QC15. He was very good at explaining that Bose had discontinued both headsets and made good suggestions. He was polite, professional, and took his time explaining me history on those two headsets, and suggested alternatives. Very happy with service at this Bose store in general, and with Brian in particular. I will remain Bose customer. Thanks Brian!

If i could give 0 i would give nothing.I know Bose products are the best in this field. I am from an aviation family. my parents and brother are all using Bose products and we dont have any complaint with the product at all. But the customer service that i received from the store is not as good as the name Bose. I am very disappointed at this service. The clerk only asked for my zip code which is the same zip code as my previous apartment but I had no indication that the store had my previous address since I have only lived there for four months.I went to my previous apt five times to get it and aslo spent 20 dollars gift card for themI have emailed them and called them several time, and all they say was oh I will email you back or call you back. and i have never received any call or apology email. They desrvese to get zero.my friend bought a20 from online and get it within two days and i got my product in about 2 weeeks.

Im unhappy that Bose changed their replacement policy without adequately notifying its customers. The sales rep here seemed not to be knowledgeable or interested in helping me with my warranty and/or replacement questions & kept shoving the replacement hotline in my face.. Disappointed because Ive been a Bose loyalist for about a decade & expected better service. Guess I will consider the competitions products

I purchased a pair of Bose wireless headphones for a recent business trip. They worked great with my iPhone but when I tried connecting with my iWatch I couldnt pair them successfully. Insert Jackson at the Bose store in MOA.Jackson took the time to understand my problem and provided over the phone support and troubleshooting. In minutes he helped me pair my headphones to my iWatch.He could have easily given me a 1800 number. Or insisted I bring the device in. But he took the customer centric approach to stop and help.Its this high level of service that makes an expensive purchase worth every dime spent.

I had a great experience I had the salesman Jakson he related to me wasnt pushy showed me all the products I went in there 3 times and the 2 time Jakson wasnt the person I was talking to and the other guy was pushy and seemed biest Jakson wasnt he loved his job he told me and I thought he was nice I had him twice he was the best when you go in there ask for him he has long hair and glasses.
