I stopped in this location about a month ago just browsing at the time they had a whole row of gaming chairs in. I stopped in last week and there were none left in the building. I spoke with Angela who took the time to call multiple stores until she was able to find the chair I was looking for and get it transferred to this store. She took my info and called me when it came in. When it arrived it was still boxed but she made sure the crew took the time to put it together and it was waiting on me when I arrived to sign the contract. Angelas professionalism and willingness to search for the product I needed was just the butter I needed to decide we want to rent something else from American Rental in the near future.

I purchased a mattress here and Mr. David, Anne, Chris and Tristan were all very helpful and kind. I was in desperate need of a new mattress due to severe back pain. They went out of their way to help me make sure I got the best mattress that fit my needs. The delivery was smooth, quick and accommodating to my work schedule. Chris and Tristan were mindful of the cats I had in the house and made sure they remained in the house. Very professional and courteous gentleman. I can’t thank you all enough!! One of a kind customer service!!

Delivery staff is polite, punctual and very accommodating. The extra services they offer, like free service calls for washer or dryer issues and loaner units should yours need to be serviced in their in-house service department make the shopping experience with American Rental far better than their competition. And don’t forget about the sales staff in the store, they go above and beyond for their customers every day.

Josh and chris delivered our dryer which they had to lift it over our counter which is 4 ft and then they had to do it again with the old dryer. They were so friendly and nice they need some sort of a reward....like a RAISE!!!

We’ve been using American Rental for at least 7 years now and they’ve always been kind and tried to work with us if we’ve had a hard time making a payment. My husband had surgery on his back and was out of work and they used coupons to bring my payment down to payable amount for us while he was off work. I would definitely purchase from them again!

I went here because I know the owner. I like how good of a human being he is. His sales people were friendly and helpful. Thats why my review stayed at five stars. However I was completely disappointed with the delivery. The guys who installed the washer and dryer did extremely terrible. This is the worst installation Ive ever seen..

Mattie went above & beyond locating my Range! Paperwork was a breeze! Anne did my contract & was super friendly & efficient! Everyone we have encountered, either by phone or in person, has been awsome. Delivery guys were polite, on time & explained details on my Range. Might not be everytime but, I got NEXT-DAY-DELIVERY! Would suggest anywhere but here. Anna is rude, speaks over you, interrupts—unprofessional. Will NOT be a repeat customer because of her and her alone. She needs to get in check and realize customers keep her in a job. Learn business Anna.And don’t call me about this or any other issue you have. You’re rude and need fired.Save yourselves. You’re paying thousands more for a TV stand that costs $500. Its absurd.The problem is Anne the mouth piece. She needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Thank you American Rental for all your help!!! I recently had a serious surgery. Thinking I was fine to use my bed. Wrong!!! I soon Realized after second day home. I was going to need a lift chair. Being home alone with no one around to help me up and down. I was worried about cost. How was I even going to get it to my house. After calling I was so relieved!!! It was under 100 dollars for a month. I did not even know if you could rent a lift chair. Plus they could deliver it to my house the next day!! Having this chair made my life so much easier. Thank you very much for all your help.

We texted back and forth as she worked to find items for me in the store, made recommendations, took pictures, and provided measurements. The items were delivered in a timely manner and were perfect! I was very pleased with how everything went through the whole entire rental process and even pleased with the product. Until COVID-19 hit. They called over and over repeatedly daily for payment in the middle of a world pandemic when they simply could’ve opened up our application and saw what we did for a living and realize that neither one of us were able to be working at the time due to the executive order. And they still harassed us basically for payment instead of allowing you to pay later pay what you can over and over and over the same call to the point where I will not rent from them again and I had already picked out future of things that I wanted to get from them I will no longer rent from them and I would not recommend anyone renting from them anything ever. They could’ve handled that with a lot more couth than they did it was really disrespectful when he will worrying about how to eat let alone making a $30 couch payment and they were harassing you it was ridiculous. Won’t rent from them again.

The staff at American Rental is friendly and they make sure their customers are satisfied. Its nice to have the option for a same as cash pay off date. As long as you get your item paid off in that time frame the interests that other companies would charge dont go into effect. The staff made sure I understood all the terms of the agreement I was entering and also made sure I knew what perks I could take advantage of. If I need anything else in the future I would not hesitate to use American Rental again.

Although I did not end up renting furniture from the Bloomington location, due to the furniture not fitting into my apartment, the staff here had excellent customer service. They voided the contract, refunded the entire non-refundable deposit, and paid for damage caused from trying to get the furniture into my apartment. If youre looking to rent furniture, you will be treated very fairly with this business!

Been doing business off and on here for years... The service is always amazing....I recently posted a review on here that was a 1 star negative review and I did so right after having a negative experience with an employee... However I did receive a phone call from the store manager inquiring about what had upset me, she took the time to listen looked into my account found the discrepancy and went above and beyond to make it right...I cannot say enough good things about how Sharon handled this and she took me from being very unhappy to once again being an extremely satisfied customer...My advice is if you ever have a negative experience here always talk to Sharon or Jason and give them an opportunity to look into things and see if they can help... I changed my 1 star review to a 5-star review because Sharon and Jason both went above and beyond to make sure the customer was satisfied and thats what customer service is all about...
