The ice cream sandwiches are a disgrace, the ice cream is already completely melted and the cookies stale. It wasnt the first bite, all of the ice cream fell out.

There are really good ice cream flavors .I havent taste anything else in there just the ice cream.

A the team member was serving me ice cream and she was not using gloves.I saw her hand with ice cream. That was disgusting.

The service was terrible. We ordered three cookies and the worker tossed the cookies on the counter so carelessly, I was very caught off guard. She was about to put the peanut butter cookie with the others and I asked if she could put the peanut butter one in a separate bag because one of us has a nut allergy. She looked at me like I was causing her a terrible inconvenience and didnt say anything. She again tossed the cookie on the counter. I saw a deal buy 2 get one free so I asked about it since we were buying three cookies. She rudely and quietly said its just for those pointing to the fancier cookies. If I were the manager, I would have fired her on the spot for being so careless, aloof and rude to anyone, especially paying customers. When we complained about her to the coworker, we saw her tell the employee and the girl looked as if she had no idea why we would be upset. She shouldGive it a careful thought. We will never buy from there again with all of the other food places that hire positive and friendly employees.

Very rude manager. I dont even know if he was telling the truth.I felt he was lying and wasnt the manager. he doesnt even know how to talk to customers. I was with my daughter to buy 2 ice creams and I was deciding on which one to choose. it might have taken couple minutes and he got upset.He threw my card and asked me to move aside. instead of accepting his fault kept on arguing how good he was and how correct he was in his actions. horrible place. would never go there.

The manager Joseph is extremely helpful and genuine, I called in a cake order last minute and he was so accommodating. Fast and friendly service- very impressed! Its hard to find such great help in the mall, keep it up!

Sorry, but this isnt the same taste as baking them at home and using the chocolate chip recipe off the nestle toll house bag. These are funky tasting.. Almost too much brown sugar? Yuk! I want my money back!!

Stopped to get my toddler green ice cream (mint chocolate chip). I got him a single scoop and it was good. I thought it was really expensive though. For an extra dollar you can get a gallon at the grocery store. I was also looking at their chocolate shakes but couldnt justify the price of those, wow! The employees were doing their jobs, but they werent the friendliest. The employee had gloves on and it seemed like a clean location.
