This place is always so packed. The barista behind the counter got our order wrong. But I understand theres a lot of stuff going on in there. Also my caramel ribbon cooler was half melted when I got it it should have been way thicker.

The line was long due to the lunch hour, but everything came out toasty and fresh. I hope that there are enough workers there that they dont feel too stressed. Please be kind to them. Thanks.

Update ur hours on Google!!!!!!This is the second Starbucks I drove to that says its open to only get her and its closed. I know that people are lazy and no one wants to work now days. I know staffing is very hard. But its super easy to keep your hours up to date.

Unfortunately I didnt catch their name but today 07/23 @7:38 pm. I asked them to make me a surprise drink. When I tell you it was the most delicious drink ever. Its like a strawberry frapp. Sooo Delicious, I had my mom taste it and she made me go in and get her one too!! 😂 The 2 guys were so energetic and fun to talk with. 10/10 will come again.

Ordered ahead, and my drink was waiting for me. Limited indoor seating due to COVID restrictions, but was able to get a seat. The temp inside was fairly high, owing to the morning sun streaming in through the windows. Always friendly, and great service.

This place is absolutely amazing, I walked out laughing. I went in and told the barista my name was Charles or Chuck whatever is easier to put into the computer and when I picked up my food he had put Chucky. Awesome dude!

Slow and dirty. There was only one gal working up front taking orders and making drinks. She was working as quickly as she could and doing a great job. I felt bad for her. I could hear someone in the back and wondered why they didn’t come help out up front when there were 7 people waiting in line. Our drinks were good and tasted as they should, but this was probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Overall, just a 3 star rating. “Meh.”

I ordered a drink and they never gave it to me. When I said could I have my drink 20 minutes later, they made me pay for it again. Awful service.

Ordered online. They completely skipped one of my drinks. One was ready 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. One was never even made. After 5 people walked in and ordered and walked out with what they wanted, I asked what was going on? They then started making our 2nd drink. It was kind of busy at the moment, but skipping an order is wrong. No sorry or anything. The lady that ordered after my first drink was almost gone said something to an employee.

Food and drink were good but Don was very unpleasant multiple guest came thru and I only heard them say have a good day. Also had no get up in his step super slow....maybe could get a beverage himself to speed up. Also didnt think a place like Starbucks would allow employees to wear political attire!

This location is fantastic and even without a drive through, the mobile ordering is so efficient here.

I live a couple blocks from this location. I’ve been there many times and I can’t remember 1 good experience here. The drink crafters have not once gotten my drink right. Every single time I have ordered an online drink it seems to get lost? The last 2 mobile orders I placed I waited over 20 minutes. I have only received a $4 comp card once. DO NOT go here if you are in a rush to get somewhere.

This morning i felt disrespected one of the employee for this Starbucks. I asked her nicely if she would make my coffee extra hot and her answer was if i remember, i got shock and waited until she gave me cold drink. Then i talk to the manager for this situation, nothing happened so please Starbucks respect ur customers.

We went there during a non busy time. They got my drink wrong literally three times. I tried to be positive and all cheerful, but the service was awful as well. Never thought I’d come across a Starbucks that had to fix a drink so many times and be rude all together.. definitely year 2020.

Not only was service extremely slow, but the quality of my drink was also lacking. There were 3 people in the store, including me and I waited for 15 minutes. Not to mention the other two people were already waiting when I ordered. One batista making drinks and three wandering aimlessly around, attempting but failing to look busy. My Frappuccino was nothing more than a cold press with whipped cream slopped on top and dripping down the side of the cup and completely flavorless. Not to mention there was no blended texture to it at all, just a straight gritty drink. Will not go back here again.

Its nice that this Starbucks is now allowing in store pickup. I had a short wait and some confusion with my most recent order but it was partly my fault since i couldnt remember what i ordered!

Friendly service and clean place

I recently got a side job near this location and I really like it here! Its easy to order online and pick up in a reasonable time on my way to work. The only issue I have is that its usually messy near the condiments area. When I want to grab a straw or stirrer for my coffee or tea, theres trash on the ground or on the area where I get my last minute items. The employees have always had a smile and are very kind, so there is a genuine happiness here.

I come into this store regularly, and I am always impressed with the manager who runs this store ( I think her name is Alia.) She is always dedicated to the customers, and has no problem remaking a drink if for some reason someone has made it wrong. I feel that if she continues to manage this store, the growth here will be tremendous. Overall, always a great experience when she is here working.

Everything at this starbucks is Amazing! The parking is a little rough since you are sharing with about 7 other locations but they offer great Starbucks coffee and muffins! Great city to be in also!

This Starbucks has no sense of urgency when it comes to making drinks, I have been going to the Starbucks for the lass for the have years service has progressively gotten worse I dont know whats going on but it really need to be taken a look at by management!I truly do not know if the volume of business coming into this Starbucks is more then the employees that they currently have they are wonderful! But they sincerely need help.

First, let me start by saying that I never write google reviews, but I am beyond frustrated with this store! The past 3 times I have gone here I have had issues. The first time, they forgot to make my drink. The second time I placed a mobile order and they made my drink, but not my sisters drink (which were the exact same drinks, iced cold foam cappuccino). It wasnt even busy when I went at 3pm and I still had to wait to get their attention, then for them to find the receipt, and then remake the drink. Today was the last straw. I walked in at 1:09pm, the person in front of me had just finished ordering and there was no one else in line. The cashier disappeared after taking their order. There were 6 other employees there (including the manager) who were all cleaning. No one acknowledged me until 1:15pm when the manager finally asked if I had been helped... I understand that its only 5-6 minutes, but at the same time there were at least 6 people working and no one even batted an eye in my direction. While I was waiting for my drink, they forgot another womans drink and she finally got hers 12 minutes later. I dont understand how they cant seem to get it together. I will not be returning here which is a bummer because they are literally right down the road from my house. I highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs!

Terrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for our food, no organization to processing drinks and food. No apology. People who ordered after got food before us. It’s because the kid putting the orders on bags put the bags below and was taking from the top. The cashier didn’t put our order in correctly. Train your people.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home so I wish it were better. The staff is not very friendly and the drinks are sub-par. If you have the chance, go to another location.

The last two times i’ve been here my experiences haven’t been very great. Just feel like they don’t accommodate very well for their customers. Everyone feels stressed out and the drinks take quite a long time to make. I waited for 10 minutes as I watched people behind me get their drinks one after the other (not mobile orders).

Tonight, around 6:30, some witch blew in and was a total jerk because Shane was lone staff. He remained calm, cool, and collected - kept helping everyone in order, despite her screeching on about her schedule. She was invited to leave by one of us and finally stormed out to her broomstick. Way to go, Shane! My Thanksgiving blend is yummy.

Parking can be an issue for sure because there are so many businesses sharing them. But otherwise, this is an average Starbucks. The staff does a good job of keeping up with the lines to ensure you can get your order and get on with your day!

Zero stars! Do not waste your time coming to this Starbucks!! Save your time and go somewhere else! They are extremely slow and rude. They took ten mins to make my iced tea when it was not even busy. Then when I asked what is taking so long I didnt get an apology or explanation. I got a refund and the manager didnt apologize either. Horrible customer service. They are not up to par with Starbucks standards! Very disappointed in my service! Never again will I take my business there!!

I am not a fan of the flavors of Starbucks Coffee (extra bitter, yuck!) & no milk chocolate available - only reason for 3stars. The place still good place to meet up with your Buds since it is not the coffees fault I dont think much of the flavors. The hot chocolate is awful - hot date chocolate is disgusting. Too bad Starbucks does not offer Milk Chocolate anything.... they are missing out on a whole lot of business. Too bad too.

Its a great location with a friendly staff. It draws a good diverse crowd so I can get busy, but never busy enough for a quick great service. Its pretty clean and with out door seeting as well.

Stopped on my way out of town. Gross. Super dirty. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned all weekend. Ordered a venti white chocolate mocha frap with an extra shot and no whip. They started to make it then forgot to finish. One gal said she had put in everything but the milk and extra shot. I watched the other girl(she had blue hair and a nose ring) put the milk in, blend it, then poor it in a cup and give it to me. She did NOT put the extra shot in. I asked her if she added the shot, hoping she would correct the mistake. Instead she lied and said it was in there. Wont waste my time or money here again. The picture is of the bottom of the cup which had coffee and muck from being set on the counter.

The coffee is usually the same quality as aby Starbucks. However this location I have problem after problem with. Once they forgot to put espresso in my coffee. I always use mobile ordering about 8-10 minutes beforeI arrive, rarely is my coffee ready. I am always there in the evening, it is often a little busy, but nothing too crazy. Not sure if they dont have enough staff, if they need more training or what. I feel like a requirement to work at this location is that you have to be unfriendly, I dont know that Ive ever gotten a thank you or have a nice night. Ive never experienced such consistent poor service from any Starbucks before. I am currently trying to find a different coffee shop that is just as conveniently located on my route to work (again, I come in the evening, not busy morning hours)

Came here for a job interview, it was fairly quiet, my order was placed and came out in a timely fashion. Service is professional and prompt. Parking lot can be crowded.

What are you all doing? This has to be the slowest Starbucks I have been to yet. What can I saw.. horribly unfriendly attitude from the barista making the drinks and working at a snails pace. Mocha was cold ... avoid this location they will make 10 online orders in front of you and force you to wait 20 min.
