The car wash dryer claims to run for 68 seconds, and then 10 seconds later it stops working. I talked to the staff about it but they just throw their hands up and say theres nothing they can do. Other holiday stations, offer for you to run your car again.. the two-night guys seemed extremely reluctant to try to help.. I drive a newer BMW, and I dont want to leave my car wet overnight. So now Im going to have to go drive it to a different car wash to get it dried.

My favorite gas station. I have been here 159 times and counting! A very clean store run by very friendly staff.

Terrible customer service! when I tried to ask for my missing change and for the receipt that their machine was not giving at the purchase of the car wash. I was inside the gas station going back and fourth with the employees and even the assistant manager that don’t even act like one professionally. Instead of offering help he was quickly to say no receipt nothing I can do. Yeah... no receipt because your machine was not giving them out even though I still paid and had missing change.Don’t just say thank you for the feedback, you’ll pass it on! Should actually do something! First time I’ve had terrible service at a “gas station.”

GAS SHOULD NOT BE COMING OUT OF THE PUMP BEFORE I EVEN TOUCH THE LEVER!!!I was just at the store to get some gas and buy a few things, and normally I have had nothing but good experiences, but this time the first pump I went to kept stopping. So I just stopped and went inside to pay for the other things and inquire about it.The young lady said it was probably the pump. So I went to a different one and tried. THIS time the second I pulled the pump out it started leaking and I thought it was, perhaps, some water that got inside.But it kept leaking, then it started gushing. Mind you, I am personally NOT touching the pump. Some employees were outside so I asked if this was not working. They laughed and joked, saying something like its working now. It finally stopped so I tried to ask if that was normal, should I still use it? They said it was okay.Then the girl asked if I was holding the pump, which I told her that no. I hadnt touched it. They didnt seem concerned in the slightest, and maybe its really not a concern, but I am not happy to have to pay for gasoline that didnt even go in my car--it splashed on me so I stink of gasoline.I feel this wasnt respectfully handled, or professionally. Ive had a problem one other time with the pump not stopping while I was gassing up, the lever had gotten stuck. I dont know if this is normal or if they just need to maintain the pumps better.Because its not the first time this has happened, and because this time the employees just laughed and joked instead of doing anything to help, I am giving rating 1star.

Always excellent customer service. Especially overnights into the early morning shift. Thank you for always showing the customers their satisfaction and patronage and their life in general matter.

None of the Staff had on Masks or Gloves for Covid, & no cleanup between Customers! They acted like there was NO PANDEMIC going on at all! Very Disappointed!

Need more employees here. Always lines. Employees don’t care about their job or helping you. Been going here for 15 years!! And today will be my last day dealing with the employees that have been here the past year. Went from a high quality store to sloppy city store.

Its a great store good location, just a horrible time to go is during the week between 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM due to the high school right across the street. The store fills up with rude kids. I honestly feel bad fir the employees. But you really need to avoid that store on free coffee Tuesdays cause of course every high schooler is in that store and you can not move! Sorry Holiday I love your stores but not when they are filled with high school kids. I just want to give your customers a heads up on better times to come in.

The car wash is terrible. I think my car came out dirtier than it was before. Choose a different place if youre looking for a car wash. They also have a disclaimer on the pricey car wash that nothing is their fault, which I think is quite terrible. Use at your car’s own risk.

The upgraded touch free way actually does a good job. I would recommend The Works (2nd from top), whatever final coat that includes definitely lasts longer now.

The cashier of that shift a real disaster was just sitting eating and talking to someone not caring that he was in line waiting for a long time this happened 11/27/2020 around 10:00 pm

Got a car wash that still left my car dirty. The worker comped me a car wash but not before trying to gaslight me. Tried it again and my car still has dirt all over it. Dont waste your time.

Do not wash your vehicle here! This location has one of the worst car washes in the Minneapolis area. It’s bad enough that it looks like your car wasn’t even touched when you’re done.Some of the pumps here leak. I’ve ended up with gas all over me and my car when I didn’t have the handle pressed in to dispense gas. So, be careful when handling the nozzles.Even though the equipment is faulty, the employees are generally pretty quick and friendly, which makes up for a lot.

A bit busy but the car wash here is amazing, completely touch less and it takes 3-4 minutes for it to complete.

Small redheaded lady, Sheila, was so kind and helpful. Quickly helped me and called another cashier so everyone was in and out!

Quick service and a decent selection of food for a gas station.

Car wash didnt get any of the dirt off my vehicle didnt notice it right away- so went back the next day to inquire. The guy at counter said it had been broke off and on last few days. At least one other person had complained about it not removing dirt. Manager James indicated it was because I bought a basic wash (I guess that one doesnt remove any dirt at all?) - he also said because I didnt have a receipt- I had no proof I had purchased a wash the day before. Really great customer service James...I mean how much would it have cost them to let me run my car through again?

Usually staff does pretty good at getting customer in and out, get some back ups at the registers during high volume times.
