These guys are great! Theyll help you out with anything you need they make it simple they ask all the right questions etc. Ryan and Levi were able to show me how I could get all the roaming dad I needed for just a few dollars more. And they totally protected my phone which I dropped within 24 hours of leaving the store. Thanks guys for saving my rear end!

Ryan was incredibly helpful with making sure I was aware of my options. He never wasted time or tried to upsell me on things unrelated to why I was there. And I’m very thankful he told me about a different promotion that ended up saving us money.My only issue was a smaller selection of accessories than other Verizon retailers, but that’s not much of an issue when they’re sold just about everywhere.

Verizons Ryan McConnell is well worth the drive to 4011 South Old State Road 37. He took the time to understand the root problem of my phone woes and helped me to find the right setting to fix the problem permanently. The problem was deep enough that it was not addressed by any YouTube videos I could find. Folks at other Verizon stores had been unable to help me except with cursory solutions that turned out not to work, and it was a relief to get my problem solved.
