Worst car buying experience of my life, and I’ve purchased numerous vehicles in the last 10 years. Completely did not honor our sales agreement. We had a purchase agreement signed by us and the dealership along with a receipt for the $1000 down they accepted and cashed as consideration. When the brand new 2022 mdx arrived, they did not honor the contract at at. We were told they didn’t care if we had a contract, and since there is a shortage, they would just sell it to someone else if we didn’t take their new terms. Absolutely zero integrity from our sales person and zero integrity from his sales manager. Buyer beware! This sales team is the precise reason people have no trust in car salespeople. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. Trust me, even if they give you a “better deal” at Luther Acura, like me, you could end up paying thousands more than the deal you past up when your vehicle is ready for delivery. The only reason they got one star is because leaving zero stars isn’t an option.

Ive been going to Acura for my last 2 cars so far. ANATOLIY is hands down the best there. He is very knowledgeable with the vehicles there and goes above and beyond for his customer and gets the job done! I am glad we got to meet him its always a good time when we go there. Was in for oil change today. And it was a bad experience. The technician left oil on my interior door. Very sloppy. Then they try to tell me my bulbs are burned out ..90.00 worth, my outer tie rods are cracked..610.00 worth. Haha. What a joke. Never again with the dealer. They cant even be clean in doing an oil change right. Rip off.

I had decided to upgrade from my 2007 Acura TL to something new. I walked into the showroom and started to look at new vehicles, including the new TLX’s and RDX’s. I spent fifteen minutes in the showroom and was not greeted even once by a salesperson, even with only one other customer in the showroom. I expect far better from Acura. I’m happy to say my new vehicle is NOT an Acura after that experience.

Terrible service. Salesperson was nice and helpful. But wish they would have looked at the car better they were selling before I looked at it. Looked at a 2006 subaru forester was nice on the outside. But when I inspected the underside the part of the body under rear wheel where the body meets the rear a arm it was completely rotted. Would of been nice of not having to waste my time when it was rotted like that. Its a safety issue and I hope they dont sell that car to someone else like that its unsafe. It needs to be welded or the car needs to be junked.

Horrible experience, walked out. I had spoken to a sales person a few days ago about a used vehicle that just came in. Typical salesman, he said I should come in that night since it was new and wouldnt last. I said I would try and when I couldnt I did the right thing and notified him I couldnt make it. Yesterday, I was about to stop by to look at it but he told me it was being detailed and I should come by the next day. This morning, I call ahead and the receptionist said I could just stop by without an appointment. So I stop by early afternoon and the salesman said it wasnt on the lot yet, but wait (he was with someone else). After about 30 minutes I let him know I was going to run an errand then be back. He said the car just arrived and was walking out to it. I was a little frustrated having to wait especially given he told me the car would be here today to test drive. He asked if I still wanted to test drive and I said yes, but did let him know I was frustrated waiting when he said the car would be here.The salesperson said You need to take accountability for having to wait, you need to schedule an appointment. So it is my fault? I was courteous letting him know I couldnt make it on Wednesday, I came back when he said the car would be there (and it wasnt), I called ahead and was told I didnt need an appointment. However, the salesperson went out of his way to tell me I was to blame. Waiting 30 minutes isnt the end of the world, but being berated by a salesperson when I did nothing to deserve it? Nice customer service Acura.

Do not buy your car from this dealership. Just dont - save yourself the headache. I do not take lightly to writing a one-star review but I feel it is necessary at this point. The dealership has caused me MANY headaches in which I have had to solve myself, with my own money. It wasnt until today when I experienced the straw that broke the camels back. Bloomington Acura is absolutely HORRIBLE at customer service. They are unorganized and have miscommunicated in every interaction I have had with them, from the start to the end. They have required me to come into the dealership at least 10 times in order to fix the mistakes THEY made. If you need to go in for anything, plan on being there at least an hour, even if it is to just sign a piece of paper. I bought my vehicle in November and I am anxiously awaiting the day I never have to deal with them. Please, save yourself the headache and the money and find a different dealer.

Do NOT buy a car from this dealership! I got a car from them and I got the 10 years free oil change along with my car. Since I reside in Woodbury, I asked the sale manager if I can change my oil in white bear Acura (I.e use that 10 years free oil change in any Luther Acura). They said yes. That was a lie. When I showed up in white bear, they said no. That I can use that 10 years oil change thingy at Bloomington Acura (The contract doesn’t say that you can only change oil in Bloomington with that deal). What a scam? I do not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. 80% of their rating are negative by the way. That tells a lot.

I bought a 2019 Acura MDX in 2019 and it kept breaking down in just a few months. All the lights kept turning on and I had to bring it back a couple of times within a few months. Recently, I brought my car to get detailed cleaning and it broke down in the process. I had to get my car towed to the dealership and they told me I had to pay $1000 to replace my shifter button assembly due to water damage?1) I paid for an additional electrical insurance on this car. Why would I have to pay 4.5k insurance if it doesn’t cover this repair ?2) This is a fairly new car. Does it mean it’s not a well built car because it keeps breaking down? It can’t even take a little detailed cleaning from a professional shop! It’s new and I had to bring it in many times already. It’s ridiculous!I’m very upset about this car and the repair that I had to pay.

I went to Acura Bloomington and was helped by Bronwyn Fitzgerald. We reached there at 5.45pm on a Friday and the dealership was closing at 6pm. She proactively came and helped us. She continued to help us answer all our questions even after her shift timings were over. She followed up with us the next day over the phone and also send us email quotations as promised.I got a better deal elsewhere hence did not buy the car from the same dealership but thats not her fault. She did the best that she could. I really appreciate the great customer service that I received from her.

We purchased an MDX Hybrid from Edward at Luther Acura Bloomington 1 year ago and HIGHLY recommend him when looking for a new vehicle! Recently we had our MDX Hybrid serviced and Alex of the service team was amazing to work with as well! The team serviced the car as needed for being a year old and Alex listened to our other concerns and fixed them without question. We were also very grateful that when we temporarily had to have a loaner vehicle, Acura accommodated us with a brand new vehicle similar to ours to use. We highly recommend Luther Bloomington Acura and their team!

My wife and I were ripped off buying a car from there.Update 10/29/20We cancelled our Gap insurance 5 days after our purchase on Feburary 29th. To find out after we refinanced our truck, THEY never cancelled it! Until 10/23!!!I even have an email I sent to the finance guy Dylan who ripped us off!!! If youre that desperate for an extra commission this is definitely not the way to make a sale!

Buyer beware! We walked in with a loan from our credit union, but the dealer did a hard pull on our credit report after assuring us that they wouldnt. They just needed our Social Security numbers to close the loan on behalf of our C.U., they said. Also, the promised delivery of our vehicle evaporated while the ink dried on the sale. I wouldnt return even for a free oil change.

This is my second one-star post. My first post appears to have been removed just shortly after I’d posted it—I’m speculating that Bloomington Acura requested that it be removed. So, here’s another.I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I strongly encourage others to avoid this dealership entirely. The staff is unprofessional. Most importantly, BEWARE of the representations the staff members make to you regarding fees and coverage. They bait-and-switch, and they misrepresent. This dealership does not own their mistakes (corroborated by other individuals who have posted here).

Worst dealer ever. Went to replace by brake rotors and they created a new problem for me. They damaged my rack and pinion. When I said i am getting some clicking noise when turning the steering after they have replaced the rotors, they just said everything was fine. I went to another dealership and they told me that my rack and pinion got damaged.Very poor treatment from alex anderson and randy. Will never ever go to this dealer again nor will recommned to any of my friends.

Such a great dealership and team! Scott Nelson took care of me! First time with Subaru and purchasing over leasing. Scott made it easy and quick. In and out in under an hour. More importantly my preowned 18 that I purchased had some damage on one of the trim peices. Scott said theyd take care of it. With Joe, who helped install the remote starter and Weathertechs coordinating the whole process. Thet got it all done in half the time! Im telling everyone who will listen! Thanks!

This place has the worst service that I have ever dealt with. We purchased our brand new 2019 MDX in January 2019. It’s now going on 5 months since my wife and I purchased this car. At the time of purchase, we also purchased a heated steering wheel to be installed in our new vehicle. A few weeks after the purchase, I called to schedule a service appointment to have the steering wheel installed. No one indicated they didn’t have it in stock. They scheduled the appointment and I took time off from work just for this. But when I brought my car in, they informed me they did not even have my steering wheel in stock. This was frustrating, but I had previously found a scratch on the bumper the day we purchased the vehicle so they were going to touch up on the paint anyway. This took an entire week to do the “touch up” before I got my car back. And I had to call them to find out where my car was because no one called to inform me that the paint touch up was done. At this time, I was informed that the steering wheel was on backorder and that we would be hearing from them in a few weeks. But we never heard from them. Weeks turned into months. After speaking with multiple people and getting the continued run around with the sales representatives as well as the general managers, we were finally told we would definitely get our steering wheel in another month with our name on it. This was in March. It is now June and we still have not received our steering wheel that we purchased in January. I have been telling all of our friends and family about how we have been treated at this dealership. You would think they would want to treat their customers better, but all they want is that sale. Once they get your money, they don’t care about you after. I have purchased luxury cars from other dealerships in the past and have been treated like family with every service appointment. I have learned my lesson with Acura. I will not be doing business with this company in the future because of my experience here at Bloomington Acura.
