Great experience selecting and purchasing my 2021 Ford Explorer. Nolan was fantastic to work with. The experience was easy, honest and efficient. I would definitely recommend checking out Freeway Ford, and will be my first stop for our next vehicle.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Freeway Ford. It is plain from the review responses that the management is interested in deflecting and blaming their customers for problems that occur. The courtesies they provide are perfunctory at best. Could these customers be difficult to work with? Sure, thats the reality of being a public-facing business. You dont make excuses or turn things around on your customers when you encounter criticism, not least online and with every review that isnt glowing and fawning.Anyways, I bought a used car with low mileage from Freeway Ford and within a couple of weeks, the transmission failed. It was covered under an optional warranty but the car still sat in the repair lot for five weeks while Freeway Ford gave preference to other vehicles with odd, pending insurance situations, taking up valuable work space in the garage. Scarcely two years later and the transmission is failing again, putting my wife into a dangerous road situation. I understand that mechanical failures do occur, but twice on the same transmission after Freeway Ford allegedly guaranteed it? That doesnt inspire confidence in the quality of their work.I loathe to think what kind of supbar service and runaround Im going to receive this time. Ive been brand loyal to Ford for a long time but Im not sure my next purchase will be with the company, unfortunately.EDIT: Unproductive and uncalled for? This review has been two years in the making. Again, management is trying to deflect responsibility for a reasonable grievance
I went to Freeway Ford due to the fact they were the only ones who had an F150 in the color I was looking for... I was lucky enough to meet Erin Terry, (sales rep)...She could not have been nicer! She walked Me through all of the options and after all was said and done, I ordered a new 2022 F150... The entire Staff was amazing, Thank You for a stress free experience Erin, You are Awesome!
Tough times buying a car in this market with supply being very low. Brian took the time to hear what my needs were and he recommended a recent trade in which was not on my list to look at on their lot. He was spot on, while not the color I was going for, the vehicle he recommended checked all the boxes. It was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend going to see Brian at Freeway Ford if you are in need of a car
I purchased a used Honda Pilot from Freeway Ford 3 weeks ago. I was initially put off as the vehicle was grossly misrepresented on the online ad, lacking numerous features (heated seats, 3 zone climate control, moon/sun roof, power liftgate, among others) the ad stated it had. Though these very features initially piqued my interest in this particular vehicle, the salesperson dismissed me, citing shed mention it to the internet sales manager. In typical salesperson fashion, she attempted to create a sense of urgency in me by telling me the vehicle had only been listed less than a week, and there was a lot of interest in it. That felt extremely condescending as I had clearly done my research, having already read the Carfax report and I could see it had been listed for a month. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my own mechanic to have it checked out, and based on his assessment of the vehicle, I purchased it. It is a nice vehicle, and I like how it drives & handles. I am confident I purchased a quality vehicle at a fair price, but I have no sense of loyalty towards Freeway Ford or the salesperson I worked with. Freeway Ford acted as any good politician would, looking out more for their interest (closing the deal on the sale) than mine (satisfied customer). I will not be back, nor will I recommend.
Very good sales people. The really listened to what I wanted and they delivered.
Brian was wonderful to work with! Honest, caring, thorough. When we made our decision to purchase, the entire process was more smooth then I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. THANK YOU!
My lease was coming to an end and Erin Terry made the transition painless. Shes friendly and competent without being pushy. She made sure I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision and followed up after the fact. Would definitely work with her again! Thank you.
Absolute bait and switch. Spoke to Nolan several times. Including the a.m. before I got there. Not only was the truck there, it was being brought in to be detailed one more time for me to look at. BS! When I got there (from 2 hrs north) the truck had magically just “been sold”. .....of course there was another white one parked on the front row for me to look at. You are giving car dealers a bad name. SHAME on you. What a waste of time. I work WAY to hard and honest to ever give my business to a place like this...oh-and now the truck is BACK on your page as AVAILABLE!
RUN, RUN AND RUN FASTER! DEF DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Erin Terry was exceptional as our sales rep. The finance manager Charlie Fink on the other hand cant seem to get his ducks in a row. We live in MN was financed through our home credit union in CO. Charlie said we would have to fly back to CO to sign our papers....when we get to CO...you guessed it WE NEVER HAD TO COME in person. Once here.... it was clear this dealership is conducting business differently than any other dealership we (or our credit union) has ever dealt with. They wanted the check before sending the title and wouldnt take a promise to pay/letter of guarantee from the CU. Bellco attempted to work out a solution and Charlie stopped responding to emails/calls/questions. The icing on the cake....Once he did respond the paperwork that CU sent to him was filled out INCORRECTLY. When they (and we) reached out to follow up and get thinks straighten out. We couldnt get anyone on the line and Charlie was not responding to the credit unions emails. It wasnt until we told the main operator answering the phones we were cancelling the sale and wanted our deposit back, was Charlie than available. He than hung up by slamming the phone in my ear after hearing the news of cancellation. Step up your game Freeway Ford you just lost out on a $40,000 deal. BAD BUSINESS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES. Perhaps Chevy will know how to treat a lady right.
Unethical, Fraudulent, Bait and Switch by Waldoch/Freeway Ford at the Minnesota State Fair!I put a refundable cash down payment on a van. Told I was first in line and no one else had put down any money. First right of refusal. Told an hour later, while still at the fair, that now I needed $500 non-refundable to hold the van. Asking for more money and NON-Refundable seemed unethical. Texted later that the car was being taken off the lot and I could test drive and buy it on Thursday. Called Wednesday night, the car was sold to someone else. Now they are offering me another vehicle for $11,000 more money.I am very disappointed and wanted to warn other fair-goers, this is illegal since it was fraud, ie bait and switch.
My car was dead. 2019 Edge bought at Freeway Ford 2 years ago. Neither one of my fobs would work. I was told to bring the fobs in and they would change the batteries. Did that and was charged $12.68 for new batteries. Got home and the car was still DEAD. Managed to jump start my car and drove it straight up to Freeway Ford. They checked my main battery and said everything was good. The technician said it was a GLITCH . Havent had any problem since.
Went in for service, Matt(in service department) was super helpful! And kept me up to update on the status of my car. After having a bad experience at another dealership, I will be using Freeway Ford in the future! Thanks, again Matt
Brought my car into the dealership to remedy two recalls issued on my vehicle. These services were free of charge and were resolved to the best of my knowledge. However, I was informed that there were two other looming issues, concerning my rear brake pads and my cracked and leaking transmission pan gasket. These services were to total over $1,300. I was instructed to remedy my break pads immediately because of major safety concerns. Fine. I agreed. The transmission pan gasket was to total around $800 to fix. I was informed by several trusted friends that I should not agree to this particular dealership service and to shop around. Im really glad I did. Only cost me under $200 to repair at my trusted neighborhood shop. I wish to inform others of this dealerships predatory behavior and to empower others to seek further education or other service. Most automotive repair dealerships can see me coming from a mile away and while I might lack the automative knowledge, I can take confidence in knowing that I will not ever be returning here.
Very poor inventory, unhelpful, condescending and lazy salesperson. Tip #1 If youre low or out of stock in a desired vehicle know when youll be getting more. Tip #2 If a customer asks a question and you dont know the answer tell them youll look into it and get back to them. Tip #3 Many women (often times known as paying customers) take offense when called dear especially after theyve told you their name twice. Tip #4 If you send your customer out on the lot on a hot day to look at a vehicle walk with them. Dont show up later in a golf cart.
I bought my truck from freeway Ford on Jan 28, 2020. There was some mechanical issues with it in October 2020 and I brought it in. Under warranty the problem was resolved 2.5 months later. Granted it was inconvenient to not have my truck for 2.5 months they seriously took the best care of me. During this time the service staff could not have been better. They seriously have top notch guys in their service department and would bring it back there 100%.The sales department on the other hand. My goodness! I spoke to the gentleman who sold me the truck back in January and he’s like let’s get you into something new but we have to wait for the truck to be fixed so we can refund the extended warranty otherwise Ford has to pay the fixes (smart business move I get it) so we waited and it ended up being much longer than expected but I would text him and another sales guy about trucks I’m interested in and literally telling these guys I will buy another truck from you but they would never follow up. I put them in a group chat together and explained my business doesn’t feel important and I feel neglected and that got a response finally saying he will look into it right away in the morning and guess what...never got a text back. Why do I have to be reaching out to you to put this sale into action? Since then I’ve never replied as I feel I shouldn’t have too and frankly I just feel disrespected and that’s a bummer if that’s the training style that’s put into place. Anyway that’s my experience with this dealership. If you aren’t the GM of this location or the owner don’t bother reaching out. You have my number if you want to chat more on it.
Erin Terry was by far the best auto sales rep we have worked with over many years of buying and leasing cars. We look forward to working with her again.
Excelente customer service, I will definitely purchase from here in the future. Thank you Patrick for providing an beyond expectations customer service 🙏
Had a great, hassle free experience. Got the exact vehicle we wanted.Patrick Martin was very helpful and friendly, as was all the people wemet. I highly recommend Freeway Ford.
Tim Ross helped us make a great purchase that turned out to be a smooth, valuable experience that lasted about a week, which included numerous back and forth emails, texts and phone calls. However, that didnt stop him from going above and beyond to allow for a memorable experience. He was helpful in the negotiated process for both my trade-in and the value of the purchased vehicle, and I would recommend him again to anyone. Thanks Tim!
I saw an ad online for a used 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid and got connected with salesperson Brian Steinhorst who met me on short notice to get a test drive. The car was in perfect condition, like new. Brian bent over backwards to work through the deal and the financing.Getting the finance paperwork took about a half an hour and in the meantime Brian filled the tank with gas.I highly recommend Freeway Ford for your next vehicle.
Erin reached out to me about a vehicle that I inquired online about. Out of 4 dealerships that had vehicles that I was interested in, Erin was the only one to follow up in the manner I had requested. Great experience all the way around. As we sat in the vehicle for the first time, Erin explained all of the features and the benefits of each. Highly recommend.
So I own Sota Outdoor Services and I only trust these boys with my rigs!! Special shout out to the service manager Brian and the service counter worker Jeremy for the best service I could ever ask for I cant thank these guys enough for the work they do for me and my company!! Everyone Ive ran into there makes me feel like family and friends. Again thank you guysIts now been a few years since I posted this review. So I want to make sure I tell you that things have not changed and these guys are the best! Tyler at the service counter is great and super helpful! Love working with him
I have had my Taurus serviced for many years at Freeway Ford. When I was stranded and the car would not start I didnt hesitate to have it towed to my dealer. This is because they have ensured my safety in the past and have never tried to sell me any add-ons or services that I did not need. Dean in service fixed my vehicle. The General Manager Rob Stewart assisted me with an accommodation that fulfilled my needs.
Bought my car back in April. Was a lovely car up until May I started to have issues with it shaking. I called to see if they could fix the issue, as it wasnt my fault and they said my vehicle was sold as is. So now its been a good 2 months worth of my vehicle being in a shop and I havnt been able to drive it at all and Ive only had it for 3 months! Its ridiculous that Im paying for a vehicle I dont even get to use.Update: they got me in as soon as possible as I also live about 2 hours away. They seemed to listen to my issues better than the other 3 mechanics I had taken it to before hand. They were very understanding and gave me a free tire balance and also got the job done much quicker than the ford dealership that I have up by my house. They also let me use a beautiful rental for the 3 days they had my car, free of charge. great customer service! And thank you service team!
Had the pleasure of buying a truck from Brian Stienhorst. Great experience! I would be glad to come back to Freeway Ford again. Best dealership I have been to in a long time.
Don’t go there for service. Rip-off artists. They told me there was a screw in the side of my tire that needed a new tire for $270. Went to Midas and they said they could repair it for $40. Decent place to buy a car, but avoid them for service. Edit: Same thing at Midas. Had to replace.
Brian in sales was great to work with on picking out a new F-150. They offered a fair trade amount and it overall was an easy process. Definitely ask for Brian!
In response to Ford’s review. I was looking at the Ford echo sport to lease or purchase. I waited all day for your finance department to complete the process for purchasing your vehicle. I’ve never been required to prove my income which was inappropriate. I kept asking Erin what was happening, why do they need proof of income? I did give you that information. The reason for not leasing a vehicle was not given too me. Instead, Ford wanted me to buy this car which I did not to do. I received annoying phone calls that I did not respond too. You would think I was no longer interested if I didn’t call back. I did purchase a vehicle at a different dealership. I got a better car with all the bells and whistles plus it’s bigger, saver and great on gas. I would not recommend leasing or buying a vehicle from Freeway Ford !
I went to Freeway Ford to have my oil changed on my 2016 Escape.I met Brian Steinhorst, a salesman. I told him I was interested in a new Ford Escape. He took down my specs and came up with a brand new Ford Escape Titanium 2020. I have taken delivery and am very pleased with its features and performance. Thanks again Brian.
Stopped in on a whim. Just looking. Walked out with exactly what we wanted and had our best experience at a car dealership. Our sales person Patrick Martin was a pleasure to work with! As was the finance guy, Lincoln Johnson! Thanks for the great service guys! Theres no doubt well back!
This is a fantastic dealership to buy your truck. It was a pleasure working with Glen Saunders and his team. The GM, Rob, is also a great guy. I highly recommend Freeway Ford.
Great Service, Got the car I was looking for. Finance guy was patient with my questions. Am hoping my new Ford lasts as long as my previous one (13 yrs, 200K+).
Very pleasant experience. Nolan M. was great in showing all the options on the F-150, worked the price & got the deal done. He also set up the smart phone electronics for us etc. & adv. come in anytime for any questions we may have. Love the truck.
Excellent service. Brian and Rick made sure I was waited on in a timely. Things went smoothly even with financing. Rick even helped me figure out of the new fangled electronics. Good experience, thanks
Tim Ross Coach Boom and Charlie Fink treated me with respect and made my end of lease buyout almost as enjoyable as stream fishing for trout!!!🎣🏞🧔👍Im a Ford Customer for Life and looking forward to a future Electric Truck/SUV to tow a boat to my favorite fishing spots! 🎣🧔👍Godspeed Everyone 🧔🙏
We renewed our learse with a beautuful 2021 For Edge. Brian Steinhorst was our sales person who treated us with respect and courtesy. All Managers were friendly and cooperative. We recommend Freeway Ford to all!
The service was great, everyone was polite, friendly and respectful. Knowledgeable employees that did a great job on my recall and vehicle inspection as well as answering and addressing any and all questions or concerns that I had. I was provided with a Lyft to get home and back while the work was being done which was unexpected and very much appreciated and when I returned to the dealership they had even sprayed off my truck and had it looking better than when I dropped it off. 5 star experience for sure and I would recommend your services to anyone asking!
The vehicle we looked at was not as nice as the picture. Was a used vehicle but the front tires were all chopped up and clearly needed new ones. They claimed they were aggressive tires (they were duratrac knock-offs). The exhaust was completely separated with a 2 gap which could clearly be seen in the wheel well. They were pushy to make the sale. Kept our own truck keys as long as they could to try to keep us there and talk us into buying it. Vehicle could have been all shined up for us but was dirty on the outside. Truck was priced way too high for the condition it was in. Did not enjoy the experience.
Great purchasing experience. I live in Appleton, WI and was shopping for a new Mustang Bullitt with specific options. Freeway Ford had one. I contacted them to communicate what I was looking for and the type of deal I hoped to achieve. Brian was able to get me a no hassle, itemized, out-the-door quote via text message. I didnt feel the need to haggle because the offer was competitive, fair, and a genuine attempt to earn my business. Brian didnt pressure me or play any sales games - Thank you for that! After comparing Brians offer with a couple others, I decided to go with Freeway Ford, despite it being the furthest away from me. When I arrived, it was a busy Saturday morning, but everything got taken care of in a timely fashion. There were a couple scratches on the car that Freeway committed to having repaired by my local dealer. They followed through on that promise, despite it ultimately costing a bit more than anticipated.Based on my experience, Freeway Ford seems to be the type of dealership that car shoppers can trust to be straightforward and fair in their business practices. I was offered additional products and services while signing paperwork (like you would anywhere) but they were presented well with no uncomfortable pressure to purchase them.Overall a great experience. Recommended!
I work for a company that deals with thousands of Ford vehicles. This location has helped us out on multiple times for any Ford up to f-550. Their knowledge and ability to help us find the product that we need in a quick hurry is just some of the astonishing things they do. The people that work there are always happy, that says a lot for the management team and always ready to help.
Fast friendly parts service at fair prices
Over priced (above msrp) and absurd sales strategy (claim everyone is above msrp...they arent). We will not buy from them.
My wife (Barbara Resendez) and I had the pleasure to meet Patrick at Freeway Ford and had a wonderful transition with buying out my lease (flex), we waited a little but they were busy, but Patrick had Glen came back to us to see if we were okay and at all times staying safe distance and wearing their masks and the finance person was very polite and helped us get a payment that we liked thanks PATRICK.. and yes we would come back..
Everyone was extremely friendly, addressed all my questions, and explained what was looked at. The customer lounge was very clean and easy to social distance. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service.
Fastest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! I worked with Erin and she was amazing! Low pressure low stress, worked out a deal that suited my needs. Thank you for the Jeep, I love it! Go see Erin!
Bough a pre-owned car with Nolan Monke. Great guy very honest and provide good service. 100% satisfied so far.If you are looking to buy from this dealership, I would definitely refer to him.
Low inventory. Salesmen were scarce
Tim Ross is the real deal. Seriously. I recently worked with Tim while weighing a challenging purchase decision. He was attentive, listened well, ran numbers a 100 ways to Sunday, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the models I was contemplating. Most importantly, he was genuinely kind and thoughtful and understood that spending $40K+ on a vehicle for me was not an easy decision. If you are in need of solid expertise and a good service experience, definitely ask for Tim Ross.
Every interaction I have with Freeway Ford is excellent. From the sales manager, to my salesman, and especially the service department, it is always pleasant and efficient. Thank you Rick.
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience we had with Freeway Ford!!! Thanks Nolan for getting us into a new F-350 Truck we love it!!!
I normally dread buying cars, but what a GREAT experience at Freeway Ford.We were buying a car that I would primarily drive. Rick spoke to me (and not just my husband, like at other dealerships). He asked what I thought about each car we drove. He made suggestions based on my feedback. As we pulled back into the lot from a drive, he had the next car running and ready for us. When we got to our final selection, Rick showed me the car top to bottom. He even showed me the under side and pointed out the condition of the body, the boots, and several other things I didnt understand. I didnt really know what I was looking at, but his enthusiasm about the condition of the car was genuine and gave me confidence in the car. I felt that the dealership had really taken a comprehensive look at the vehicle, made the repairs needed, and sold me a quality sound car. They were closing as we finished our sale. Rick stayed late and helped me set up my phone and showed me how to work some of the interior features. That made such a huge difference in me feeling at home right away in my new car. This dealership has great sales people that treat you like a person, not a sale. Attention to detail, quality cars that have thorough inspection, and great service. What a great team! 5 star experience!I cant wait to go back to get my husband a new car
Nolan was great to work with over at Freeway Ford on our New F150. Greatly appreciated his outlook for our needs and building on a new relationship (we service our fleet with Freeway) but have purchased our fleet vehicles from another dealership in the past. Nice and knowledgeable guy and plan on working with Nolan moving forward. Great experience - Thank you!
Purchased a used vehicle from freeway ford in Feb. It had a bad headlight that they refused to fix, but its just a headlight so big deal. The Speedometer needle light was not working and would need to be fixed. Steering while controls are not functional. The big problem was the Rear air-ride was was not working, but would just need to replace the shocks. Turns out that the rear control arms were rusted through and nearing collapse, so not only did I have to replace the shocks, but had to replace the control arms as well before the vehicle was safe to drive. I find it concerning that a major issue like this was not reported as this was a safety issue and would definitely have been reported by the shop that the dealership would have used to do their inspection on taking in the vehicle. All in all it has cost me an additional 1.5k to get the vehicle in drive ready shape and not what you would expect from a paying over excellent book value. I dont think I would trust freeway ford for another purchase.
Very pleasant experience
I had an transmission fault message show up on my 2013 Ford Focus and took it to my local auto shop. They informed me the problem was with the transmission control module and that Ford was aware of this issue/defect and had extended the warranty on that part. They advised me to take to dealership to get warranty repair. Freeway Ford did the warranty repair and I drove off. Now come to find the TCM is leaking - which it didnt before - and when I called service to discuss this issue they stated the covered part was replaced but maybe the o-rings are worn out and need replacing. I inquired as to why the o-rings were not replaced as part of the whole component and the service person stated that was a seperate issue and not part of the warranty repair, which sounds fishy. I returned to my local auto shop and on their computer pulled up the steps to replacing the TCM per Fords direction and there it is - 2 o-rings(seals) to be replaced when installing the TCM. I am upset at the fact that the dealership cut corners on a warranty repair and is now trying to charge me for something that was improperly done in the first place. The TCM works fine - no fault messages - but couple hundred dollars to replace something that should have been replaced initially infuriates me.
I had the pleasure to work with Patrick Martin during the buying process of one of their top models truck.Everything went really smoothly and really fast, from the test drive to the final offer.I recommend this dealership and especially Patrick if you are looking for honesty and happy buying process.I will buy again from them!
Nice mannered people.. so courteous to customers.. explained the options well.. went above and beyond
Very helpful parts department !
Our family bought 3 new Fords from Tim McRaith. Absolutely satisfied. Thank you Tim. S
The entire staff at Freeway Ford were amazing and provided me a wonderful experience. I was the type of customer that had done the research and knew exactly what I wanted. The staff appreciated that fact and were able to answer all of my questions and were not pushy in any way. I love my new car and would absolutely recommend choosing Freeway Ford to everyone! Thanks to the entire staff.
Had tires installed on my car. Was told 1 hour. 90 minutes later I was told that the tires werent there by Loretta the receptionist, not the service guy. 3 hours total. Im only giving 5 stars because of Loretta.
Fast Service, great to work with
Horrible rude customer service.
I had taken my car (2012 Ford Focus) last year twice for it slipping and shuddering. Random parts of the transmission were replaced but the actual issue, the clutch, was never fixed while under warranty. Now I take it back in because the problem I was assured was fixed both times got worse and they’re telling me it’s over $3,700 to fix and no longer under warranty. I’m trading my car in after I go pick it up and never buying a Ford again at this point out of sheer disappointment with this.
Prompt, courteous service. Very friendly staff and they seemed to sincerely appreciate my business.Update-because of the great experience I had with the service dept, I decided to come back for my next vehicle purchase. Again, excellent customer service! Go buy a car from Nolan! He is fantastic!
Had them diagnose a propane smell for me, a lot of youtubers were pointing to the Catalitic Converters, they were able to say no its not that. Got the diagnostic done is short time and for less then originally guessed.
I have nothing but rave reviews for my last visit to Freeway Ford. They are taking precautions to keep everyone safe. They started off by taking my key with a wipe and the totally wiped everything down before taking my car. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and when they got done they wiped things down again. I had read one review about the waiting room being the size of a closet. Not even close. Both waiting rooms are super clean. The bigger one one has a vending machine even!If you are nice and friendly to them they will will treat you the same way. It doesnt take anything to smile!! I come from Iowa two hours away and its worth the drive !! See you in a few months :)
2019, I came in to get oil change and fluids filled in my car, but you helped by rotating the ties, checking my brakes and making sure my car was ready for the road trip I was going on. You helped me in record time too.Thank You7/2020, Just traded in for a newer car so I could get my parents to and from their doctor appointments. Went from a Dodge to a Ford Edge, Love it. Rides nice on the highway and has great gas mileage. Thanks to the guy at Ford for helping me out.
Amazing experience! Freeway Ford and new car sales consultant Fernando provided the best care-free purchase of my new Ford. Not once, during any conversation, did I feel pressure to purchase a vehicle. I only received courteous, prompt responses to all my inquiries. Freeway had vehicles on the lot for me to examine and test drive, but not ‘exactly’ what I wanted. The offer was made to check inventory and a match was made. Fernando accommodated me throughout this process with supporting my personal preferences and getting answers to all my questions. Simply put, I felt valued and important! My expectations were either met or exceeded. The search, acquisition and delivery were seamless. Even the new car “tutorial” was user friendly and beyond adequate. The result of this purchase is one very happy and impressed customer!!!!! Great job Fernando & Freeway Ford!
What can I say but AWESOME customer service!!!Your salesman Tim Ross was the BEST!!! He treated me with so much courtesy and respect and helped me with everything I needed. Everyone was so nice and friendly!!! Thank you so very much for everything your team did for me!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my vehicle and plan on dealing with them when it’s time to get another one!!! If someone asks me where to go I will be sending them to you!!! Thank you again so much!!!
Freeway Ford offered me great service. They were fast and friendly. I would have given them five stars, except they harassed me about writing this review by calling me at work, so I took off a star. Id recommend them anyway. Worth going out of your way for their service.
I did not buy anything but i talked to Charlie in Finance Dept and he is the best in the finance Dept world. Very knowledgeable of products and options really appreciate his time and input and knowledge of service contracts. I will buy a service contract when I purchase because he made me see the value in having one! Thank you Charlie for all your expertise!
I took my car to their Quick Lane on a Saturday morning to get The Works done and have them assess a recall thing on my car. The girl at the front desk was really nice. They got my car in and out in like an hour and a half even though they seemed fairly busy. I liked that I received a comprehensive report on what they had looked at and what they had done.
Tyler and the Freeway Ford team were great from start to finish. I was thankful that I was able to drop my vehicle off at Freeway Ford when I did, and after some testing Tyler followed up with the issue and next steps. Tyler was great at explaining everything and answering my questions. Freeway Ford provided me with a nice rental and kept me updated with the progress. Im happy to have my vehicle back and in good shape, and will definitely be using Freeway Ford in the future. Thank you!
Do NOT buy from here. The sales manager is nothing short of terrible to deal with. Freeway Ford sold us a vehicle without disclosing the fact that the wheels could not be removed. We went to get new tires on our vehicle only to discover nowhere in the entire metro could get them off our car. There was a locking lug nut on the wheels that no one has the key for & that was never given to us when we purchased the vehicle. No dealerships, no auto part companies, no repair shops. The only way to get the wheels off is to damage them & Freeway Ford is refusing to cover the cost of getting them replaced which is the least they could do for all our troubles.
Truck runs great after servicing.
I was called last Saturday June 27th as I recently had service done on my vehicle a week or so prior. I was told that my car was eligible to be bought out and upgraded to a newer model. I explained to the person on the phone a concern of mine was some negative equity that was owed on the vehicle and Im not sure if the banks (especially during the pandemic) would approve the loan. They asked that I come in anyway to look at one of the vehicles and test drive. We worked out some numbers and the finance guy was getting to work on it. I waited for over an hour before he came out to tell me he had been trying to get a hold of someone higher up in finance. (Granted, they called ME to come in on a Saturday and didnt even keep me in the loop) He told me that he would give me a call Monday to let me know what the bank would say, but I had a pretty good shot. Monday rolls around I hadnt heard anything and decided to call around 4 pm to check and see the status. I left a message with finance and the sales guy I had worked with. About an hour later I got a call (I was in a meeting with a client and was unable to answer) and was left a message by the sales guy who said, Finance has been tied up and hasnt had a change to get a hold of you, but informed me that the bank said its a no-go and thank you for your time. Call if you have questions. I attempted to call back twice to get more information as to why they denied it. They pulled my credit for this. I havent gotten a call back to let me know what my score was, why the banks denied it, or if we could work out other options for the vehicle. I feel as though because they couldnt make a deal happen immediately through finance, they dropped me like dead weight. You guys called ME trying to work something out and I feel like minimal to no effort was put in. I dont feel like this is how interactions between your customers/clients should be when things dont go the way they are expected. I was very upfront about my concerns on the approval from the beginning and I feel like my time was wasted and filled with empty promises.
Someone was there to greet us right away. Wish was awesome. Once we got in the salesperson helped us with any questions we had. He was very professional and he was also very knowledgeable. He did his very best to get us the best deal on our vehicle. The vehicle had a great deal. It was a 18 Focus SE for 15995. Who could pass that up??? (They also have unlimited popcorn and this sweet coffee machine). But back to the salesperson, his name was Rick Ski. He is honestly the greatest. I have nothing bad to say about him. Not only did he help my wife and me with the car but he also was super friendly. The finance person was also a great person to do business with. But I havent even got to the best part yet....you get a freaking tin of cookies in the mail if you buy from them. A freaking tin of cookies! Best believe I will be getting another car there!!!
Everyone at Freeway was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the entire car buying experience. As a single mom I was not intimidated and they fed my 8 year old popcorn and juice so I could focus on getting what I needed. Great experience.
Very friendly, willing to work with you on a fair deal.
I was a service dept customer, which was always a good experience. So when it came time to buy a new vehicle I went to Freeway Ford. Our salesperson, Rick Ski, was great. We felt he had out best interest at hand. They found me the exact Edge that I wanted. Great customer service!
We like the truck. 2nd purchase from them and probably would go back because they seem to have the best price around. Be prepared to double check your numbers before you sign. Finance Manager price was off by a $6K rebate made us wonder how many people miss these things and just sign. Sales force could use a little assistance on how to be professional and communicating with different departments so customer doesnt have to repeat themselves, double check themselves, respond to multiple people.Update 3/20 - Sales manager called and apologized and threw mud flaps in. We will buy from them again just consult sales manager for best salesperson for us before we start the process.
Just purchased a new ford couple days ago! Great experience, people are nice and professional!
I have never taken my car to a better place then Freeway Ford. They do an awesome job working with your car. Very Honest and very nice. I would never take my car any where else. They work with you to get your car in soon. They squeezed me in to get the work done on my car. I appreciate all they do. Wonderful place to go. Thank you everyone at freeway ford.Thank you Dean for being so awesome
I need to type f power steering fluid for my 1986 Ford f150. I was still able to purchase it through freeway Ford.
I recently brought my 2014 Ford Escape to Freeway Ford for its semi-annual maintenance. As usual, the service was top-notch & timely. They also performed a maintenance check on the rest of the vehicle & discussed it with me. To top it off they gave me a free car wash. My thanks to all involved. Sincerely, Ken Russell
After I signed the paperwork I was threatened about an error the dealership made and there is a computer problem that Ford or dealership cant find I would rate my experience in the negative but that was not an option
Normally I give Freeway 5 stars now 4 stars. My latest visit to Quick Lane was not up to their previous standards. To get The Works it took over 2 hrs. When I did bring the car in, I was told it would be about 90 minutes. It appeared the shop was under staffed. Other customers also seemed wrestles. This may have been a singular incident. Fortunately I was not in a hurry and was able to wait. Hopefully this isnt indicative of the future operation.4/11/19: On my most recent 2 visits since my review above, for an oil change and a warranty repair, I have moved Freeway back up to 5 stars. Everything went extremely smoothly and promptly. I was glad to see this. Good job Freeway.
The lease was up on our F-150 and we just needed to replace it. I found a truck online that was a fit, and was able to get a lease negotiated and set-up via text message with Paul in sales. The entire process was quick and easy and I never even had to have a phone conversation - nor had to leave my couch while watching the Gopher game! Came in on Monday and Brian and the finance team had the paperwork and truck ready - in and out in 45 minutes! I will buy all my Fords at Freeway Ford going forward!! Thanks so much Paul and Brian for making this easy!!
Found exactly the 2019 Ford Ranger I was looking for. Tim Ross did not waste any of my time. The truck was delivered with in 4 days. Everyone was super friendly. When I picked the truck up to purchase I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Thanks to everyone at Freeway Ford.
I love this place!! They show amazing customer service and they really do their best to make sure youre happy when any decision you make.I went to a different dealer and sat in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes without being asked if I had been helped and was completely ignored. Needless to say I didnt end up getting a car from that dealer. When you go to Freeway they greet you at the door and are quick and efficient with assisting you, that sets the tone for how a person perceives your place of business, and that type of customer service is greatly appreciated.I worked with Greg H and he was amazing. I told him what I did and didnt want, and he went above and beyond in assisting me. He didnt try to force me into a vehicle, he really took into consideration my wants & you dont always get that from a dealership. He got me into a car that I love!!!!He does a good job of interacting with people so my car buying experience didnt even feel as though I was just another customer. He could have been cold and distant but he wasnt, he was welcoming and friendly. He made the experience a very good one to the point that I know Ill return time and time again. All the staff was nice and friendly and theyll continue to get my business and Ill be more than happy to refer others to them as well.
Service associate was extremely rude because i wanted to use the special for 49.99. It was a coupon available on the website. Then tried to over charge me for some repairs that do need to be done but i do not have the money at this very moment. Since my car has been to this shop. The leak is bigger and now my car makes worse noises. Then when the service associate jonathan asked for my opinion on the visit he attacked me verbally via text. When trying to speak with the general manager. He yelled at me and made me cry. Then hung up on me cause i was crying. This has to be the worst customer service ive ever received. Im so hurt by the way ive been treated.
This is my second vehicle purchased at Freeway Ford in the past few years. The customer service given by my sales person Rick was excellent and the floor manager Glenn was extremely nice. Freeway Ford is not the closest Ford Dealer to me, but when I am purchasing a Ford, this is exactly where I will go. Thanks for taking the extra step to make our experience epic.
My experience was great and everything went well for me. Nolan was very helpful and very friendly.
Rachel and Aaron provided great service and helped us find the perfect car. Process of purchasing the car was smooth and easy. We are loving our new car.
