Our first experience in the store was great! We went in with intention to purchase a bed and had great customer service and left feeling very positive about our purchase.Got the bed. Did not love it, went back and forth trying new things with their customer service but in the end it was not the right fit for us.Then it all went down hill from there.......Long story short - our sales person lied to us and told us multiple lies just trying to sell a bed. If you purchase a bed from them apparently you still need to read all the fine print as the sales people LIE and do NOT know their own policies!!!!! He was extremely rude and told me basically my bad and there was nothing I can do to fix my situation. (And the same person who also sold us the bed is who I talked to when trying to return) very disappointed in the stores customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wanted to go in and check out some sleep number beds as we are in the market for a new mattress. But the employees were unmasked both times I walked by. This happened April 13, 2021 around 2-3 pm. I won’t give business to a store that fails to take appropriate measures to keep their customers safe.
Love my sleep number bed. After 20+ tears, it may finally be time to replace her with another.
Workers will say whatever they can to make the sale. And they will leave out information if they dont think it will make the sale
My visit to Sleep Number was outstanding. My sales expert was Robert and let me tell you, he was great! He made the whole experience a pleasant one. Not only did he know exactly what he was talking about, he was polite and didnt rush me through any of it. He was so patient. Id definitely refer this store and this salesperson to any family or friend. I was in professional hands!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.The customer service you give is so awful that when I am looking to purchase a new bed, it WILL NOT BE A SLEEP NUMBER. The issue is that we ordered a replacement air chamber for our bed. While placing the order we decided that we would order a second one as a just in case. When the package arrived, we learnd that each package actually included 2 air chambers, so we ended up with 4 chambers. We have talked to the Online chat, customer service and even returns trying to get the second package returned. Online says they cannot help. When I called in I sat on the phone for over an hour waiting to talk to someone, who then hung up on me when she claimed to go and research what happened. The second time I called in, following the prompts, I started talking to a Chad. Chad went through the account and saw what had happened after a few moments but told me that I need to talk to returns. It seems your prompts do not follow the path that a customer is led to believe. Once I was finally transfered, and sitting on hold once again, t his time for 30 minutes, a lady picks up and I tell her the story. She tells me that she has no idea how it happened and that she would send the invoice ( Which I am still waiting for ). It got to the point that I could tell that she wasnt going to listen and had the feeling that she thought I was lying to her.If this is the way you are treating your customers, then it has been a pleasure. My wife and I had enjoyed our bed all these years, but no longer.
Dale was great & extremely patient with me. This was a big purchase/investment & he didnt rush or push the sale; I greatly appreciate that!! Can’t wait to get our bed & it better be heaven.

Bought two great pillows the other day. Sales man was super helpful, allowed us to test out the pillows and even let all 4 of our kids try out the beds. Very accommodating after a long day. Loving the pillows!!

We had an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable experience while visiting this store.My husband and I walked in to view one of the beds we had liked while at another location. Immediately after walking in, one of the sales people pounced on us and would not leave us alone. He immediately kept asking what we were looking for, what goals we have in mind for our next bed, etc etc. We politely told him several times that we didnt want any help and that we simply wanted to quickly review the type of bed we liked. Id say in most sales environments, at this point any sales person would simply say, Alright, let me know if you have any questions. But not this time, this guy kept trying to get us to talk all while we kept trying to say back to him that we didnt want his help! We even tried to lay on the bed and simply ignore him, but he persistently kept standing right next to the bed watching us. While I was standing next to the bed, I reached for the sleep number remote to adjust the numbers, and the sales person immediately snapped and yelled at me for touching the remote. He said that customers cannot adjust the bed. The whole point of pursuing with Sleep Number is to experiment with what sleep number is best for you! At this point we simply just wanted to try the bed again and then get out to finish our errands, so we let the employee figure out our sleep numbers for us. During the process, I told him what my sleep number was from the previous store, and he replied back saying that my number was wrong. He then went ahead and told me what my number should be based on calculations by the bed. The number he said was right for me was so uncomfortable and I tried telling him, but he would not listen! After this, the sales person again asked when we were looking to purchase the bed and told us all about the sale that was going on. I again told this guy that we were not going to buy a bed today, and that we were towards the beginning of our bed search. The sales person then responded in such a snooty way, almost like as if we had just wasted his time!Overall, it honestly got to the point that it felt like this sales person was harassing us! He did not at all respect our boundaries. We ended up walking right out of that store. The experience completely ruined our interest in Sleep Number.
Customer service was amazing !! Muhamad took his time with us and answered all questions we had. Thank you for the excellent customer service we can’t wait to get our bed.
The man working here was very rude and snappy with me. He also didnt really answer the questions my group asked. We were honestly just looking for new beds.
All test bed were comfortable, just depends on how thick a top you want to have at home.

Mohammed did a great job showing us around, letting us know the full variations between the mattresses, and giving us the full interactive experience to find out what would give us the best sleep and be the best on our muscles and joints. Good salesman without being too pushy.
We were pretty serious customers yesterday and were sitting on a display bed to give it a try. A salesman approached us and started the interaction by telling us to stop sitting on the bed. This was confusing to me. Why would the beds be set up if it isn’t for customers to sit on? If the bed shouldn’t be sat on there needs to be a sign. We weren’t in the mood to purchase after that and left.
Went in to try out the beds for the first time and tried one out. Wasnt going to purchase that day so the salesperson left us alone but then said we werent allowed to change the bed settings because he had to figure out which ones were on the correct settings at the end of the shift. Thats not my issue, thats why youre an employee. We laid on one bed and left after that. Terrible way to run your store and it seems others have had the same experience. The bed also wasnt even comfortable so I guess based on that we wont look into them at all again.
Excellent buying experience everyone was super friendly and super knowledgeable very happy with my purchase so far and I haven’t even gotten my bed yet!!
Im from AZ and was in Minnesota and stopped by and Jameson was awesome! He took his time to go through all the options available but didnt pressure us on the highest model.

Ordered a base but had a lot of screw ups with my order that should not have happened. go elsewhere when you order something. its not worth the hassle you have to go through just to order something. really ticked with this place right now...high chance you order will not be shipped to the correct address and you will be given a lot of misinformation.-update-I already tried calling the moa sleep number and when they couldnt figure out how to fix the problem or why it occurred to begin with I had to be given the customer service number to try and figure out how to get my shipment to me. at this point i am now waiting to see if it will actually make it to me. Please update your number on your paper receipts that you print out for your customers. It has the area code 612 on it instead of the 952. I was also told the package would be coming usps and turns out its ups. not sure what else yall can do since I now have to wait to see if the package will make it to me.and final update.....seriously do NOT go here. Final screw up is the legs i bought didnt come with screws or nuts. this was the only thing i actually got from the store while waiting for the base to be shipped. The amount of trouble this place has put me through is beyond ridiculous and I hope others can learn from my experience. so tired of this place and not worth the time or money. go to a different sleep number store, might have a better experience.
Great customer service still waiting for my sleep number to come but really love the idea to setup your number and see your stress points. Definitely recommend sleep number mattresses!
Spent $2500 on a mattress that was soooooo bad that when I asked friends to lay on it they wanted to know if it was a joke. They couldnt help, or shall I saw, Wouldnt help till I told them to take it back. THEN they finally wanted to step up. Sorry, too little too late.

Great looking store with some innovative ideas on bed, however for me the matress feel like the everyday air matress,I don’t feel that amount of money they asking for this type of matress is worth it, but can be my personal reference.The store people sales people are ok
