Ive never normally had an issue with any furniture/mattress store in the past and theyve always been 4.5+ star reviews. Mattress firm and specifically Michael however, were a cut above the rest. We truly felt like our needs were listened to and we were eventually sold a product that we had initially anticipated being the correct fit for us. One of the biggest selling points was the bed we initially wanted to get online had a 1+ month delay for delivery which is why we actually went to Mattress Firm. The team was able to get the mattress to us in a matter of a few days which was absolutely amazing. If it werent for us moving then wed be continued loyalists (and we will more than likely still utilize Michaels services in the future). I cannot recommend a better place to buy a mattress!

My husband and I went in the store looking for mattress not knowing we would buy one that day. Great clean store. Our sells person was Jeff and he was great. Was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He was not overly pushy not at all side constantly. He gave us space but yet checked in periodically. The we’re having a sell at the time and feel like we paid a decent price for what all we got. Would recommend this store and ask for Jeff if in need of mattress!

Very disappointed. When my bed became locked in upright position they were of no help. I had to deal with different company out of state. I spent literally hours on hold trying to get through only to be told a part needed to be ordered. I am without a bed for at least 2 weeks. I would look at this company closely before spending over $3000+ on something you use every day.

I called Mike Mitchell on the phone first to save time, and then went to the store with the kids, and I was able to find a great mattress for a very affordable price (arguably the best in town). Mike was very helpful, great business person, and pleasant to speak with. He wasnt one of those phoney people just out for money, and worked with my budget, and was great with my kids, too.

Mike was great to work with! He checked in with us regularly, but also gave us plenty of time to make our decision. He has a great sense of humor, and there was no sales pressure. I left the store for about 20min to call for cpricing around town, and the options Mike had for us were the best in town. He really did his best to give us an awesome deal.

I personally delt with Jeffrey. Good and outgoing. I did take 4 months between looking around and actually buying. But he gave me a price lock and it actually paid off cause I noticed the price did go up a couple hundred. So that was good. The only thing is that the store does feel boring and empty. Some decor around the beds on display would be nice.

This our second time buying a Purple mattress from them and both experiences have been excellent. We look forward to going back in the fall to buy two more. First and most important mike(salesPerson) was awesome! Super nice, new his information on everything we looked at, and really handled his own through it all! A few other groups came in while we were there and he never lost his cool, got everyone in/out in a good amount of time.
