Overall the store itself is great, I’ve always been a big fan of Hobby Lobby; however, I will say it feels like management has gone down as well as quality customer service. I had an awful experience with a girl named Kelly who was demeaning and down right rude. She acted like assisting me was the last thing she wanted to do and her attitude certainly showed it. She was even condescending to her Asst. Manager Cheryl. She mocked my return, told me she didn’t think she could give a merch card because “it was no longer allowed” (I had my order#/receipt so this wasn’t an issue) and then informed me she couldn’t refund back to my card - could only offer cash. (Which after investigating HL return policy, I found out this is false. But whatever.) The manager was there in the beginning and witnessed some of the transaction, but he never said a word. I also believe another manager - maybe asst manager - Jolie was there the whole time as well (I’m not positive of her status within management though). I do appreciate Cheryl explaining their policy that you cannot return items in store that have been damaged, and offering a customer service number as well. But I will say, with employees this rude, I doubt I return to this store particularly. Which is a shame as it’s my closest one and used to be a favorite.

Loved coming in during the holiday season!! I mean 50% off all Christmas was a plus! On top of that was able to check out all the painting and charcoal supplies I need at 50 off as well! Fun times at Hobby Lobby!

Difficult to navigate as none of the aisles are labeled. Didnt have certain items in store in spite of the website saying they stocked them.

My wife and I had some items framed Ali was a very nice customer friendly young lady.

Best places for ribbon!

First off.. I Love Hobby Lobby but was surprised to find they closed at 8pm every weeknight. Wasted trip. However I did do some window shopping and this Hobby Lobby sure got my attention with the items I could see in the area as you walk into the store. It looked like it was markdowns and/or damaged items. The prices I could see were incredible!!! Most of the items displayed were furniture and accessories. They had some super nice items and I so wanted to go inside. Needless to say. ILL be returning during their regular store hours. If youve never been to a Hobby Lobby make a note to get to one asap. Special Tip: Go to their website or download the app and get A 50% Off Coupon. I believe its for any item in the store and you can take in the 50% coupon or code on every visit just get a new one before you GO. Hobby Lobby is owed and operated by Christian beliefs which is important to me. Regardless this store caters to just about every age and range of customers. Hope this review helps.

The store is well maintained and stocked, and I love their rotating sales, but some of the Christmas items were damaged/nonfunctional (every year). Most of the staff are nice, but a few act put upon when you need help. Overall a good store, though.

Very nice and well laid out craft and home decor store. Quite a few decor items in my house are from this very store. My only complaint is that unless you visit off peak hours you are going to be in a reasonably long wait for a cashier.

We were visiting from Dallas for a wedding. Someone forgot to get a unity candle and this location had a great selection in the wedding section. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the store is easy to find also.

Biggest craft store in the area. Very nice and helpful employees. Carry items ranging from seasonal decor 2 picture frames. Always something on sale and if the item you want isnt on sale the always have a 40% off coupon available online for one item. They carry metal signs with a vintage look that is great for man caves and game rooms.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Hobby Lobby. They always look so nice and clean and inviting. I could go in there and just look for hours. I crochet and they have the cutest buttons that I use on the things I make. I wish that they would bring back the Susan Bates steel crochet hooks. Their brand is just like the Boye hooks. So I guess Ill just have to order them on line, was just easier to pick it up at Hobby Lobby. Oh well it is what it is. It wont stop me from shopping there.

The clear distinction between Hobby Lobby and Michaels is in the name. Love Hobby Lobby for the supplies for art related hobbies. Pens, paper, all the specialty art supplies are here. Leave Michaels for the crafts although Hobby Lobby has their share of crafting supplies.

Hobby lobby always has such fun decor for the home. I love to go and walk around and just check on what seasonal items they have on sale. Its great that they accept Michaels coupons and vice versa. I have picked up some wonderful decorative pieces for 1/2 the price.
