Outdoor supplies, makes home Depot look like a thrift shop they find what youre looking for! Opposed to the other guys its a treasure hunt! Extremely helpful and there was no hate whatsoever it didnt matter if you were white black blue or green! But you mattered enough to be helped 110% for your needs. The guys with the orange vest or aprons you have to walk around like youre at a flea market they could take lessons from outdoor supply hardware!!!! Did I mention there was no hate nobody was mad at you because they had a bad day or the media says theyre supposed to hate you! The king of North Beach crivello

Its a nice store. I didnt find what I was looking for - tub of black licorice. At least I got a nice walk around the perimeter of the store. At this time the restrooms 🚻 are closed to the general public.

This is a great local hardware store that perfectly bridges the gap between your neighborhood Ace and the nearby Home Depot. Ive often found items in every major department that I couldnt find at either of the other two stores. Great garden center with my favorite soils, locally raised plant starts and everything here is well organized and stocked. No messy aisles, no constant layout changes, not overpriced, exceptional selection. In one word goldilocks

Nice store. Largely the same items I expect in Home Depot or Lowes. Customer service was absent and they lost my sale by not having some items with prices posted.

Huge store with most hardware items present. They dont carry any curtain rods. I really needed a plain rod and had easily found the other items on my list. A trip to Cole Hardware solved the problem.

Some of the same orchard staff returned with the new branded outdoor supply, and honestly, if it werent for them, id probably not have as much reason to give 5 stars. Prices are high, but look at their overhead. The unique item count of this place is impressive. Where home depot has 1 or 2 options of x item, osh has 3 to 6 options of x item. Nursery is well managed currently, plants are in good health and rotation seems to be consistent.

I was early in the morning in there, needed some advise for my dying Fern. Needless to say, no one in the store knew anything about plants, how weird, since they have a outdoor plant/ dirt area. Would not recommend, if you need advise with anything, you are on your OWN!!!!

This place looks better and more organized than the old orchard that went out of business. Wished there were more workers to help with questions though. The prices seems higher than the local h depot, but there were no wait or lines to enter store. Good go to for quick in and out.

Price you see is NOT the price you pay!Its nice that OSH is open again, but their customer service remains to be desired... I bought 5 items and 3 of them had higher prices at the register than on the shelf, in 1 case by 50c but another was $5 more! Cashier called a manager and they asked if I wanted to return those items, most stores adjust the price to shelf price in this situation. Another thing is prices are 50% to 100% higher than Home Depot on some items, I got Scripto utility/grill lighter that was about $3.79 on the shelf but $5.99 at the register, at Home Depot slightly different Scripto ligher is $2.97 or $4.97 for 2-pack!!!

Looooove this store, while there is an hour long line at big box stores this store is well stocked and has NO LINE. Im so happy this place is open. Also the staff is EXTREMELY friendly!!! I highly recommend everyone go check it out! Good prices too!

They always make you feel welcomed, more thdn willing to assist, have great knowledge of products and where there located. They give you time to shop, and are more than willing to help you to your car and help you to load it in. No matter if its one piece or more. I think that there great! Major aplose. Congratulations. Poorly stocked and laid out store. Its no where near what OSH used to be. With a 9am open time their losing business. Better off at ACE hardware store.

Very reminiscent of gone but not forgotten Orchard Supply Hardware. Store is huge, spacious, neat and well organized. Very extensive inventory of the brands of tools & parts theyve chosen to stock such as drill bits, saw blades, paint. No more waiting days for Amazon to deliver that drill bit or widget you need to finish the project this weekend (assuming Amazon carries it at all). Need a bolt to replace the one you just stripped? Try buying just one bolt from Amazon when you dont own a thread gauge. Take your bolt to OSH and find the replacement in minutes. Not a lot of building materials like the big box stores but lots more tools and parts.

I spent so much time here when I was in art school and was heartbroken when it closed. Now it’s open again with everything I need and helpful staff! Much better than those bigger places where nobody knows where things are, or what things are, or appear to care.

I didnt feel safe inside the store. They were not sanitizing shopping cards or offering sanitizer or gloves to customers. There was no do-it-yourselfs sanitizing station for the shopping carts either. I saw one employee with the mask halfway down, exposing his nose, another walking around in the nursery section, where it is difficult to keep a 6 ft distance anyway when passing, with his mask pulled all the way off, walking up to customers, asking if they need help. When I said to him, that I would feel more comfortable if hed put on the mask, he just stared at me for a moment, then walked away without saying anything and without putting on his mask. This was my first visit back since the store reopened, and I wont be back until management has assured customers in the neighborhood that they will keep us safe.

Great to have a version of Orchard Hardware back in this place. Good to see some familiar staff back too. We need to support these folks if we want this place to be here for us.
