Whenever I go it seems like Jasmine is always there. No matter how many customers she has or is helping she lets you know that she sees you and will help you shortly. She’s very nice and friendly. Has great customer service skills. Thanks for helping me finally PURCHASE the Candy Yum Yum Lipglass and not keep debating about it lol. See you soon.

Staff has bad attitude or zero customer service friendliness. I brought my wife to pick Mac makeup. I need to use bathroom so I ask two stuff members if they could point me in the right direction. They totally ignore me, life I wasn’t there. Their conversation was much more important than answering a simple question. 1/10

Worst experience ever. Waited in line forever while I continually get skipped person after person. Been coming here for ten years and the quality of service is not the same. Go to the summit its worth the drive.

Walked into a Mac store today in Belk, and the sales associate accused me of stealing my own concealer that I brought in the store with me. I took it out of my purse to check which shade it was and when I was leaving the store, the associate stopped me and said are you going to pay for that? Really? Accusing me of stealing an open container of concealer from the testers? A tester that hundreds of nasty dirty fingers touched before? Still no apology from the associate and the store manager and the corporate office and district manager are giving the most condescending, passive aggressive apologies. Its a long story but basically, never bring in your own MAC makeup in your purse to the MAC retail store, or otherwise they will say you need to pay for it again and accuse you of being a thief.

This mac is super helpful and some of my favorite ladies work here!!

Went there and bought well over the $50 to get my makeup done. After waiting FOREVER the guy FINALLY came over and asked what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted but Im not good with makeup and needed help. He said ok, find your shade and Ill be back. 38 minutes later he came over tried tge two shades I picked out and said, well its not perfect but it will do. I asked if he could actually do my makeup. No, honey, its busy in here and I dont have time. All while this one associate had done a party of three girls whick bought very little if anything. And I dont even wear the makeup he sold me.

The associate was very rude.... I mean how hard is it to have decent customer service.....

Always knowledgeable and friendly.
