This Sephora location is HUGE! They have pretty much everything you’re looking for! All the employees were very friendly. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay. Definitely recommend!

My first time visiting this Sephora and it was really GREAT. The store was clean. The product selection was huge. The customer service was A++. The store was super busy and yet several employees stopped to ask if we needed help or had any questions about the products. They even had an esthetician there who helped my daughter decide on the best face wash for her skin. It was a refreshing change from the Ulta I had just left. Thank you to all of the employees for your awesome customer service and making your customers feel more than welcomed!! I will without a doubt be back :)

They were very nice to me and so sweet they are busy but they are human like us .so I love the one at summit Birmingham Alabama they are very nice and listen to you when you tell them about your face or hair.

The associate that helped me pick out a fragrance was super helpful; however, I didn’t like that the cashier asked me if I was sure after declining her invitation to apply for a Sephora credit card. Why would I be unsure of something I clearly said no to???

Store hours on the door and website clearly stated the stores closes at 7:00pm on Monday nights. Showed up at 6:15 and the door is locked and lights are off. I needed to pick up an order and was not able to arrive any earlier but clearly arrived prior to posted closing time. I’m cancelling my order and will take my business elsewhere.

The experience @ the Summit location is 5 Stars ⭐️ Manger Rebecca & make up Artist Cledna has been a true Pleasure! Being in the Industry before, it’s a Rare to have such kindness & knowledgeable employees. Today every single person was so Friendly. Asked directions, Cheryl was so sweet. Can’t say enough good things about this location.Will Call to see if Cledna is working to help us.

I just left this store empty handed because I felt like I was being followed. Maybe I didn’t look trustworthy in my fresh from the gym wear, but I definitely felt like I was being discriminated against and it wasn’t by the white employees. I’ll rather purchase online than to give them my money.

I cant wait until this store reopens! I want to see my girl Kym. She knows everything about everything and did a WONDERFUL job on my makeup for my ball. Shes like a BFF and she introduced me to several new products, but whats cool is she actually went through every. single. One of them with me to make sure I was confident in using them! Oh and shes literally a hair guru!!! She got me turned onto a whole new curly girl routine that Im LOVING. Thanks Kym! Cant wait to come shop with you again!

The employees are so helpful. I think it was McKenzie in particular that helped me. Pretty Girl with the blue hair tips. She helped me pick out the perfect foundation and concealer. She was super patient with me and sweet too! Thanks girl

Today I was greeted by Faith who listened to my needs and showed me exactly what products would solve my issues! She demonstrated how to properly apply and was so sweet and knowledgeable! I tried to complete a survey but my receipt didn’t have one. Faith deserves 10/10 scores! Thanks for the great customer service 👌🏼

Right after the re-opening phase of the pandemic I went in to Sephora. The sales member told me due to covid no try ons were allowed. But she said if it doesnt work i can always bring it back. Note she told me this several times. So I bought multiple shades if several products. But later to find out I couldnt return them because apparently it had to be within 60 days. Really? Why didnt the sales member tell me?! Go way to boost her sales. I spent nearly a thousand dollars that day. That adsociate goated or coached me for her own personal gain. Fir that I will never return to a Sephora. Ultra will have to do!

I am not really one to leave reviews but this experience left me very annoyed. My mom and I walked up to the store right at 6:00 pm not aware of their “new” hours. We came for one single thing. Bare minerals foundation, I knew the color and everything. We stood there outside as a lady in front of us was talking with someone on the floor to get in the store and the floor employee closed the door in the lady’s face saying “we’re closed, I don’t care if you need one thing it’s almost 5 past 6:00. I then said to support the lady who was speaking with the employee I said that I was too and “we would be in and out.” They stopped talking to us and closed the door. The lady in front of me called the manager inside. The manager walked outside saying the same thing to us which didn’t surprise me and we said “ok thank you anyway” and the manager said right before we shut the door in the most sarcastic annoyed way for us to “have a good night”. I go to Sephora all the time but this store is probably the worst one. So I went to ulta and got the ONE thing I needed. :)

The people working here are very rude. They would not pick up the phone when we tried to call. We checked online for the product (F-balm) and it was in stock. When we went to the store, they told us that they didnt have the product and that we did not use the website correctly. They also told us the product had not launched yet. We called the Sephora in Alabaster where the customer service was much better. We were able to get the product in Alabaster. I recommend going to a different location.

My all time favorite one stop shop for my makeup, skincare and fragrance needs. Tons and tons (did I mention tons) of low end to high end beauty brands. This location is always clean and organized very well. The staff are always so friendly and eager to help with your beauty needs. I also find that this store usually has whatever I need in stock. Its also nice knowing that if something is out of stock, in store, they can order it and ship it to you for free.

I got followed around the store by an employee tonight for 10 minutes because she thought I was stealing. It was obvious and rude and tacky. I even heard her comment to her coworker at one point (as she was very talkative and loud): Dont worry, Ive got this - Im like Batman. as in I was a criminal and she was going to catch me! It started when I was in a certain section where she noticed and reported to her walkie talkie that a box had been opened and the item inside was missing. From there, I noticed that she followed me to each section I went to. I started walking back and forth sort of quickly to see if that was what was happening, and sure enough she also needed to go back and forth where I was going. I was in the store for a while trying to figure out a lipstick color. Just because I didnt ask for help, doesnt mean I was stealing. Also I would have been happy to empty out my purse and show that I was not the one who stole whatever item was in question. I understand the need to be wary of shoplifting, but please dont make it obvious because if someone didnt steal (or intend on stealing), its very insulting. I have been going to that location since it opened many years ago, but I definitely do not want to go back anytime soon. I had figured out the item that I wanted to buy and decided not to because the whole situation was ridiculous. The other people in the store were nice and helpful which is why I didnt give a 1 star rating.

I haven’t had many good experiences at this Sephora. On many different occasions, the ladies have seemed BOTHERED when you ask for help. Along with this, I have been watched as if I were stealing on MULTIPLE different occasions. On my last visit, I was smelling through the fragrances, obviously to see what i liked, and as I look to my right one of the ladies was literally staring at me. I looked at her and made it obvious that I see her staring and she continued to stare. At this point, I grabbed what i wanted to buy and headed to check out and of course she checked me out. She was extremely rude while checking me out and this wasn’t my first time working with her. This has happened on many different occasions and it is very insulting.

Love this place! And while I dont get into makeup because I very rarely wear it, I do have an obsession with skin care products. This store is pretty clean, though it could easily be better. The staff is not the best part of this store and they definitely need to be better. The ones I have interacted with are not very knowledgeable and dont seem to care. When I asked a question about all natural skin products because that is all I use, they just pointed me to the back and told me to read the boxes!...or they would come back and read the boxes, which I guess is only slightly better. This location also doesnt have an extremely huge selection of all natural skin products but they have enough to get by I guess. However, they do return things you order online. Overall, this store is not good for my needs, but it is not a bad store...it needs work though

My wife loves Sephora! They have all the makeup anyone could want. They have a great selection of womens and mens cologne as well. Their staff is friendly and very helpful with finding that prefect gift as well.

Went there to buy amika dry shampoo, ended up being introduced to best foundation Ive ever used! and I used to model as well as sell cosmetics. the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. not pushy. I thought Id stopped caring about makeup, but this place revived the girly-girl in me.

I always have poor customer service at this location which is unfortunate because it’s super close to my work. They always give me trouble about returns - and it’s frustrating that they try to send you back to the store you purchased from. The associates are always more concerned with talking than helping as well. I spend a lot there a year (rouge member) - not anymore, I’ll be using the Ulta that moved in right next door!

I came into Sephora today needing to get my face matched for a new foundation and a store associate named Melissa helped me. She was so sweet, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend asking for her when needing some beauty advice at Sephora. It made a huge difference in my experience.

This Sephora needs to work on customer service. I asked in store about a new palette that was supposed to be released in stores two days ago, but they werent going to have it for another few days. Thats fine but she said they had them in the back and couldnt sell them until monday even though that was five days past the release date??

Im not sure if Im always coming at the wrong time, but I can never get any help! I used to get great customer service and every blue moon the person at the register will be nice. But despite the fact that I spend so much money, the rest of the staff never bothers with me. Last time I went there, I spent forever trying to buy eye cream and I even asked for help! But the staff gave me a vague answer and just pointed.I live ten mins from the summit, but now I just go to ulta or the galleria. That sephora is amazing!
