They never know what theyre talking about. I went in today to ask about a base coat to go with color and top coat. The woman had no clue this existed outside of a gel system at a salon. I literally told her you dont need anything except the bottle for each of these things. I went right over to the nail polish, and found what I needed in 10 seconds. Not only didnt she have a clue about the processes; but about the inventory. Every time I come here, its pretty much just to verify what the color or size of something looks like.

Anytime my hair needs a little TLC I just head to this store. The salesgirls really know their beauty products and I am always have with what they help me purchase.

This is the second time I have went to this location, and both times I was disappointed. The staff are very RUDE, and do not offer to help you find a product at all. I looked at several hair products, and asked an associate about whether or not the store carried a particular brand. She stated, No, then walked off. Later, while still browsing, I found that they did have products from this brand. Either she plain out didnt care, or does not know this stores products. Horrible location. Will not go here again.
