I don’t know what their issue is lately, but not only has their drive-thru been down recently,, now the whole store is closed for some unspecified reason. Extremely inconvenient when all your prescriptions are there.

I went to this Walgreens to drop off a Fedex package and the cashier at the front of the store was friendly and helpful however the lady in the photo department in charge of receiving packages was rude and didn’t want to help. She told me “she didn’t have any space left to hold my package” and then ended up taking the package anyways after she sighed and reluctantly took it. I told her thanks for the help and she just mumbled “mhm” while not looking at me at all and just walked off. Not a very good employee.

Driver’s beware: This is a review for the Drive-through pharmacy pick-up. Friendly staff at the window; fairly quick service. If paying by cash the change is returned in an envelope - all great. But, drivers beware of your car/SUV driver’s side tire scraping the sides of the concrete. It happened to me couple times, and the second time was scary loud that I thought my tire ripped. Fortunately, it was fine. The exit out of the drive through is narrow and curves left; and therefore the tire scraping the concrete. It appears that this happens to every driver that is unaware of the lurking danger. I called and made a complaint with the Manager but there have been en changes yet to the drive through. I’ve educated myself that i need to turn my wheel to the right as I exit out and then lean left into the turn. This way the driver’s side rear wheel gets more space and avoids scraping the concrete.

I got double charged for some OTC Walgreens brand Naproxen. It was $7.00 something per bottle and one bottle plus a pack of M&M’s and the total came to $16.00 something. Didn’t answer phone when I tried to call to fix issue.

This pharmacy and its staff are completely incompetent. I called asking why they and several other Walgreens stores have absolutely no supplies of the medicine which Ive easily been able to purchase from them in the past and can just as easily purchase from any other pharmacy, and they had not the slightest clue. They were also incredibly rude and not helpful AT ALL. Its not like Walgreens doesnt carry this medication either, as Ive been able to purchase it at other Walgreens locations in the past, and it is a prescription medication.

We have used this pharmacy for several months. We have had a great experience each visit. They even gave our dog a treat. They are very friendly here.

The pharmacy people are the worst! They say they are filling your script. NO you show up and the act like you ever dropped off! Had to wait another day for my meds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We have always used Walgreens for our prescriptions. We moved and started using this location about 6 months ago. I have never seen such rude people in the pharmacy in my life. None of them are friendly, never say thank you or nothing. They act like your bothering them when you pull up to get your medicine. It’s been an issue since we’ve moved here. We will be looking for another pharmacy.

This store is definitely hit and miss. After checking out, I realized that I was not given the sale price. I was refused a sale item today even though I showed the clerk, Megan, the ad. She told me I picked up the ad from the rack at the front, and it was the wrong ad. She then said, Im going to kill these people for putting out the wrong ad. I brought mine from home with the correct sale dates on it. She said I could return the items, but then asked another clerk to return my purchase. Very rude, especially when I was right. Try another Walgreen!

I will never go anywhere else after the experience I had at this Walgreens. I was not feeling well, had a bad day and went to pick up my medication. The pharmacist was so kind to me and she added on some discount codes to my medicine and was patient with me. She treated me with such kindness, I was so touched. It made a HUGE difference. To the incredible pharmacist, thank you so much.

The store is great up until you get to the pharmacy. Every time I try to do anything with them either they don’t have the medication or the system is constantly down. So it’s either pay cash and get reimbursed later or wait for who knows how long for the system to come back up. I’ll shop here but I’m gonna find a new pharmacy to use.

Pharmacy Staff is slow, rude and lazy. Seems like the most miserable place around to work. No one smiles or even remotely acts like they want to help you. I will be moving my rx needs to another pharmacy. Thank goodness the rest of the employees are very friendly and courteous. The pharmacy needs some serious attitude adjusting.

Its a hit or miss. Some of the techs can get extremely rude and think that they are the pharmacists. Sometimes pharmacy can be very helpful. You just never know.

Moved my prescription today due to this pharmacys incompetence. My first run in with them was I had a Dr. back home and they refused to fill the prescription bc the dr was from out of town. But I took it to Walmart and they had no issues filling it. The 2nd run in was after i had surgery and the tech was extremely rude. I asked what the hold up was, thinking they may need to see my license or insurance and he responded there isnt a hold up i told you it would be 15 minutes and it hasnt been. Then this last time they were going to charge me $194 for a monthly prescription, I told them I couldnt afford that and had the dr call me in the same prescription to CVS, it was $0 and covered fully by my insurance. Will not go back.

They RARELY, if EVER, even answer the phone at this location?! TWO WORDS: BAD. MANAGEMENT.

This my go to Walgreens. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy used to be 24 hours but now closes at 10:00pm. If the pharmacy was still 24 hours I would have given them 5 stars.

Friendly Staff.Great selection of allergy/cold/flu items in various brands.The cutest theme/holiday gifts and decorations.Every time we visit were greeted with a smile.Pharmaceutical Techs are knowledge and always ready to answer any questions we have and they do a great job explaining the meds.Come back around Mothers Day for the perfect little something!

Every employee has always been helpful to me

I enjoy the convenience of the drive thru. We had to switch from CVS due to insurance issues and they have made the transition very easy. Only complaint is that I have one medicine that they can’t seem to make the computer auto-refill.

Very rude an treat you like your a criminal, someome with a drug problem or poor! Very discriminatory the way those people in the pharmacy act especially lead pharmacist

I was told by one the ladies in the pharmacy department my medication would be ready by a certain time. I showed up a little late just in case they had been backed up. I show up and my order hadnt even been put in the system. O get asked by the young lady who took my order. I describe to her the person. She goes in the back and asks on of them. They loudly start mocking me saying did I just pick a random description. I mentioned to her when she got back that it was not a random description. The other women started laughing at the fact that I overheard. No level of professionalism shown here by them.

I will personally never step back into this Walgreens again. My fiance and I went in there tonight and noticed one of the workers kept watching us. I didnt think anything of it at first but, she followed us outside. We asked her was there a problem she said no. But, wrote down our tag number. I have never felt so disrespected at a store in my life. Ive never had a problem at Walgreens before. As ststed before I will never step back into this Walgreens again.

I have only ever used the drive thru. My experience there varies. At times, I feel valued and am cheerily greeted by an employee who seems to genuinely care and enjoy their job. Other times, I am not greeted at all for several minutes while the employee types away on their computer (more than one of the employees do this). It’s not hard to quickly pick up the drive thru line and say “Welcome, I’ll be with you in just a moment” and carry on. As a customer, it does not leave a good impression when you are neglected. Typically the wait time is incredibly long, even if my prescription is filled and ready to go. I will continue to use this Walgreens because my insurance switched its contract from CVS and it is the closest location to me. But I will advise my friends and family against going here. The employees here need reinforced training on customer interaction.

Great Walgreens.

This Walgreens is disappointing. When I call and finally get connected and am transferred to the pharmacist, they’re not helpful. Multiple pharmacists seem angry, they are trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible, and then they tell me they’ll make an exception for something and when I go to confirm the exception with another pharmacist, they basically tell me that the first one lied and the exception was never enacted. Just lovely service. 😫
