Nice store but the closure wig I purchased was a horrible experience. I tried flat ironing, and deep conditioned and still the same outcome…I’m so disappointed that it’s giving me human with synthetic blend vibes. My hair will not lay and when I wore it out it went everywhere…I felt played.

I paid over $120 for poor quality hair. I know all hair shed but this is the most shedding I ever seen. The bundles are so thin. Very disappointed.

I know with all thats going on today with folks trying to put a wall between the black community & the white community. With that being said I went in this store as a white lady with no knowledge, the girl that helps try on wigs was very kind and helpful to me. I left with a cute wig, lots of knowledge and a smile because I was accepted 💕

Very poor customer service at the Irondale store. Mike, who said he was the manager, was rude and dismissive; in person and over the phone. I will never return to spend my money with a business who does not value me as a customer, my individual dollars, or those I have influence over. I love this place!! Mostly because they have floor staff and their so friendly. I visited three different stores and finally got what I wanted, my birthday style.

Was told everything was half price in store this particular day due to a Christmas special, when I got to the register that was not the case...bought 5 packs of hair that was supposed to be half off of $10.99, was charged $8.99 for each pack. When I asked why it wasn’t half off of $10.99, the guy tells me that the price was already lowered because it was originally $14.99. They advertised that everything was half off the ticketed price that day so i should have been charged half off the $10.99 so I won’t be returning due to the false advertisement.

Someone please tell me what type of hair I can get here to last past 2 weeks I pay anywhere from 120 to 150 for a sew in and I always have to take it out pretty quickly because of the hair quality from this place.
