Tonya was very professional and easy to work with. She listens very well and is patient. Geoff is diligent in maintaining order in the store. When I walked in, he didn’t have a customer but he was working on something on his computer and needed to finish before he called on me. Tonya finished with her customer first so Geoff directed me to Tonya and continued working on other things that helped keep the store quiet and professional. I truly appreciate their calm demeanor.

Went there before 2pm and two notes wereon the door. One said back in 15 minutes and the other said back in 30 minutes . Went back at 2:30 the notes were gone and a new note said back in 30 minutes . I will take my business elsewhere.

I went in to get new phone services. I was helped by Geoff. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the phones and plans that were available! I never felt pressured to get into something i wasn’t comfortable with. Geoff was extremely helpful and made my experience stress free and easy! Sept 24-26, 2019 (Trussville store) Kris, and Tyler were exceptional ! I walked in with an issue from another carrier, explained what I wanted compared to what I had with the competitor- Kris was the first to assist me. Very knowledge in what Verizon could offer me. Very personable and explained everything in easy to understand terms. Tyler assisted at that time. I left with the exact service I wanted/needed. Several days later I returned with another need and once again I was greeted with a smile and promptly assisted by Tyler. Oct 7,2019 I asked for Tyler--our data package wasnt large enough and he asked Geoff for assistance to make sure I had the best plan for my needs. After I explained my needs Geoff went to work finding the BEST plan for my family and our needs---multiple devices, multiple needs for each! Geoff spent time explaining plan offers and advising the best. Three exceptional assets to your company !!!!

Went to set up service today and was treated AMAZINGLY by Mr. Allen. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and speedy. What took my husband almost 2 hours at another location took Mr. Allen 20 minutes. Anytime I need help with services moving forward this will be my go to!

Tyler was very good to me today. He took his time and explained everything to me so I can understand how to use my phone and tablet. I will come back. I would give him a thousand gold stars. I had a wonderful experience.

I came into the store around the end of July for a new phone and the representive was very rude to me. She told me that she did not work in the store and worked at the moody store and the girl that worked there had personal problems and I need to come back later.. because she did not lift boxes and that was not her job..I was able to purchase my phone from Sydni a few days later and she really made sure that I was taken care of.

Very helpful, explained re I had insurance to cover my bad battery. Professional service.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Patrick, Geoff, and Darrin were kind and able to sell me on the different specs between Apple and Android. Although I’m hooked on the iPhone they were knowledgeable enough to make someone switch lol.
