I love Marcus @T-mobile in 5 points west in Birmingham. Whatever my problem with my android..they all are very very nice and stays on the job until you are satisfied. I love t mobile. Everyone is professional. All are in the 5 points west and ave W exudes what a true professional who loves their job..they need a raise. I recommend this T-Mobile.

I went into this store expecting to have the same experience Ive had with two other carriers. I told the rep exactly what I wanted and I was completely finished with my business within 45 minutes. It made me feel extremely good about swapping from my previous carrier because I felt like someone actually cared about the service they were providing, rather than going through the motions. Drew was the representative that got me set up, and the manager Mykael went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed.Id recommend this store to anyone, just off the respect thats so often forgotten.

I normally go to the Crestwood location; but today I was on this side of town, so I stopped to pay my bill. I was well taken cared of, but the other customers had a wait because, while I was being taken cared of, the two other employees, never came back to the front, after taking a meal to the back. My normal spot, would have NeVeR done th@! I know from multiple experiences. But I am still a great fan of T-Mobile.

Best Customer Service Earl setup the phone and made sure it was all working.

This store has the worst customer service ever. They were not helpful. The guy that said he was a manager didn’t want to acknowledge me at all and blew me off. I am taking my service else where once my contract is up and anyone else I know will learn how I was treated

I went into the store tonight bc I had been having issues with my phone not charging .I was greeted when I walked in which made me feel acknowledged. The main reason I came in was for Earl. He has always been my go to guy for 3 years with t mobile. He lets me know whats up and always has a smile on his face n happy to explain n help me understand my phone .. I came all the way from trussville to see Earl. If he moves from here I will follow ... He is a excellent example on how customer service should always be..Thanks for always looking out :) I will cont to follow n be with tmobile bc of Earl :)

Not very good the people working are nonchalant and not hospitable to the customers. They act as if the dont wanna be bothered..its never a good feeling going in the 5 points store. They seem disconnected and dont like the Customer to ask questions. The wemon are very mean.. the act as if they dont wanna be bothbd lazy. They act as if your insulting their intelligence. It seem they want you to miserable when you come in happy..they dont have personality just mechanical. None approachable atvsll.m.
