TERRIBLE SERVICE ITS SAYS ONLINE THEY CLOSE AT 7:30PM BUT WHEN I PULLED IN THE PARKING LOT AT 6:45PM THEY GUY LOCKED THE DOOR AND SAID THEY ARE CLOSED LIKE REALLY DUDE AT THIS POINT THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.ITS A PROBLEM EVERYTIME I GO TO THAT LOCATION AND ITS TERRIBLE TO SAY THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THAT LOCATION SUCKS TREMENDOUSLY

The manager and employees are rude. They left am employee there alone who didnt know anything. He couldnt even print out a receipt so he had to refund me my money. When he called the manager, he was very rude and said to just give her money back AFTER turning my old phone off. I will NEVER EVER go to this store again

I upgraded my phone on 11/28 I hated the phone so I went in to return it on 11/29, only to find out that you cant return upgraded phones under no circumstances, the phone was still brand new, the representative Stephanie and the manager were very rude. Dont do business here, the dont tell you all the details, and are rude
