I bought a washer and dryer and a recliner.First the dryer the door started messing up and I called them to explain the situation, The salesperson was very rude. And told me they would fix it. Then waited till it was paid off and said I had to pay to get it fixed. It is still messed up. Now the recliner it was paid in full last year in February, now 2 days ago it tore up. Seriously, What kind of shoddy furniture do you rent?

I thought i made it clear that I no longer get paid on fridays due to the fact that Im on maturnity leave and that my boyfriend gets paid on saturdays ive said that 3 times so why when I go in i get asked what happened to me and can they just expect me to be late every time? Really? We get paid in cash we paid yall in cash we cant deposit money in the bank on weekends so obviously you will get payment on Monday. Noone asks a customer personal business like that. You guys have very poor customer service skills.

Their secondary financing sucks. Acceptance now calls you constantly the day your payment is due until you pay it. There is not even one day grace period. It took me three hours for them to put the paperwork together for a $1k purchase. Now all they do is harass me. I am a federally licensed banker and I can tell you their business model is based on intimidation and scare tactics and they are very very un professional. I have reported them to the State for their mafia like tactics - BEWARE! Buy furniture locally at one of the locally owned furniture store for a better buying experience. UPDATE 7/22/19 SO my Payment was due Friday. They called all weekend and left mean messages saying there is no grace period and they will be coming for the furniture if the whole account isnt paid by Monday - today. LOL What idiots..
