I was told that it would be easy to cancel the insurance!!!! LIE!!!I have been on hold for 30 min and the boy at the counter told me to just keep trying.Talk me into getting this shit… because I could “cancel at any time” but they are giving me a hard time.SHADY!

Phenomenal service. My phone wasn’t charging and they quickly diagnosed that it was a charge port issue - as opposed to just debris - and helped me realize that would be better to just upgrade my phone instead of replacing the part. The staff was kind and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service was ready on time a bit uncomfortable giving my pass sign on key but never had a problem in the 3 times they have fixed my phones.

Took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced because it was badly shattered. The guy was nice and had the phone repaired in a very reasonable time. However, the phone had to have another screen because he didn’t do what he was supposed to. The other place I took it to the second time said the previous person scraped some kind of processor or something (I don’t know anything about this) off of where the camera was instead of replacing it like he should have… you’re paying a lot of money for them to cut corners and only give you part of the product you’re paying for. They don’t expect you to catch it because whose going to open their iPhone to check? They aren’t honest. Also, 10 minutes after leaving the store with the phone the sensitivity was horrible so when I took it back in to point that out he said “maybe take the screen protector off of it” Instead of considering it may have been a faulty screen. Obviously I wasn’t comfortable using it without a protector.

Great place to get your phone fixed

I setup an appointment several days ahead of time to get my phone worked on. I took off work to drop off the phone and when I walk into the store they tell me they dont have the parts in stock. They never bothered to call me ahead of time or anything. Then, I was told they would check to see how long it will take to get the parts in and never called me back. I waited a couple of days then called Batteries Plus down the street. Batteries Plus didnt have the part either but they told me up front. They ordered the part and called me when it arrived. Thats how you do business.

They did a great job, got me out of there in just a few minutes. Highly recommend it.

Gentleman on the phone chose to be unhelpful and argumentative. AT&T sent me to this store to get my screen fixed, and I wanted to make sure they had a screen in their inventory after the last store was out. He said AT&T can see the inventory and would only send me there if they had it. Turns out they didnt have it, and the gentleman offered zero other assistance.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT come to this location. They use to be fantastic when they had old management. Now it is ran by a bunch of young kids and it is horrible. Phone screen was cracked so I left it for a 2hr screen replacement. Went back 2 hrs to pick it up and they informed me the tech broke my internal antenna when working on it. Then I had to wait another hour for him to put it back together. They did not carry the part so now my only option is to have Att send me a replacement and go without a phone because now it will not recieve or make any calls. They are more into laughing and horseplahing here rather than doing business

My husband went to get his cracked phone fixed at this 280 location. He got his phone back and a couple days later realized there were some scratches near the top of the phone. He thought he already messed it up, but it was UNDER the screen. When installing the tech somehow scratched it. We called them to see how they could fix the situation since THEY did it, and they said nope, we have to pay out of pocket for another screen or use our insurance again which has a deductible.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially since they made the mistake and would not even try to offer any help whatsoever. We should have checked the corners. SO, IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY AND LOCATION, CHECK YOUR PHONES THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND MAKE THEM FIX IT IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT.UPDATE- called phone company and ins and they Both agreed they made the mistake they should fix it. My ins waived the deductible and is letting me get it fixed BUT NOT WITH THIS LOCATION. AGAIN CHECK EVERYTHING EVEN LITTLE SCRATCHES THAT YOU DO NOT SEE AT FIRST GLANCE.

Daughter dropped her phone and shattered the glass back. I did a search and saw that they were an authorized Samsung repair location. Brought the phone here, they had the part in stock, and in a few hours it was fixed like new. Very friendly and helpful staff, very reasonable price. Hopefully I never need phone repairs again, but if I do, Ill come back without a doubt.

My computer was estimated to be ready in late April. Never heard a word from them. Went back and picked up my still broken computer on June 26th. Very poor customer service.

Great work, I took my grandsons IPAD over there with a cracked screen and was told it would be ready the next day. After 4 days it was finally finished and ready for pick up. It seems their parts supplier is not reliable and make sure when they writ up your order they do it correctly that seems to have been part of the problem.

So i dropped my husbands phone off since this is where my insurance told me to take it for screen repair. It was dropped off about an hour prior to close and told that it would be done the following day due to normal repair time being 2 hours. Here it is 24 hours later and nothing was done on their part other than misplacing my phone. My husband NEEDS his phone for work and now is risking losing it due to their irresponsibility. They told us they had no clue when it would be done now. To make it worse I left my number in case of any issues so I could try to to guarantee the work gets done...guess they need to learn how to use a damn phone not just repair them (if you can call it that)

I took my playstation 4 pro to this location On September 14th 2020 they ran a diagnostic test and told me that I need a new power supply they said that it would be ready on the 21st, so I called on the 21st they told me that the part was broke in transit so they had to order a new one, OK so a week later I called back and they said that they had received the part but it was missing the cord that was supposed to come with it, so then on October 16 I called the manager of the Hoover store and told him what was going on and he ordered the part for his store and the to 280 location, he also told me it takes 3 -5 business days to get a part in. And that my playstation should already be fixed. And During all of this no-one ever called me to inform me on what was happening. So then 280 location called me today and said that they got the part in and that my playstation is still messed up that now it needs a new hard drive and they cannot fix that so I can buy new one and since the Playstation 5 is coming out playstation 4 price will be dropping.. I do not Recommend taking any of your devices to this location

The service was amazing! They were very fast (considering the time that has to be taken to do some fixes). The employees were really helpful and offered good advice. The repair was nicely done too. They even suggested a family link to help keep an eye on children with devices. For safety from predators and con artist, and of course to keep them from wandering in the dark side, lol. Even time limits. They worked really well with the plan for the phone we brought in, and even agreed to keep the price our provider had said we would recieve. I will definitely, 100% recommend this store for repairs. Awesome service.

Fixed the issue that was happening with the camera but when the phone was returned it was having a different issue with the camera that wasn’t happening before. Great customer service.**Update 11/28** got a call from them asking me to come in and take another look at my phone and they ordered another part and fixed it. It works like new now and I’m so thankful for it. They have the absolute best customer service.

I had issues with a black screen on my laptop computer and had no idea what was wrong. This place is a JOKE. I went to get my iPhone screen fixed and they did what seemed was a great job, it was quick too BUT my finger scanner wasnt working. The guy told me oh, yea, it happens sometimes. Nothing you can do about it. I told them they should have been upfront about that and made them out my cracked screen back on. I get a phone call that night and my speaker isnt working. So I take it back the next day and the guy checks it for me and sees the staff working the day before messed up putting it back on. On top of that, just through conversation the guy tells me what I was told about the dinner scanner not working was not the correct info and it does work of you install it right. Do what?! STAY AWAY from this place. Inconsistency... Lack of training... Phones are too expensive for not knowing what you are doing when you open it.

IPhone battery was not holding a charge. Apple store required an appointment, would have had to keep the phone for 3+ days and charge $75! 👎🏼Took it to uBreakiFix and they replaced the battery in less than an hour for about $60! Service was fast and friendly with knowledgeable staff.Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone needing quality repairs quickly!!

Great experience, they were reasonably priced, and fixed my device quickly. This location is a little hard to find, it is actually in the same building as the Cowboys gas station. Small entrance area with walk up service and no chairs, so dont expect to wait inside for your device to be repaired.

My computer was dead. I had spent a couple of hours with tech support from the place where I bought the box. We got to a point that hands-on help was necessary. Tech Support from another city and state recommended uBreakiFix. Boy am I glad they did! They guys at uBreakiFix took my computer, ran a couple of hours worth of tests on it and ultimately fixed all the trouble by re-seating some components that had come loose. Recently had the screen replaced on an older iPad that’s used by our youngest child. They recommended adding a tempered glass protector and we did that. Its expensive, but I guess its worth it. When I went back to have the work done after ordering the necessary parts, the attendant at the cash register told me it would take 2 hours. I decided to wait. He was back in 3 minutes with it finished. They need to educate the people out front maybe a little better about how the wait time is.

My iphone 7 would not charge the battery, with no warning, putting me in panic mode since I use my phone for both business and personal use. My wife took her Iphone 4s a month or so ago to have her screen repaired. Fast forward a few weeks later and her LCD is magically damaged, so they say. Even though they warranty their work for 90 days, they determine that it probably happened due to damage. Even though they admit its possible it happened during the install of the new screen. They offered to repair the LCD for $80 instead of $100. Remember, its under WARRANTY.I call the next day and review our case. When a manager is being told of our situation, I can hear her talking VERY rudely about us and uses foul language. Does this sound like good customer service?When the manager comes to the phone, they say that they have to charge something but rest assured because their work will be under warranty. I explain that is useless since they didnt honor their warranty the first time thus they have NO warranty.I URGE NO ONE to use this company. Please find an alternative!!

We had our Samsung S7 screen glass crack and break and go black. We called and they were able to hold the part for us for the next day. When we dropped it off they were able to repair it in 2 hours, good as new! And it comes with a 90 day warranty.
