Went here for a broken phone, it was a simple fix/probably a software issue but they fixed it right up and didn’t even charge us! The employees were very friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend this repair shop and I will return if I need my phone fixed in the future!

Really good experience here with them changing my pixel 4xl battery. Originally asked for the port to be replaced but they cleaned it and said it was fine, so I ended up spending less than I expected. They had my phone ready in 2 hours, super crazy fast.

I dropped my computer off thursday and was told it was going to be done the next day. i went out of town, came back on tuesday to find out whoever had been working on it got halfway through and decided to stop. i called friday and was told it would be finished by sunday. its been almost a week now and that is absolutely ridiculous. there is no reason a screen replacement should take 6 days when i was told MULTIPLE times it takes less than 24 hours. when i pointed this out the person at the front desk just said yeah. i STILL dont have my computer.

This place is a great place to get any of your devices fixed. However, they do take a long time to diagnose the problem with the device. I would have given it a 5 stars but I took one star out because of the long wait time even if it just me.

Absolutely outstanding customer service here. As someone who works in the software/tech industry and heavily relies on their device for work, when it breaks, its an emergency. I had insurance with Asurion on it through my provider, but wasnt wanting to wait the time to file a claim, schedule a repair, etc.; and really didnt have a great way to contact them and track a claim anyway because...well...my phone was completely unusable. So I found UBreakIFix online and am so glad I did. I immediately drove to the store and was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff (shoutout to Cooper at this shop) that went above and beyond to not only make sure my device was repaired quickly and back to like-new condition, but went out of their way to help me file the insurance claim (theyre a subsidiary of Asurion now!) to keep my costs down to virtually zero! Dropped the phone off 1 day and the guy recommended the liquid glass. Go back the next day to pick the phone up and a different guy tries to talk me out of the liquid glass. First day was told only 2 people in the lobby. Now I have 5 people waiting next to me while the tech has been trying for 10 minutes to complete my transaction on the phone in the back. Do not reccommend.

Worst service, they said my device would be ready the next day they kept it for a week and when I picked it up my device kept turning off I took it back and they said the screen was defective they would switch it out it’s been 3 days my device is still not ready don’t waste your time or money here

My son broke his Nintendo Switch and it required a difficult repair that typically would require being sent off but, due to COVID, this wasn’t an option. Cooper offered to give it a try and succeeded. He was amazing to work with and I will be bringing all devices in need of repair to these guys from now on. Even though Samsung had ordered the wrong repair and technically Samsung should be at fault, Samsung refused to accept any responsibility and UbreakIfix picked up Samsungs slack as their contractor. USE THE HOMEWOOD LOCATION! Walked in yesterday to see about having my iPhone XR screen repaired after having scheduled an appt for today at 11am, to see about getting a quote for my screen. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and quoted me $149 to have it fixed in a couple of hours. I asked if I could leave it then, and he said no, but he could up my Appt for today to 10am instead of 11am. He informed me I could arrive any time between 10-10:30 and that would be perfect. I agreed, and returned this morning at 10:10am for my Appt. They have a 2 person max occupancy in store due to Covid right now, and I walked up right as 2 other customers entered the store. Here’s where it gets fun. I’m 40 weeks pregnant and stood outside waiting for 20 minutes just to WALK IN and leave my phone for an appointment I had already made. Soon there were 3 more people in line behind me as well. We all stood outside waiting our turn when finally one of the gentlemen exited after a little over 20 minutes. I entered and it was the same gentleman as yesterday manning the counter again and he remembered me. Told him my Appt information and such, and he took everything down, then walks to the back. He comes back and says they’re out of stock on a lot of inventory, and they don’t have my replacement screen. Won’t have it until Wednesday. Now I’m a pretty patient person, even being 40 weeks pregnant. The gentleman was kind and respectful, but I’m only giving 2 stars because there’s no way you couldn’t have known yesterday that you didn’t have that screen in stock when you told me you had. I can tell these guys were scrambling to help everyone they could, so I’ll give them that, but the lack of communication and having people wait 20+ minutes outside WITH an appointment was just frustrating. ***I left and called the Homewood location, and they had the screen in stock, and had it installed in 15 minutes for ONLY $119. Now THAT is high quality service.***

We just picked up a Chromebook after having a screen replaced. We paid $181 and cant even find out if its fixed because they lost the charger and tried to give us a different one they had that wouldnt work, which also makes me think they gave our charger to someone else. They were in too big of a hurry to get to a rental car place for personal business to make the effort to find our charger. Now we dont even know if the repair worked because the Chromebook wont come on. Also, they tried to turn me away when we first got there saying everything is now appointment only, even though they sent me a text to come pick it up and didnt reply when I texted back asking when we could pick it up. They said theyll mail us a new charger, so well see if that happens. Im extremely disappointed and so is my 11 year old who just paid for this repair with his own money.

Took 2 weeks to get my screen after being told 3 to 5 days. After fixing...sound didnt work and had to go back...a week later have a crack & didnt drop...looks like a stress crack but they dont guarantee work. They wanted to charge me again. Not very professional.

Very Rude!! I walked in here a week ago to get the screen on my iPad fixed, the guy told me they were booked and made me an appointment a week later to bring it in. So I took it today and unfortunately had to interact with Chris. He tried to turn me away at first, then when I explained I had an appointment from a week ago he seemed to get offended and unloaded about their heavy workload. He told me it would be a few days, I said that’s fine, he checked my device in and just stared at me, I had to ask if they would call when it’s ready. I called a few more places hoping to find someone not so busy and found iFix in Pelham. The man is very polite and it’s $60 cheaper! So I went to get the iPad back and it was bad. I called three times over 30 minutes with no answer and when I got there the door was locked, so I headed around back and knocked on the door. Chris answered with an attitude and started telling me I should’ve called and gone to the front door. After explaining that’s exactly what I did he brought the device out front and practically shoved it in my hands. I’m not usually a complainer but this was some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered. I understand you’re overwhelmed but that’s no excuse to be rude to a customer. Please find somewhere else to take your device, these people are apparently too busy for new customers.

If you break it they will do their best to repair it

After visiting two other phone repair stores where I was told that I needed to replace my charging port, within 1 minute of walking in I was greeted and my charging port was fixed. I will definitely be back in the future with any other phone repairs that need to be done.

Had an insurance claim for a badly cracked screen, they were able to come to my home which I thought was really cool, the technician Demarcus messaged me an hour before my appointment and was able to arrive early and that was great, I smoked a cig and fed my cats and he was already done! 10/10.

My PlayStation 4s were needing the dust blown out of them, fans were getting noisy. I turned over the consoles one at a time and each time they came back, they were working better than ever. The devices were returned to me quickly. For the price I paid, the value is tremendous. Thank you.

Ive been here twice, once for a phone and once for a laptop. They werent able to fix either one, but they didnt charge me either. Other people in the store had used them before with good results, so I dont blame them for tech issues that arent worth, or cant be repaired. Im happy to have been able to have them pronounced dead for free. Their customer service is great. They are friendly, explain things well, and call you in a reasonable time frame.

UBreakiFix is OUTSTANDING!!! My husbands PlayStation (PS4) wasnt working because it suddenly needed an update. We took it to UBreakiFix and they were very professional and displayed great customer service. They quickly ran a complimentary diagnostics test and after the test, they were able to perform the update and get the PS4 back to him within two hours. 💃 We will definitely be repeat customers and recommend others check them out.

Not happy considering all experiences. Initially my screen was broken and that was promptly fixed by them but the device was not properly tested by them, despite they said they would run a few tests. I found out later the ear speaker and microphone were not working. With the screen burst it was impossible to test all features before they fix the screen first.I took my phone there again, they replaced two parts. I got the phone, paid and before I left the store, I tested the device and it was still not working. Did they test their service? I dont think so. After that they worked on my phone for a few days. No success, seems to be a mother board issue. Ok, lets be fair, they reimbursed me for the last service but my question is what should I do with a phone with a brand new screen that does not properly work? Of course they didnt reimburse me for the screen. Now I have to buy a new one or do calls only if Im using a wirelessIts the same as you take your car to a mechanic. He replace a lot of parts, you pay for it and at the end you can not driver your car.If something is wrong with your phone, make sure you will pay them to really fix the whole phone and not a few parts that will make you just spend money and at the end, buy a new one.

I have a sad story but at least i got to experience the story of my dear Aunt Joan passing...and I have to travel from state to state due to my position as an IT consultant, being on the road cost me extra finances and time and I do miss important life events that I live through utilizing my cell phone....these guys replaced my screen and sent me on my way with time remaining to pay my aunt respects for being their every Christmas with her awesome cookies. I will miss my aunt every Christmas but I will not hate myself for being out of touch with the family through my cell to be able to pay my last respects.

They also have worked on my husband’s computer and he was extremely satisfied and it was a very fair price!

I highly recommend Ubreakifix on Lorna Road. We had some issues with the insurance company getting the claim to show up in their system, but the staff at Unbreakifix went above and beyond working directly with the company the locate the claim. They also called back frequently with updates so I always knew the status. The screen on my phone was fixed within 15 minutes. Dillion, Reed, and Cooper provided excellent customer service. I will definitely go see them again should I need something fixed!

I called Pablo a few weeks ago I could no longer login to my PC.He was responsive.He picked up the laptop early morning worked on it and dropped it off in the evening. Worked perfectly since I work in the city. Also the PC has been working fine since!A bit steep of a price but I was pretty desperate to get this PC to work also it was a first so maybe in the future I get better treatment!Overall,very happy with the service.

My 2011 MacBook Pro stopped working. Took to Apple who was help what so ever. Got the since its out of warranty we cant help speech. They recommended a place which will remain anonymous because they didnt even try to diagnose the problem. Had given up until I ran across these guys. They found the power button was faulty and even didnt charge me. I was so grateful I had them to add more ram and a SSD drive. I wanted to spend money there when you get service like this. Apple could really learn from these guys!!!

Horrible service. Not professional when it come to speaking with customers. My computer was there 25 days and I keep getting the run around about hard drive installation. I then requested they return my computer to the original state when I drop it off. I took my computer to a different company and was informed my hard drive was fine. This company will lie to make money, and does not have an ounce of knowledge. Do not take your electronic devices to this company.

Dropped my phone on the concrete earlier in the week and my heart shattered along with the screen. Luckily, James and his team were able to make the best of a bad situation for me and fixed my phone right up! They were incredibly friendly and professional and Im going to be extra careful with my phone from now on. Probably should be trusted with a baby just yet, though.

I highly recommend Alex @ uBreakiFix. My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 screen had been cracked for a year and the screen went black out of nowhere. My mom recently passed and I was devastated that I could not transfer our memorable texts and pictures to another phone. AT&T referred me to this location. My phone looks brand new! Everything was intact. All I could do was hug him! These guys have the perfect balance of superb professionalism and personality.
