My laptop was running very slowly. Tech loft put a new hard drive in it, but then had to manually transfer all the data. Fantastic work at an reasonable price.

They were very friendly and responsive to my needs-Identified 2 problems preventing my phone from charging. I ordered the battery and another part but once they opened the phone to replace them there was internal damage that could not be repaired. They offered me credit (I had already paid for parts) on a new device but I decided to upgrade to a phone only available at the apple store. These things happen with phones that are 6 models behind I guess. I would use them again, once my warranty expires on the new one.

Austin helped me build my custom PC when I got stuck on some more technical parts of the build. He finished the build, recommended the best parts to use, gave me upgrade ideas, and answered all my questions. Super helpful, will definitely be coming back for more builds. I highly recommend them for any PC build. They can even order all the parts and build it for you if you just tell them your budget. Their fee is really reasonable too.

Austin at Tech Loft is the most reliable person you will find in Birmingham. I met him for the first time today when i went at 8am and Austin was able to fix my iPhone 10R phone screen (Cracked glass and broken LCD) in less than an hour while i waited. He is completely transparent about his processes, pricing, and the quality of his parts and I left with what felt like a brand new phone for a fraction of the cost to get a completely new one. I can’t recommend him and Tech Loft enough for first timers or anyone who has had confusing experiences with other phone repair companies.

Tech Loft is conveniently located near the intersection of Valleydale Rd and Caldwell Mill Road. Joseph was friendly and knowledgeable about what my iPhone needed. The part and repair charge were less than $75; that’s much better than a new phone!I will absolutely return to Tech Loft if I need smart phone, tablet, or computer repair in the future.

I dropped my Macbook Pro, and needed a great deal to fix it. The Apple Store told me I needed to replace my entire upper screen, but Tech Loft told me it was not necessary--that they just needed to order one part for much, much cheaper. They did an amazing job fixing it, and they were so helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Fast and relaxing! My daughter dropped her iPad and cracked the screen. When I arrived at Tech Loft they were able to assess the damage and have it fixed in just a short time. Went to go fix a cracked screen, after about 4 visits, they finally handed my phone back with the cracked screen and the touch sensor was now broken. Told me to go to Apple but got refused there because they had tampered with my battery. Finally went to Phone Restore in Homewood and they fixed my phone in ten minutes, not a week. Garbage store don’t go here. I’m also still waiting on my refund.Edit: They just said they’d offer a purchased replacement phone? They didn’t offer me jack the three times I was in there. Still inexcusable to not be able to repair when another store did it in 15 minutes.

I dropped my iPad Gen 3 and cracked the screen. Walked in at 3pm on a Friday and it was repaired and ready by 10am on Saturday.
