I took my iPhone here about a year ago when it fell off the top of my truck onto the freeway & got ran over by cars multiple times! I could not believe that they could fix it? And they did! Amazing & very fair price! Also gave me a loaner phone which really helped & I will be back again! (I just do not GET ANY of these negative reviews? Does NOT FIT MY EXPERIENCE! ) they were great!

I took my new phone there over taking it to AT&T because some people swore by this place and it was a little cheaper, but I should have just bit the bullet and paid for a proper repair. He fully replaced the screen on my iPhone 11 Pro, and ever since then, it has been a mess. Sometimes the screen is unresponsive, sometimes it is super responsive (I have about 50 photos of the inside of my pocket from it touching my leg), and at one point, it quit working all together until I hard-reset it about 20 times. Also, every time the screen comes on, you can see white spots where it wasnt installed correctly. For almost $200, I would just take it to your carrier and have it correctly replaced. I am only giving it 2 stars because it theoretically works (75% of the time).

This is the worst business that I have dealt with in Birmingham. Do not come to this business, it is a scam. I went in to have my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced. It worked for one week before the touch capability no longer worked. I called to have them see what the problem was especially since they said they had a 30 day warranty/guarantee. Not only would they not provide me a copy of the warranty, but they also would not keep their own word and replace the screen. They wanted another $115 to replace the screen with something that didnt even last 1 week. I am shocked at the level of poor poor customer service. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.Update: I took this same phone to ubreakifix and they could not believe the service I received from this business. My bestie is now the proud owner of an iPhone 8 Plus. And no the screen did not stop working after 1 week.

I want to the apple store to fix my water damage phone and they want me to pay $599 for replacement I walked off and come to this place they looked it and get it back to me fully working condition with out chargeing me anything and I bring my brother phone to get screen replacement and they did it very quick. Very nice and honest people

I replaced my glass and screen with an original Apple part here - it works perfectly and came with a free screen protector and 30-day warranty. The repair was finished within 30 minutes as well. I’m planning on recommending Phone Clinic to any friends that need screen repairs!

Very quick and pleasant

I was jipped and stole from by this place.I cracked my phone screen. I brought it in to get fixed. It was fixed but had a problem that made the phone borderline unusable a lot of the time. I brought it back in and explained the problem. They took it back and came back 10 minutes later showing me a massive crack that I am 100% sure was not there before, asking for another payment to replace the screen again. I of course had no evidence and I didn’t want to argue or take home a broken screen so I gave in.If you go to this place be sure to take photos and note of the phones condition. If they have to replace a defective phone screen they gave you they will try to get every penny out of you instead of replacing it.

My phone was ready 2 months ago but I wasnt able to pick it up due to my busy schedule. I went to pick it up and he couldnt find my phone..then he said it wasnt ready. Super odd, not professional at all. Was told my phone was going to be ready the next day. Still no phone call. Do not recommend this place.

Phone clinic exceeded my expectations. They were flexible enough to work with me and my issues. They fixed my phone in a timely manner (20 minutes) and gave me advice for what my next steps I should take with the phone. They also were willing to take a credit card over the phone, which was helpful in my circumstance. I recommend this place!

The 1st review I see is Major Khan which is the name of the guy working there today Khan. The same one that told me he tested my phone tried a new charging port, which is what I thought it needed, a new battery and it was my motherboard that was bad. I then took it elsewhere and they said it was just the battery put in a new one it worked fine. I would give negitive stars but it wont let me. BEWARE !!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They did not fix the phone, and when TRYING to discuss the next option in fixing the phone, the employee continuously spoke over me. Even though they clearly stated if the phone was not fixed a full refund would be given, they refused to issue the refund. His exacts words regarding the refund were quite clear, We are not going to refund you.

My phone cable wasnt connecting some of the time and getting worse. He fixed the problem in a couple minutes and didnt charge me anything and I even offered to pay! Nice guy! Problem was dirt and lint etc had gotten lodged in the phone socket of my two plus year old phone.
