I had the best buying experience at Standard furniture downtown BirminghamMy salesman Ben was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable in helping find furniture for my sons apartment.Ben is always polite and very professional.He has continued to help me with getting additional furniture pieces in a timely manner and Ben does a great job at communicating weekly on status of when the furniture should arrive.I would highly recommend Ben with all your furniture needs.Thx Ben for all your help and making my sons relocation easier.

This store! Is wonderful. They staff were super helpful and accommodating as I was looking for furniture for my elderly parents. They called after I picked up one piece to make sure it was all working out. I even cancelled a chair and then got it back and they were easy to deal with. Everyone I felt with was so kind and cooperative.

The furniture inside the Standard Furniture store is ready and waiting for buyers who are aware of wonderful selections of furniture.

Went to the downtown location. Walked in and walked out. Was not greeted by anyone nor did I see a salesperson.

Standard Furniture in Birmingham made the experience of purchasing new furniture pleasant. The salesman, Ben, was absolutley awesome; helpful and accommodated all my needs. Additionally, financing was a simple and quick process thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of the financial clerk.

Great furniture and a great staff. Carrie is extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The store manager, I believe his name is Dan, is awesome! He is very helpful and does a great job working with your needs. My Wifey and I, will be back in the future .
