Yesterday I ordered a futon frame from Mattress Firm. It hasnt arrived yet, so I cant review the delivery or the frame, but I can say that I working with Stacey at Mattress Firm was a highlight of my day. Stacey was friendly, professional and efficient. She is an excellent representative of this company and I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location.

Staci was extremely knowledgeable on everything sleep. Not only that, she’s extremely personable and hardworking. She taught me a lot of about mattress and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend finding Staci in either the Irondale or trussville location. Extremely helpful and friendly service!

Portia was helpful and quick with answers to our questions. Showroom had lots of options. This is our 2nd mattress purchase from this location. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The customer service at Mattresd Firm Eastwood was superb from the time I walked in the door to walking out. I went in knowing what I wanted, picked something out and got a better deal than the price listed once my rep put it in the computer. The time available for delivery was just as awesome as the customer service. The next dayREALLY. Sunday delivery. Wow. An excellent experience!!!

Beverly was really helpful even though we kept calling her. First it was because we wanted to add on to our warehouse order then it was because we were having a hard time finding the warehouse, then lastly it was because we needed to change the size of the bed frame when we got to the warehouse. She helped us through it all even though she was the only one in the store. I really appreciate her so much that her service alone makes me write this review. The warehouse was good too we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend mattress firm.

Called Mattress Firm looking for a twin low profile box spring. Spoke with associate Patty who told me they had a display model I could come and try but it would be tomorrow before I could get it. She then told me the warehouse had it in stock and helped me with the purchase and helped with me being able to get it today. Patty was very helpful and made my experience a real pleasure. Matthew was the most professional salesperson Ive encountered in a very long time. His attitude influenced my husband to spend more money than intended. I should mention that was quite impressionable and unheard of. The pleasantness of his disposition was very infectious.

Buying was fine. Told that instead of box spring we can get free adjustable bed. Neglected till I was charged and asked that adjustable you HAVE to have delivered...for $189. I had been told free shipping for the mattress and box spring. When delivered 1 guy carried in box, opened unfolded frame, I said oh I couldnt have done that...what a gimmick.

Kristie and David are great! We met Kristie at the Irondale store and she told us about the price match guarantee. We told her that we were just shopping today, not planning on buying. She still treated us great. Long story short, she matched a price from Sam’s Club but didn’t have that mattress there so we drove to Gadsden and David was just as great as Kristie!!

I ordered a mattress on line and when I discovered that she had to bring it on and put it on the bed by herself, that was not good, as she uses a walker.I tried without success to call and get a person to talk to and it was unsuccessful. Because your automated system help does not give that option. So after a day I decided it was best to talk to someone, so I called a Birmingham office and I found Sonny. The Mattress Firm Store. The Mattress is firm and feel good to your body. You want to lay there and go to sleep. The agent that works there is very nick. She really know her job. She gets her on. She can talk to you and find out what type of mattress is right for your body. Good job. She sold me.

Patti was wonderful in taking care of us while we were in the store. She also worked hard to get our mattress to us quicker than projected when we placed the order. We upgraded to the Mattress Firm 300 adjustable base which can raise both the head of bed and the foot, and we are extremely happy we did so. The installers are not allowed to attach a headboard, but it was no problem for me to do it with the headboard bracket. Go see Patti, she is the best!!

Went to Irondale, AL store to purchase a mattress for our Granddaughter and have it delivered to her in San Antonio. Sunny helped us out. Great experience with a wonderful salesman! He was extremely helpful in finding the best fit for my price range. The reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the prices were very high and there werent many options less than $1200. Also, the clearance section was not optimal.

Matt Harper helped my partner and I get a mattress and frame as we have just moved to the area! He even went out of his way to make sure the box spring was on hold for us at the distribution center and he called multiple stores to see if the bed we were looking for was in stock. At the end of it all, he even helped us get the mattress into the cargo van with us.

Sunny was awesome. I called and she checked availability, told me about a discount I wasn’t aware of, set up my pickup at the warehouse, and she called ahead and let them know I was coming. From phone call to having the mattress loaded up was 30 minutes. Really, her customer service couldn’t have been better.

I am very dissatisfied with my 2 Mattress Sets .The Cooling Gel is not in either of the Mattress.We knew nothing about the Outlet Store the Salesperson Kristy told us about it said there was nothing wrong with the Matress. We also purchased the Base. I don’t have over $4,000.00to pay for something that was sold under false pretense . I hope that someone from Upper Mgmt reads this because I have continuously called since my purchase and nothing has been done.

I went into Mattress Firm in Irondale/Crestwood, AL today and a lady named Ms. Patty assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable and the absolute sweetest lady. I wasnt looking to spend a whole lot of money today, but kept that to myself, and I never felt that I was being pressured into going for the big ticket items. She was very helpful and made sure I found exactly what I needed and felt comfortable with purchasing. I will definitely recommend this place to many others as long as that keep employees like Ms. Patty working. Not to mention, the prices were better than the 1st 3-4 places I checked previously.

They sure wanted the money real fast from me when they told me that I must pay for the mattress within a few hours of being emailed the receipt or else my order was going to have to be rescheduled. It was already enough for them to put my delivery off for over a week to begin with. I cannot even verify if the delivery guys actually showed up to my house because they didn’t even take the effort to come up and knock on my door to deliver the mattress to me. Had they done that I would have had the mattress and Mattress Firm would have had the money.Although the store associates Bruce and Sunny were polite and respectful over the phone, as was I, I think I should have been accommodated better in terms of having the mattress delivered to me promptly than to be informed that my mattress would not be able to be delivered for another week, which now would have put me over two (2) weeks waiting to have a mattress delivered. I just didn’t get the impression that the company cares enough to want to deliver the mattress to me so therefore I requested that my money be refunded. The way I look at it, the hell with it. I’d rather keep sleeping on a bowed out mattress rather than let this company have money it doesn’t deserve.
