Absolutely terrible. Collected my insurance check up front then kept my vehicle for over 4 months with very little progress. I ended up abandoning the rest of the work and let them keep the insurance check. Took the truck and Ill never use them again. I have never heard so many excuses in all my life.

These gentlemen were so, so, so AMAZING! We came in with a flat tire and they took care of us right away. Took about maybe 10 minutes! Thank you so much, guys! And a special thanks to Kevin - he didnt even charge us. 😊

Service was subpar. Didn’t do everything they were asked. I was rushed out like they didn’t care about the issues with my car. Then the work was done wrong, and they didn’t do everything I asked, and to top it off they charge you an extra fee for using your visa (instead of cash).I had a simple fender liner and windshield washer fluid container to be installed, and I asked if they could also look at the horn due to it working and not working at inconsistent times since they would be working right close to those wires.I was rushed out of there once they completed the install, and said they “forgot” to check the horn while there had the car apart and they didn’t have time any more, or it would be extra cost for them to look at it again and take it all apart (extra $75/hour with 1 hour minimum).They then added an extra charge (I think it was 3-6%) for using a VISA, claiming they decided to put the charges they there to pay for visa transactions on the customers now.Then to top it all off, I had to come back because they installed the windshield washer fluid tank wrong. The main and rear spray lines were switched, so it only worked opposite.I hand to come back the next days, and the owner said not to worry about payment for them having to switch the lines, so it worked properly... like he was going to charge me again? For what, your work you did wrong the first time and you have to re-do it?Would recommend staying away. Save your time and money.

When they actually do the work, their work is of pretty good quality. However, this repair shop is full of excuses and never delivers on the time frame they claim they can get your car done in. When we originally brought our car in we were told itd be a week. We had to pick up our car 6 weeks later because we could no longer function without having it. We picked it up without having all the repairs completed. I have been waiting for over 5 years to have a piece put on my car after hail damage. You will never get a hold of Dwayne. They do not have an answering service set up and his staff will offer to take your name and number to give it to him. When you call back two days later and ask why he did not call, hell throw his staff under the bus and say they never give him the messages. (Sad thing is that it is usually its his own son taking the messages) We have received SO MANY excuses its ridiculous. They are moving their shop, Dwayne will be out because he needs to put a roof on his house, he had to fire his paint guy, lost the part in the move, when found the part it was the wrong color, the part is in his storage shed and its blocked by snow. Im surprised these guys are still in business with the way they run it...
