I got in a fender bender in my 2016 Ram 1500. I was very particular about who I took my truck to because a good repair is only as good as the paint job. They did an excellent job with a rather difficult color match. They even put a clear bra on my hood to protect from rock chips because I mentioned it was a concern. Hopefully I will not have to be back to see them. But, if I do get in a another accident I will gladly use them again for repairs.

Two doors of my car needed to be replaced due to an accident, and a friend recommended “Paint doctor” for me. Jerry (the owner) had excellent silks and knowledge to find the fitted parts and paint the right color! My car looks exactly as the one prior to the accident now. The repair work/paint was impeccable. Jerry does a great job communicating progress/issues. Kim runs the office and she is so friendly and so helpful. They are responsive and honest people and charge customers reasonably. I would recommend “Paint doctor” if you look for a collision center.

The crew at The Paint Doctor fixed one of our cars a few years ago. They did a great job! This year, when we needed a repair estimate for a car ( that was eventually totalled out by our insurance company) we took it to them. We were once again very impressed with their integrity, honesty and great customer service.

My second vehicle Ive had to take there. Both times were great experiences. This time I showed up to pick up my truck and it was washed, vacuumed and they even went around the vehicle touching up rock chips. Great place and the owner has some pretty snazzy cars to drool over while you wait

My father and i were both involved with hit and run drivers in the same week. paint dr was close to our home so i took a chance. both vehicles came out of their shop looking like nothing had ever happened. the work is solid, and the service was great. its very hard these days to find shops with their kind of customer service and attention to detail. i will be a return customer

I hit a deer while on a road trip with my teenagers, and we found ourselves stranded in Wyoming. Our insurance company had our car towed to Paint Doctor in Billings, MT, and Im so glad they did! Their customer services was top notch--they completed the work in a very short amount of time (we asked them to just make the car drivable so we could get back to the East Coast, but they managed to get the entire job done), they were friendly, explained everything, and did an absolutely beautiful job repairing my minivan. The van made the 2200 mile drive without a single complaint. I would use them again in a heartbeat (but hopefully wont have to again!) :) Highly recommended. (The job included many new parts, including a radiator, plus body work/paint. They even cleaned my minivan inside and out--no small job since we had been on the road for two weeks!)

I took my monte carlo in to have a damaged hood replaced and other parts of my front end, when they inspected it, they found other stuff under my car that needed replaced as well, several clips were missing and other small parts, they went out of their way to ensure my car was going to be safe for me to drive and even ordered the parts and installed them for me. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for quality and professional work in billings.
