Ryan has been great and super easy to work with. He’s very calm and reassuring about working with insurance. I’ve never had an insurance claim before so this is new to me. Ryan and his team did a great job last time they worked on this vehicle as well.

Awesome company to work with, had one of my vans down and the gentleman who came to tow it took the time to test it a couple times and it fired right up. Called me letting me know and not only that they refunded my fee I had paid to have it towed. Absolutely blown away by that. Would definitely recommend.

Before considering taking your vehicle to Billings Collision consider this post:I am not sure what the heck happened. I’m assuming that someone who didn’t know what they were doing attempted to put our Jeep back together after we hit a deer. If you do decide to take your car here, please have the business look up who worked on a white 2015 Jeep Cherokee Summit in February and DONT LET THAT PERSON TOUCH YOUR CAR.We received our Jeep back after a month of repair and it was HALF DONE. At first, we thought they just didn’t complete the vehicle cosmetically. There were still cracks, the bondo looked TERRIBLE and paint was already cracking. (See pics)After taking a deeper look and driving it we realized that the window washer pump was not hooked up- wires were still cut, and the headlights didn’t function right.We notified our insurance who told us we could take it to a different auto body shop. After finding a shop we felt confident in, they told us that there were even more problems than we originally thought. There were parts missing behind the bumper, the air filter wasn’t replaced (good thing we took it to another shop otherwise we could have blown the motor if we drove it a lot without knowing.) To say the least, it was literally put together terribly.I really hope that the owner or manager of this shop just didn’t look over the vehicle before driving it 5 hours to house. If they did- and they thought it was okay to release it like this, I would be shocked.However, I want to take a moment to say that the owner of this shop was decent in customer service. Our Jeep wasn’t completed in the time we were told it would be. My husband drove 5 hours to Billings just to be told it wasn’t done yet. The owner was nice enough to deliver it to us due to the inconvenience which I appreciate. When we sent the pictures to him, he agreed that it was not done correctly and offered to get it back in his shop to do it correctly. Unfortunately, we just didn’t feel like risking it again after not having our vehicle for a month.While I do believe this shop may have knowledgeable hands, whoever worked on our car was far from competent. Billings collision- please supervise your employees more and truly inspect a vehicle before releasing it. This had caused my family a lot of stress and inconvenience.

The guy was there to move my car in about 15 minutes. He was quick and friendly. Price was right where I expected it to be and they were available early when other places were still closed. Thanks!
