Have nothing bad to say about Chassis! Everyone was very welcoming and also kept me updated, whenever anything changed. I am extremely happy with the work done! They worked directly with the insurance so I didn’t have to worry about that either which was amazing! Can’t ever tell there was any damage. I will for sure go back if I ever need to for more work!

Because of all the great reviews and a recommendation, reached out to Chassis Works after my car was hit in a parking lot. Like most of the reviews say, they were extremely friendly and were able to get my car in for a quote the day of.After that however, I was given a quote and told there was a 3 week waitlist. I understand that they can only work on so many cars and asked for the work to be done as soon as possible since my bumper was scraping my tire in normal driving conditions and this is my only vehicle. Then, I called later that day to ensure I was on the waitlist and to get a timeframe for the work to be done. I was again told about 3 weeks, so I called back 3 weeks later to be told that my car was not on the waitlist and they are now booked out 4-5 weeks (in addition to the 3 weeks I had waited already).When I asked if other cars were put in front of mine, they mentioned that cars that couldnt be driven at all were given preference. While I enjoyed my initial interactions with Chassis Works, I just wish they would have communicated better so that I could have taken my car elsewhere.

They service and quality Chassis Works has is top notch. I have trusted them with my VW Beattle after rear end damage, my Honda CRV after a collision that almost totalled it and my Audi Q5 that was fully restored after major front end damage. These guys have my business for life. I would recommend them to anyone!

Hands down, best shop in Billings. Friendly, fast, and very thorough. Had to take it in for body repairs, and my car almost looks brand new after getting it back from them (they even popped out a big dent for me that had nothing to do with my insurance claim). Cleaned the interior, washed, scrubbed and shined the outside. Fantastic service!

No one wants to get in a car accident while on vacation, 1,000 miles from home, in the vehicle that’s supposed to transport your family of 5 back home, but it happened 😱. Our bumper and side paneling were in bad shape on our minivan, and rubbing against our tire. Thankfully, in comes Jeramy at Chassis Works. He worked with our insurance company, and got them to agree to let him do a patch. Jeramy heated the bumper, remolded it, and screwed it into place. We were only without our van 3 days, and able to drive it all the way back home to Oregon. Here, we’re able to have a local shop complete the repairs.Thank you Jeramy. I was so stressed over how my family would get home timely 🙏🏻

I just got my car repaired from hail damage. Chassis Works did an excellent job. The car looks just like new. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again but I hope I never have to.

Over the last year and a half, our company has used Chassis Works to repair everything from deer encounters to small dents and slight dings to repairing other body shops bad work. Being able to go online and see where how the repairs are going is nice.They are ALWAYS courteous, helpful and they stand behind their work. Their quotes are reasonable and they dont hesitate to go the extra mile; even if htat means taking me somewhere else to get another car.We are very happy with them, and believe they do some of the best work in Billings.

After having my car for a sunroof replacement for a week. They told me they didnt know how to fix it! They also ordered the wrong parts. I found the right one online and fixed it myself. $750 for nothing..... Dont waste your time here!!

Its a great body shop Ive never had a car fixed there cuz I cant drive, but my dad world there so therefore its the best body shop in town.

These guys are exactly who you want to have work on your vehicle. I personally know the owners and they are the kind of people that if you trust them with your vehicles, they treat them as their own. The comment about the wheels is a bunch of crap! Unfortunately some people try to set up businesses with this kind of entrapment. I know this, these folks would always replace something that they did wrong. You ought to be ashamed of yourself for popping those ridiculous comments in this review board!
