Very good. Dropped off the night before and picked up in 2 1/2 days. Brian, at the front desk, was helpful. My cat was cleaned inside and out. Floor mats ss well.

Bryan and the Maaco team were awesome. They had my part in the day after ordering it and the work was completed by the end of the week. It looks brand new, and best of all they were significantly cheaper than another quote I received. They went above and beyond—cleaned and vacuumed out my vehicle and kept it in a safe place until I could pick it up. The whole process was so easy. Just a job really well done. I highly recommend Maaco!

I would not recommend this body shop for many reasons, first they charged me to take out the glass but they didn’t because you can see primer and paint around all of the windows. Also they didn’t bolt the supports for the bed back down, also the bedsides that they replaced they didn’t line up correctly therefore my taillights will no longer fit how they are supposed to. They busted the taillight lights out and the paint is already peeling by the taillights, they also cut my trailer light connector wires in half because they were to lazy to take the whole module out. Other than that they did a great job.

I talked mostly with Brian through the process of some body work on my jeep. Incredible work and professionalism. Brian was very helpful and the staff did a great job with my car and went the extra step and cleaned it spotless for me when I came to pick it up. Great job

I have a 2009 vehicle that needed a hard to find part. Brian went to great lengths to find the part and the car looks beautiful. I cant say enough about the excellent service I received from the Billings Maaco.

Have had several semi hoods and other truck parts prepped and painted. The painting is great and the collar is right on. Once parts are mounted back on our trucks you cant even tell they were ever off. Even had some Metal shop doors painted. Great job guys!!

I recently had repairs done to my Jeep with Maaco. I had to file an insurance claim against someone that hit my vehicle, and the whole process was great! Excellent service. Dropped my vehicle off just before the holidays, Christmas and new years. My vehicle was still done in less than 2 weeks. My vehicle is a red color. Anybody who works with colors knows reds are the hardest to match. The new parts match perfectly and looks brand new! I highly recommend these guys!

My experience with MAACO after my wreck went above and beyond any other body shop, they not only did a phenomenal job on my car that I love very much, but they did it in a great time frame, actually COMMUNICATED with me through the ENTIRE process and not only that but I spoke to the same person even! All the other shops I called treated me like an inconvenience and their time frames were way out... my stuff was all accounted for in my vehicle, the detail wasn’t the greatest I’ve seen of all time but I used to detail cars so I think my attention to detail is a little out there.. all the way around I’m a very happy customer... I’ll never recommend another body shop 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We have taken a lot of our fleet trucks there to have fenders or hoods replaced and painted and their work has been simply perfect. When people see the final job, they think its original paint, never painted. They do perfect color match. The guys are very easy to work with and get the job done on schedule. This is by far the best body shop in Billings.

Website a nightmare not the local shops fault..then cant call. So was looking for quote..will try again next week. So far no reports on the local office but all else corporation not great so far..unfair to shop.

Before I dropped my vehicle off we talked about what I wanted repaired and what I didnt want done . When I arrived to pick it up everything was done as we had planned. Detailing had cleaned everything making it look like new . Very impressed that it was done earlier then planned and the bill was just what we planned. There definitely going to get to paint the next project also !

Tim and the staff did a great job! The hail repair was done very timely considering how busy they were from all of the other people who brought their cars there. Out of 100 plus dings,they missed one. The tech felt very bad that he missed one. He asked if I had 15 minutes to spare? I said sure and he fixed it right away. Not a ding in sight! I would highly recommend Maaco in Billings.

I was very pleased with my experience. Had been quoted over the phone by a previous employee and the price was honored. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly. Was told it would take 3-4 days and Brian stayed late on day 3 to finish job. They were diligent about keeping me informed of the progress throughout the job. Had 2 doors repainted on 2003 Nissan Xterra and it looks perfect. Thank you!

I would first like to thank the “ people” who helped us! I forget their names, because I’m so bad with names, but starting with the estimate all the way down to my car being repaired, it was just nothing short of magical! And I mean that in the way we were treated and how our car looked afterwards. These gentlemen solved our problems within our budget, because they took the time to find what we needed, within our price range. The people there went out of their way to make us feel like we had absolutely nothing to worry about. And then delivered on that promise. My wife and I went through a long process with the other insurance company that was supposed to fix our car. And gave nowhere near the price it really cost to fix our car. The people at Maaco then went out and fixed our severely damaged car with the only money my wife and I had for repairs. And the finished product was like I said magical. These men and women who work for the company Maaco give new meaning to the word “ Professional”. And we would just like to say thank you to everyone who helped make our experience, from start to finish,, one of the easiest experiences, we’ve ever had dealing with a wrecked car. I took my 1989 Blazer in on Monday, September 13. 2021. Maaco painted the blue of the portion of the two tone in May of 2017, but now the gray coat was in need of a fresh coat and the topper had the wear of the 30 years. Brian, the representative was friendly, courteous, most importantly experienced in estimating the job which was delivered spot on. Not only am I pleased with the result but several friends have remarked on the appearance of the “jewel “.

Their work is flawless, it looks like a new door! Also very timely, we did not have wait but a couple of days.

The idea of taking your car in for repairs is always stressful but I found the body shop I’ll take my cars to from now on. Well I hit a deer and did quite a bit of damage to my front end and was expecting the worse but I made the great decision to stop by Maaco. What a great experience. The Maaco team made it quick and painless. Brian, (I would have probably continued to shop if it wasn’t for him) their estimator is top notch. We make sure are job is done right. After the job is finished, the vehicle is then tested to make sure everything is working properly before it is ready for pick up. First of all remember this shop is a production shop. Blow & Go is the nature of their business. Pretty much the paint is of good quality however any small details are left out as they are time prohibitive. What youll get is tape around your trim and mirrors and fast prep, and blow it out the door with the paint gun. The quote you get might be inflated according to the deal you make. If all your looking for is a cheap make my car look better then it is. Thats what youll get is a blow and go job. And you can expect it will be a job youll get your rig sold with end of story.

Over all the paint job is great but I had told them to grind out the fenders were there was rust they didnt and painted over it now the new paint looks like it has bubbles on the fenders looks shabby I think miss communications between people was the problem.
