This is the worst Hyundai dealership my fiance and i have ever been to. From the second we stepped foot on the property we were treated with disrespect and not taken seriously as buying customers. We were told multiple different things by different representatives and not treated with priority because we didnt want to provide our social right away, without even discussing terms on the vehicle. Their primary goal seems to be to force you to use their lenders and once they find out youre not, they do what they can to not sell you a car. We were just told to drive to another dealership across the state rather than them budging whatsoever on an already-inflated price. We will never return to this dealership for any reason, not even for routine maintenance.

Damon at the service department was awesome…got me checked in and my car was in for its appointment … asked him about my spare tire kit, if I was in and it was, so I killed 2 birds with one stone as they say…Also I have been trying all summer to get the drivers side wiper blade off. It would not budge… so I ask Damon if they could remove it for me, he said I saw the replacement blade on the seat and he said sure can do that for me…I will be going back to have my car service done there…He showed me the service that needs to be done at the 60000 mile mark… and they have a monthly payment plan .. that helps a lot.. So I will be making my appointment soon…

I had an amazing experience with team Hyundai of Bend. I was helped tremendously by the sales associate, Logan. He was very kind, helpful, easy to talk to, and patient. He let me test drive a 2013 Ford Fusion that I decided to later purchase. He helped me through the whole process and was extremely helpful! I would hands down recommend this dealership and I would also recommend you ask for Logan! I don’t think I could’ve lucked out with a better salesman!

Austin Anderson was great! I showed up w my daughter to find the “unicorn” car. Apparently central oregon is out of affordable transportation. After going to several lots we found Austin at team Hyundai and he got us exactly what we were looking for with the monthly payment right where we wanted it. If your looking for a car ask for Austin!!! Everyone at the dealership was super nice and helpful. No cocky car salesman personas! I highly recommend them.

I have special needs and was very fortunate to hook up with Greg Johnson, sales rep, who took my needs into consideration. While waiting for the determination of my trade-in value, Sam made every attempt, on my behalf, to speed the process along. I just adore these two men and look forward to a long relationship with Team Hyundai of Bend. One last critique, while the dealership building itself is not fancy, the womens bathroom was immaculate and thats a biggie on my list! I LOVE MY TUCSON HYBRID AND TEAM HYUNDAI OF BEND!!!

If I could leave these guys 10 stars I would absolutely do that. I don’t know the names of everybody in the service department but all of them were beyond caring and compassionate working on my my 2021Elantra Hybrid that I had acquired through a family tragedy. This car had been decimated by a family of mice who had chewed through electrical wires and tubing. They took a ton of time with me, making sure the car was right. Thanks guys!!!

I bought some parts and ordered them from Josiah he took my order in the Parts dept.As he was ordering my parts and speaking with me he had two other conversations going with employees.This man is a very good multitasker and a excellent employee to have.When I came to pick up the parts I asked if someone could install them. The receptionist said “I’m sorry all the workers have gone home”Josiah said I will do it for you . Josiah with the help of Eric and Andrew went out of there way to install my parts.Now I know why they call it Team Hyundai.I am so Happy and Grateful to have a tail light again. Best experience ever at a dealership!! Caleb Krause was an awesome salesman, ran all over the place for us. He answered all of our questions, was not pushy or in a rush to make a deal. Austin Warr was also great to work with, both felt like we were talking with friends not salesmen. They went above and beyond with their service and also taking care of my Jeep Wrangler for me. Purchased a used car from these guys in 2019, but didnt leave a review. Im back in the market for a new car, and due to recent experiences at other dealerships that have been awful, I feel I owe an honest review to these guys at Bend Hyundai.My experience here was great. The salesman (forgot his name, sorry) wasnt pushy but did well on presenting the sale. When I discussed my finances, they didnt try to sell me anything extra. There werent any games thrown in, and I felt they respected my choices for how I wanted to pay for the car.The car I bought has been great. 0 mechanical issues, no problems.I would consider returning to this dealership to buy again, however, Im no longer residing in the area. Highly recommend checking this place out if youre shopping for a car.

Came down to get out of a beginner loan for my first Financed vehicle. It was a very high interest rate. They were able to get me out of that vehicle and get into exactly what I was looking for with a very very good interest rate on the new loan. I highly recommend Logan as he was extremely efficient in directing me to what I asked to look for not what most salesman think I wanted to look for. Meanwhile, the team in the back was hard at work, ensuring I could get the car Ive always wanted. After spending many hours in other dealerships, only to leave empty handed and bummed out, I left today with a beautiful 2017 Subaru Outback! This is my first 5-star experience buying a pre-owned car at a dealership. All of the credit for our pleasant experience should be given to Paul. From the moment we walked in asking for help in finding a used car for our elderly mother, Paul was there to walk us through the options. He didnt try to upsell us on anything, which speaks to his integrity and customer obsession - knowing our situation. Paul worked with us on pricing, and went the extra mile to get the car out the door in spite of limited maintenance availability. Paul took it upon himself to complete the detail job on the vehicle, coming in early to finish it before we came in to complete the purchase. Paul even arranged to put a bow on the car before we arrived - our mother was speechless and in tears :)We also had a great experience working through the finishing paperwork with the finance manager. Our mother has many pre-existing conditions, and they were very respectful of our wishes to minimize her exposure in the dealership in light of the current COVID-19 resurgence in Deschutes County. We appreciate those in the dealership (unfortunately not all employees) who are adhering to the current mask mandate for public enclosed spaces.Overall, great experience - and, I would hire Paul in a heartbeat to work with my Customers - he needs to be promoted ASAP!Thanks Paul!

I’m purchased a car and have had nothing but problems. Within the first 3 months of having this car it was probably in their shop for 2 months. They told me they would happily switch it out. When i went in they decided to run my credit for $50000 almost 8 times!!!! Without my consent and knowing that I had just taken out a loan for almost $25000. Then their response was it was covid and I was unemployed so they couldn’t switch me cars.( I was laid off for less than 2 months) Never even received a call or email back from the GM. I am also still having problems. My car has a break recall and they can’t get the car in for over 2 weeks or lend me a loaner car. Also just have to say that the girl in service is very rude and should not be working in customer service.Think twice before you purchase a car from this place.

Purchased a 2014 kia sorento sx in Feb. I had signed papers and they let me drive it home, my husband still had to sign the next day. On way home the sunroof would not close. My husband went in and wouldnt sign paperwork if they werent willing to fix it. They agreed to fix it. After months of calling and going in the person we were supposed to talk to was never there or the person changed. Never should have signed without it in writing. When I would go there everyone was on their cell phones if not with a customer, you had to find someone to talk to. When they handed me my final paperwork they immediately walked away without going over it with me. They had added hyundais own protection plan, a tire package, I never asked for these and they were expensive. Then had to have them taken off. They did after rudely trying to talk me into them. The only good part was Austin our salesperson. He was very friendly and fun to work with. He was only trained in a minimum of paperwork so we had to wait constantly for someone additional to help him.

I went to go check out cars. I am not super knowledgeable about vehicles, so I brought my friend with me. Cody saw us on the lot and came and asked if we needed help. I was hoping to just get information on a few models I had looked into online. Cody was incredibly knowledgeable. He knew a lot about specific vehicles on the lot just off the top of his head. He was never pushy, and it never felt like I was being sold on anything. A very low pressure, high knowledge scenario. While I have not purchased a vehicle yet, I would feel more than comfortable purchasing one from Team Hyundai if they have what I am looking for when I am ready to buy.

I had the most amazing experience working with Logan in sales, and Troy in finance.I’ve been coming in for three months looking for the right car. Not once did I feel pressured by Logan. I asked so many questions and was indecisive, but he never made me feel like I was wasting his time.Logan took time to show me several cars, all of which he was very informed about. He listened to exactly what I was wanting, and took me on several test drives as well.His patience and knowledge paid off, this week he let me know there was something he thought I’d love, and he was right!The financing was seamless. I gave my information via phone, and came in to sign. There was no wait time, and Troy tended to me immediately. Do not buy your Hyundai at Go Team Hyundai! Their website was misleading and presents false advertising in order to lure buyers to their lot. I drove from Portland to buy a car here and when I arrived, they told me the listing was actually inaccurate and the car was actually thousands of dollars more expensive. And service was horrendous! We quality for college graduate and manufacturer rebates but the rep downright refused to honor them and was trying to end the sale on his side because he was annoyed with us, and said “he’s the used car salesman and doesn’t usually sell new cars”. He was extremely passive aggressive and left us sitting at his desk without any information but gave us so much attitude when we didn’t deserve it. We had to eventually get up and walk out because the service was so horrible and unnecessarily frustrating. We were literally going to buy a car here but I guess Go Team Hyundai of Bend prioritizes shady sales tactics and their salesman’s precious time over customer service and helping the community, or even selling more of their own manufacturer’s cars. Avoid at all costs!

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Team Hyundai of Bend. I had the most amazing experience interacting with their sales team and finance team. I was treated with respect and never pressured.I found an awesome 2007 2500 Ram 5.9 turbo Cummins diesel truck that had extremely low miles and in immaculate condition. The entire process was seamless and FUN!!! First time switching over to a Hyundai, and because the car is within warranty I brought in for the seat cooling mechanism, it wasnt working as well as the passenger seat. Somehow that requires an overnight stay? I think if I knew that was the case I couldve made arrangements. A one star for the lack of communication, and courtesy. My 14mo olds carseat is in our car and she is sick. Regardless of needing my car, you just cant assume its no big deal. 😒 would not recommend this location from this first time experience.

Had an over all great experience, sales team was very willing to help and open to discussion and working out a great deal with my partner, the only downfall we experienced was the poor customer service we experienced from Madison this afternoon when picking up our truck after paperwork had been finalized. Without hesitation she instantly approached us, no greeting or anything just said we were unable to take our newly purchased vehicle home, which was not true, and was actually just a miscommunication. We felt that she could have handled it differently and in a more formal way.

I bought a Hyundai Tucson from this dealership over 2 months ago. After having the car they stated was mechanically sound, the engine seized up on me on the highway and almost caused a wreck. I was told I had to get it towed in and felt like they were blaming me the entire time. After 6 weeks of them having my car and not keeping me updated I finally get a text message saying the car is ready. I get here and get my car while 2 employees and one customer arent wearing masks. They say they make sure everyone is masked but per my photos they obviously do not care. I am incredibly disappointed with the service. I voiced my concerns and not one person acknowledged me.

Walked into dealership to hopefully walk out with the keys to a new vehicle. First time buyers. Salesman Greg went above and beyond to get us approved for the vehicle we loved. The service on my car was fine, but most of the employees were not wearing masks. I was waiting in the service center area when a customer sat down next to me with no mask and started coughing. I moved to another area, but there was a customer there with no mask, too, so I ended up waiting outside in the wind and rain. As a senior with underlying health conditions, I didnt appreciate the lack of following good health protocols to protect customers.

Experience was made great due to Maddison! During the test drive all she said was the directions. I really appreciated the lack of pushing, especially when others seemed to be the classic pushy salesman. She was kind and did her best to make it as pleasurable of an experience as possible!Took one star because a different salesman kept trying to get us to lease instead of buy. We asked him 3 times to stop because it was not what we were interested in.Edit: Maddison was deserving of all 5 stars, but the dealership in general is 4 stars.

Brittany in service, was outstanding with communication about my car.The sales manager Nick invited me to come in and they would help me find a car that would work for me. Within 45 minutes of me posting my vehicle Online (Austin) of Team Hyundai replied N asked if I could bring it in that same day so I did. WE LOVE NICK, LOGAN AND TROY!!! They all made our experience better than we could have imagined. We went in and purchased a nice truck from them, that on the way home started acting funny. We were kinda scared because we bought it as is 😳 we called Logan let him know and we’re told to come in that next morning. Upon arriving we were greeted with great amounts of apology and many options of what to do to make it right. We didn’t want to have them fix it, we just wanted a different truck. We test drove a few that we showed interest in and every one of them nick was in the background getting approval. 😁 We finally agreed on one that was out of our price range but exactly what we wanted. They made it work for us!! We drove away SO HAPPY!! In our dream truck!!! Troy gave us all the bells and whistles of oil changes wet seal and everything else to top off an already awesome experience. Everyone I worked with at Team Hyundai of Bend was great! We went in with a specific vehicle and monthly payment we were looking for and Eric, the GM, and his team met our expectations! I didnt feel pressured to do the sale or in anyway pushed to make a decision. They presented every interest rate that I was approved for and were super transparent with us. Greg helped us with test driving our vehicle and getting the process going! He even stayed after hours on a Friday evening to make sure that everything was taken care of. I felt like they cared for me as a person and not just another customer to make a sale with. We love our truck and it has been so great for my husband to have a vehicle that he can get around town in the wintertime with but also so we can go out camping and enjoy the outdoors:) Thank you!!

WORST experience I have had with a car dealership. I was lied to on multiple times, and I even had written proof of some of the lies and that didnt matter, they didnt care. I was told things would be fixed on the vehicle that wasnt done, and the whole time I was told that they never wanted to sell the vehicle they wanted to send it to Auction where they would get more money out of it. If that was the case then why was it listed on the website for sale? Yet another lie. I was told that they just wanted to unwind the deal from the get go since they got themselves in a predicament that they didnt want to follow through with. I was lied to by Nick, Madison, and Eric on multiple occasions and I will never work with them again. Garret was wonderful to work with, he seemed to be the only one who wanted to help and was forth coming with me on the many issues. I can now see why Team Kia doesnt want to work with them any longer.
