This was our second time buying a car through Team Kia of Bend (first experience was good as well). But this experience was above and beyond what I have ever seen or expected from a car dealership. Bailey in sales was AMAZING in helping us find a car for three people in our family. She was very informative of what she knew they could do and was more than willing to talk with her supervisor to see if we could do more. Dan in financing was superb, he went over all financing questions we had and was honest about each warranty. He even went as far as calling different banks after we had left and signed paperwork to get us a better interest rate!We will always buy cars from Team Kia of Bend because of these two!

I took our 21 Kia Telluride EX in for its 15000 mile service. Chad Owens was the service advisor. He went over everything they proposed to do including prices. He was very nice to work with. I declined some items that I did not believe were necessary at this time and they performed the work.He showed me where the bathrooms were, where the coffee was and a comfortable place to sit and work on my computer until the work was done. Somewhere around an hour and twenty minutes later the work was done and I was leaving. I was able to get a couple of important things done while also taking care of our new car. It was a pleasant experience.

Team Kia has a excellent sales team, they made my first car buying experience amazing. Called to have my windows main motor replaced over a month ago. Told the guy I spoke with that they had already seen the car (in 2018) and determined it needed to be replaced but couldnt get the part in. I asked him to order the part when making the appointment (in August,) he said no problem well see you in September. Showed up today to hear A. its not covered under warranty and B. They didnt order the part and would need to do so. This clearly could have been conveyed to me when I made the appointment. What an absolute waste of my time - again.

My budget was really low but i needed a good car and they helped out a lot. It was a very easy experience buying our new Kia from Bend Kia. The staff were all pleasant & knowledgeable.I would recommend buying a new or used car from them.

I am visiting Bend from California and needed an oil change. Suspecting that the dealership would be more expensive, I called several quick oil change places here in Bend and was shocked to find that they were even more expensive for a full synthetic oil change. Team Kia did the oil change and sent me a video of the full inspection they did, as well as replace a hose on the window washer spray for way less $ and time than the quick places. Impressive and surprising.!

Iv never actually bought a vehicle from Team Kia but we did buy our Jeep from Craig when he was manager at Team Hyundai. My wife and I were looking into selling the Jeep to get out of the payment and everyone else only offered us bottom dollar and would leave us a $3K difference. I’ve never been able to go car shopping without a male escort, due to salesmen trying to con women. This place didn’t even make me worry about calling a friend in. Tyler talked to me about all the mechanical stuff and explained a few things I didn’t know about (trucks and Jeeps aren’t my forte), gave a fair estimate of the price, told me about cool additions that particular model can get to make it a pimped out rock climbing truck, and laughed all the way through it. He even managed to get done in less time than he told me it would take.There was a gentleman, Chad, I think, he had a little but of an attitude. I love coming here awesome service, but will need to bring the car back this weekend because after the oil change and updates the defrost and heater makes a vibrating sound on high. Other then that never had an issue great place to go.

Mike and Yeredi were awesome sales people. I came in with specific specs of what I wanted in my new car and they were energetic and got as many options that would fit my specs. I have always thought I had bad credit. Was always told that it isnt that I have bad credit, I just dont have enough credit. However, I was having trouble finding someone to take the chance on me without telling me I needed to have double of what I already had for a down payment. I am really thankful for Team Kia. Went in for an oil change. Quick in and out and a Carwash to seal the deal. Customer service always treats like seeing an old friend. This is why I always return. Had an AC that quit. Made my appointment and it took Kia 30 min to track some rodent chewed wires. 1 hour from the time I brought the car in I was driving away using an AC cooler then when I purchased the car. More then happy with the service.

We have always had superior service at Team Kia. This is probably our last car and Jeff Chavez and the sales manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have a great team and we appreciate everything theyve done for us.3-10-21 We just got our first oil change, which was free. We got a free car wash with the oil change, also. They do a good job and are always friendly.9-4-21 We bought a used pickup from another dealer and it ended up having a major issue. Wed already put a lot of money into it and found out it would cost $5-6,000 more to fix it with no guarantees it wouldnt need more. The Kia team gave us a decent amount for the pickup and got us into another vehicle. They were very kind to me and said if we had problems with the vehicle they sold us, theyd take care of us. We learned a hard lesson about not buying from a reputable dealer. We trust Team Kia to go above and beyond to give superior service.

This vehicle purchase has been one of the smoothest Ive ever had. Im hopeful that the sales team will be helpful in finding me affordable insurance so I can get everything finalized.
