Been searching for a big enough car to fit 3 kids and without breaking the bank. Found a Honda pilot around my price range. We called up Nick and set up an appointment with him. Right when we got there he already had the car ready for us to check out and test drive. The whole process with him was so smooth and easy. He made the experience wonderful. He answered all our questions and reassured us on any concerns we had. When it came down to sign the papers he was so well organized and efficient. Highly recommend doing service with Nick when looking for a new vehicle.
Came in for an oil change on a Saturday which was great because I didn’t have to take time off during my busy work week(You do have to schedule and appointment in advance for Saturday’s). While at the oil change I mentioned a concern with my mirror and was told I would get a call from someone in regards to when I could bring it in to be checked by the service tech. Sure enough, on Monday I got a call to get scheduled for an appointment. It was great to feel heard and valued and not just forgotten. Thanks Honda and staff!
The sale person was up front and honest. Even though he was out sick he was in contact with us every step and every day. Unlike Hyundai who never even stayed in contact with us and we got very screwed on the deal, the team at Honda was amazing and held up every promise. I arrived with out an appointment early Saturday am, they were willing to work me in I had driven 45 miles to get service. The technician was willing to place cabin filters, purchased elsewhere without charge! I was extremely pleased with the helpful and pleasant staff! Thank you, Bend Honda!

They sold me a vehicle that has a leaking roof and refuse to cover the repair under Lithias platinum warranty. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from here, as they are not concerned with the quality of their vehicles, and will not stand behind them.

Ive had nothing but a great experience with Bend Honda. Took my CRV in a few weeks ago for service and was really happy with the experience. While there I spotted a used vehicle I was interested in. While in town, I needed to bring my car in for a service. Everyone at Bend Honda was friendly and helpful. Equally important, they were respectful of my time. When one employee was busy, another quickly stepped in to help--I noticed this both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. Considering I was trying to be fast so I could get back to work, I really appreciated their teamwork and customer service. Also, for those who care about such things, the service office area was clean and tidy. ;)

This place is so nice and the people who work here are amazing especially Zach. We had contact and told him my situation and we planned a time for me to come in. He was honest with us and we were with him. Well needless to say I expected no help but I got an amazing 2018 suv. I am still in shock about it thinking it may be a dream. We were road tripping and very concerned with lights that were on/flashing in our car. I called the service department and they took my number and the manager called me back. I brought the car in once I was in town and they fixed the problem right away. So happy with our experience and would highly recommend.

This was my first experience using your dealership since recently moving here from out of state. I have been using Honda dealerships since my first Honda in 2002. I have always had very good experiences and been treated fairly at all the service dealerships since then. I was not disappointed with this visit and look forward to be treated the same in the future. Also, I really appreciated how quick I was in and out with my vehicle. Ty did a top job from the initial appointment call to handing back the keys to me.
We came in for an airbag recall and they did a complete diagnostic on my teenagers car, identifying urgent needs and things that could wait, as well as everything that checked out fine. I know the master technician personally so I knew he and his team would take good care of us, and they did.
I was having trouble finding a certified, used car with low miles down in CA. Bend Honda had the perfect car for me and it was everything I was looking for (it only had 12k miles, which was a plus!) Matt wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t give me trouble when I asked him to remove the dealer installations off the quote and final price tag (something I was having trouble with at CA dealerships). Although I had to make a quick, last-minute decision to fly out to Bend Honda (I’m talking booking a flight the night before to fly out early the next morning), I don’t think the process could have been smoother! Matt helped me get a $20 flight (yes, twenty dollars!!!!) to Bend from LA and even picked me up from the airport, which absolutely blew me away! Easily saved me hundreds of dollars in flight tickets alone. I highly recommend these guys! It made my first car purchase really enjoyable 😃

Tried to purchase a Ridgeline today. I researched several trade value sites prior. Their values all came in within $300 of each other. Bend Honda offered me $2000+ less. Ridgelines are in high demand. I don’t think that gives them license to overly lowball a trade in. Had they offered me a fair value, I would have purchased today. In my opinion, you should be wary of Lithia brand dealerships. I certainly won’t buy from one after this experience.

We have worked with Cameron Rynearson on two different vehicles and his assistance is excellent! When other local salespeople were difficult to reach, and didnt return phone calls (even when they said I promise Ill call...) Cameron was always proactive. He usually answers his calls directly, but will return them promptly if not. Hes very knowledgeable and makes the buying process easy!
My experience was very personal and the salesmen took great care of me. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me until the price was right. They are still making sure the car is a good fit, and helped me get all the settings in the car right for me.
I had been looking for a used Honda CRV in Portland with no luck for a few months and finally found one in my price range at Bend Honda. I started my journey of trying to get my hands on a 2020 Civic Si, and I drove down to Bend Honda to see what they could do for me. I met with Cameron, and though they didnt have an Si on the lot, he did bring up a Civic that was as close as possible, and gave a great presentation of the vehicle and the Honda brand. At that point I was sold and I knew I was going to get this Si, even if it killed me. And it darn near did. Long story short, after coming out of the worst year of my life, 2020, (like many other people Im sure), the last thing I wanted to do was buy a car, but decided it needed to be done. I was put in touch with Sherief, who did a fantastic job of putting up with me; and who also knows his stuff, so watch out. Youre not pulling any fast ones on him. But seriously he was super helpful and very prompt. Though in the end they werent able to get their hands on the Si, which is quite hard to find Ive come to find out, I did find one because Im willing to drive it up from Texas. Bend Honda will put up with a crazy ol white boy like me to get you the car you want even if they dont have it, and will work to get you a great price, which they would have, had they been able. Just bad timing on my part. I would highly recommend this dealership, and would highly recommend a Honda car. We live in the best town in America (IMHO), Honda is the best car built in America, Bend Honda will get you the best price in America. Im sure of it. And I was not paid to write this review. Get a Honda, you will be making a good decision. Youre welcome.
On the 40 minute drive from home to my husband’s first cancer treatment our Honda CRV display started making noise and causing the navigation screen to go on and off in rapid succession. I called Bend Honda explaining the problem and how far from their service we live and asked if they could fit it in urgently while I, as designated driver, waiting to drive my husband home post treatment. The receptionist was so kind understanding and helpful. She was really exceptional in meeting my requests. I can’t thank her and you enough.
Most of my experience throughout the purchase process was extremely positive being helped by Kevin McEneaney. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process and took ample time to explain everything. In addition to the roominess and features of the 2021 Pilot SE, Kevin made me feel extremely comfortable in my decision to ultimately buy the Pilot, and this was after looking at multiple competitive vehicles including the Highlander, CX-9 and 4Runner. Very happy with the purchase and sales experience with Kevin.

We own a fairly nice vehicle and when it comes to servicing it I always refer people to Bend Honda. We typically get in early and ar out within 30 minutes.Ty has been the person who has helped us every time and his customer service is on point.
I purchased my wrangler in October. I asked the salesman to show me how to take the top off, and he didnt know how but said youtube would be able to show me. Of course october is cold in central oregon and you arent looking to drive around with a top off. Fast forward to now when its nice out and we want to take it off. The defrost wiring harness switch is broken. Just a simple switch. I visit bend honda to explain and because its not within the 60 days theres nothing that can be done. I ask for the documentation i was told they keep that shows they tested that taking the top off works and the lead service lady stated the manager has to get that but couldnt right now. Then tells me about how they had to dump thousands of dollars into my vehicle before it was ready to sell.... Real comforting. We left with nothing and obviously they didnt care because they already got my money for it. Never again.

If you have an Acura, although it is a Honda product, go to the Portland Honda shop. The people here have little to no knowledge of Acura cars and parts. Both times I’ve taken in my car for minor repairs, they’ve given me misinformation, taken more time than they agreed, and tried to make me purchase parts I did not need. I do not recommend
