I flew to Bend, Oregon from Los Angeles to purchase a used 2015 Golf R. I took a chance because Chris and Damon sold me on their transparency about the car and listed it for a very good price. The car was exactly as advertised when I arrived. They took care of every ask and made the car buying process feel like a breeze. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Los Angeles two weeks later the check engine light came on. Took the car in and discovered over 2k in fixes that my United Car Care service would not pay for. I called Damon at Kendall and told him the issues then emailed him the report, within an hour he called me back and assured me they would take care of everything. They didnt have to pay for the issues, it was not in the contract, but they did. This is what happens when you deal with Salt of the Earth type of people, a hand shake means something. Thank you Damon and Chris for steadfast reliability, Im glad I took a chance on you guys!

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee less than 6 months ago with the promise that Kendall BMW would resolve the feature issues that it had. These issues were primarily electrical but affected all of the “extra” features they were using to sell the Jeep. These issues developed into a much larger issue that I again was told would be taken care of. After a month of trying to get the vehicle in after it stopped driving completely due to these electrical issues I was basically told I’m on my own. Now I have an 18,000$ vehicle that does not drive. I had hoped that for a higher end dealership they would take care of their customers but I was sadly mistaken. When I bought the Jeep they knew my position and unfortunately lied to me to get a car off their lot. I’m not even asking them to fix it for free. I was simply hoping that I could do payments on the repair or at least get an actual honest diagnosis. I will not purchase another car from them, I hope any potential buyers beware. I have reached out 8 times this week and still have no outcome. I’ll update this if they even contact me back.

Have to say this was one of the best car buying experiences Ive had. I was able to work with Rick on the sales process. He was transparent, easy to talk to. None of the typical smoke and mirrors that Ive experienced with other large dealerships in the area. Great team and high recommend purchasing from this dealership, and especially Rick.

This was my first time ordering a new car and overall I have to say it was a pleasant and positive experience. I’m very happy with the car, how it drives, the sound system and all the other great features it has. I worked with Ian Smythe at Kendall and he was knowledgeable, easy going and very professional throughout the entire process, which was about 3 months from the first visit to delivery. He communicated well and on day of delivery, that was the fun part. He was patient and thorough in showing me many of the features. Thank you Ian! Vehicle is already on its first road trip!

Todd was great. It was a very good experience. We live near Medford, Oregon and also handled most of the transaction over the phone. Todd was so easy to work with the whole time. We asked a lot of questions and he had all the answers. We really like our 2013 RX 450H Lexus. We would most definitely do business there again. P.S. Jamie assisted when Todd was unavailable and was very helpful. Thank you to you both.

Bought a CPO 2017 BMW x3. I live in Medford, OR and was able to handle the majority of the deal over the phone. Rob Weston, Jimmy Avgerakis, Trevor Campbell, Jordan and Polly were all so awesome to deal with. I have had plenty of negative experiences with dealers but this was a whole new experience for me. Thank you all for making this simple, efficient, non stressful, and quick! To the powers that be: Good job on employing such professional and wonderful people as the four I have mentioned. My girl was looking for a specific Audi. Kendall had it. Drove from San Diego, 930 miles for it. Did npr disappoint. Car is awesome. The dealership had everything ready for her and was a swift and painless purchase.
